7、设计说明1、设计依据1.1 建筑概况本工程建筑面积34812m地下二层，主要为车库、冷冻机房、变配 电站及物业办公等；地上二十八层，一层主要为大堂、茶座、餐厅、 消防控制室、大厦管理室，二层为会议室、计算机网络机房、电话机 房等，三层七层为开放型力公室，八层十层为开放型办公室（需 要进行二次装修），十一层十八层为小开间办公室，十九层二十四 层为大开间开放型办公室（需要进行二次装修），二十五层二十八层 为开放型办公室。1.2 建设单位提供的设计任务书及相关设计要求的技术咨询文件，有关职能部门认定的工程设计资料。1.3 本工程采用的主要技术规范综合布线系统工程设计规范GB50311-2007建筑物

15、系统设置1个数据信息点；其他场所根据需要设置一定数量的信息 点。水平电缆采用4对6类对绞电缆，出线端口采用6类连接器件。 本工程语音信息点3465个，数据信息点3513个。1.1.2 配线子系统采用6类非屏蔽（UTP 4对对绞电缆。1.1.3 干线子系统采用6芯单模光缆支持数据传输，采用3类大对数电缆支持语音传输。1.1.4 建筑群子系统：由市话网引入1根800对市话电缆（含270条 中继线、350门直通市话电话），由城市INTERNET弓入1根6芯单 模光缆。1.1.5 设备间设在二层，包括电话机房和计算机网络机房，电话机房（42m2）内设有 1套2700门的程控交换机及BD计算机网络机房（
