5、, eachtimeonmajorissue s ofpolitical and economiclifeofthecountry has made importa劳务派遣和劳务输出的区别 什么是劳务派遣?劳务派遣 (又称人才租赁), 是指依法成立的劳务派遣机构根据用工单位的需求, 依据与用工单位订立的劳务派遣协议,筛选符合用工单位要求的劳动者并在与其建立劳动关系后,将劳动者派遣到用工单位工作的一种新型的灵活用工形式。 随着社会分工的细化,越来越多的企业采用劳务派遣的用工方式,以专注企业核心竞争力的发展。劳务派遣的分类(一) 按劳动力资源种类划分,可分为技术劳务派遣和普通劳务派遣两类型:1 、

6、技术劳务派遣:其组成主要包括大中专毕业生和专门人才的劳务派遣,由于他们的素质比较高,很受用工单位的欢迎;2、普通劳务派遣:其组成主要以农村转移劳动力为主,由于他们好管理、能够吃苦耐劳,所以也比较受欢迎。(二)按员工的原隶属关系分类,可以分为转制式和输出式劳务派遣。1 、转制式劳务派遣:是指员工已经被用工单位录用,按照原岗位、原工资不变的原则,从现有用工单位的编制中转到劳务派遣组织,从而变更了关系的主体。 员工与劳务派遣组织签订劳动合同后, 由劳务派遣组织向用工单位派遣,员工与实施劳务派遣前的用工单位形成一种新的雇佣关系。2、输出式劳务派遣:是指劳务派遣组织根据用工单位提出的用工要求,按约定的招
