4、花岗石）楼、地面装饰效果控制的重点 ，以防和设计的意图不一致；对于大面积的楼、地面还 应对厂家的石材批量进行考察，避免出现同一间室内颜色不一样。大理石质地较软，强度低，在加工和施工中一定注意。装饰楼、地面对于颜色、材质、花纹的要 求高，忌用好的石材没有表现出好的效果。2、 大理石（花岗石）板材进场后，应侧立堆放在室内，光面相对，背面垫松木条，并在板下加垫木方，拆箱后详细核对品种、规格、数量、石材放射性物质检测报告等 是否符合设计要求，有裂纹、缺楞、掉角、翘曲和表面有缺陷时，应予剔除。做完地面垫层，按标高留出磨石层厚度（至少3mm3、 室内抹灰（包括门口）、地面垫层、预埋在垫层内的电管及穿地面的

5、管线均已完成。4、 房间内四周墙上弹好+0.5m水平控制线。5、 施工操作前对大理石（花岗石）的施工要画出施工大样图，对特别拼花的房间要进行拼花设计，现场搭设好临时加工场，安装好台钻及砂轮锯，接好水、电源，对加工 料单的要求一定要准确并编号。在石材背面将编号标明。6、 冬季施工时操作温度不低于 +5C。（2） 材料要求材料符合现行国家行业标准天然大理石建筑板材（JC79）、天然花岗石建筑石材（JC205）、建筑材料放射性核素限量（GB6566）,并按规定检验石材的放射性是否符合要求。水泥：42.5级硅酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥或矿渣硅酸盐水泥；白水泥：白色硅酸盐水泥，采用42.5级；砂：中砂或粗

14、 mm缝格平直2.0 mm接缝高低差0.5 mm踢脚线上口平直1.0 mm板块间隙宽度1.0 mm三、 工艺流程准备工作一基层处理一试拼一弹线一试排一刷水泥浆及铺砂浆结合层一铺大理石板块 或花岗石板块一灌缝、擦缝一打蜡四、操作工艺（1） 准备工作以施工大样图和加工单为依据，仔细核对各部位尺寸和做法，计算好各细部及洞口 边角部位尺寸，如果有场外加工，要对石材的颜色、花纹进行考察 ，对石材的放射性要有 检测报告。（2） 基层处理将地面垫层的杂物清理干净，井检查基层有无空鼓现象，如有用云石机将空鼓部位切除并重新浇筑。垫层上的砂浆要用工具清除，并清扫干净。（3） 试拼正式铺设前，对每房间白大理石（花岗

15、石）板块要按图案、颜色、纹理t拼，并注意遇 到管道套割；将非整块板对称排放在房间靠墙部位，然后编号并码放整齐。（4） 弹线一般楼、地面施工是在墙面抹灰之后，所以在抹灰施工前一定要在基层上弹上房间 十字控制线，控制房间方正，以防楼、地面施工时，边角部位出现斜条块。十字控制线要 弹在混凝土垫层上，并引至墙面底部，然后依据墙面+ 0.5m水平控制线找出面层标高，在墙上弹出水平标高线，弹水平线时要注意室内与楼道面层标高应一致。（5） 试排在房间内的两个垂直方向铺两条干砂带 ，宽度大于板块宽度，厚度3cm以上，结合施 工大样图及房间实际尺寸，把大理石（花岗石）板块排好，检查板块之间的缝隙，对于拼花 的部

16、位一定认真核对位置与花色。（6） 刷水泥浆及铺砂浆结合层试排后将干砂和板块移开，清扫干净，用喷壶洒水润湿，刷一层素水泥浆（水灰比为0.5,不要刷得面积过大，随铺砂浆随刷）。拉十字控制线（鱼线），用1:21:3的干硬性水 泥砂浆铺找平层（干硬程度以手捏成团，落地即散为宜）。铺好后用靠尺板刮平，再用抹子 拍实找平，面积以能铺 3m2左右为宜。厚度控制在放上大理石（花岗石）板块时高出面层水平线34mm （七）铺大理石（花岗石）板块板块需预先用水浸湿，表面阴干无明水后方可铺装。根据房间拉的十字控制鱼线，纵横各铺一行，作为大面积铺石材标筋用。依据试拼 时的编号、图案及试排的缝隙（一般为lmm以内），在十

31、,and fightingfor tress r ole andpi oneermodelr ole; to continues to stre ngthening"four铺 , 即搬起板块对好纵横控制线铺落在已铺好的干硬性砂浆找平层上, 用橡皮锤敲击板材的木垫板（ 不得用橡皮锤或木锤直接敲击板块, 以免将板材敲裂或敲破） 。振实砂浆至铺设高度后, 将板块掀起移至一旁, 检查砂浆表面与板块之间是否相吻合 , 如发现有空虚之处, 用砂浆填补实, 然后正式镶铺, 在板材背面满刮一层水泥素浆（1:0.5）, 再铺板块安放时四角同时往下落, 用橡皮锤或木锤轻击板材上的木垫板, 根据水平线用

32、靠尺找平, 铺完第一块, 向两侧和后退方向顺序铺砌。铺完纵、横行之后有了标准 , 可分段分区依次铺砌, 一般房间先里后外进行, 逐步退至门口, 注意与楼道接缝的配合交圈。以前使用干硬性水泥砂浆，是为了使表面平整，一般把水泥砂号铺得较厚（4070mm）,铺完砂浆后试铺。工艺复杂,铺设完毕后,要养护。改进方法为：l 、确保楼地面基底标高准确, 在浇筑混凝土楼板时就严格控制楼板厚度和标高。2 、石材加工时规格尺寸要严格按规定验收, 可以用高强、快硬砂浆, 并掺入胶料或外加剂 , 相对减小养护时间, 铺设前必须使基层混凝土保持湿润状态。3 、另外 , 用水泥砂浆铺设石材, 容易产生大面积水渍污染（ 永

33、久性的） ，甚至泛黄等不良现象 , 对美观会造成极坏影响, 为消除这类通病, 可对石材进行防污染处理, 用石材防污染剂对石材的6 个面进行涂刷或喷抹, 防污染剂可渗入石材若干毫米 , 对防止石材污染起重要作用（ 同时适用外立面干挂石材） 。灌缝、擦缝在板块铺砌后l2昼夜进行灌浆擦缝。根据大理石（花岗石）颜色，选择相同颜色矿物颜料和水泥拌合均匀, 调成 l:l 稀水泥浆, 用浆壶徐徐灌入板块之间的缝隙中（可分几次进行 ） ，并用长把刮板把流出的水泥浆刮向缝与板面擦平, 同时将板面上水泥浆擦净,使大理石（ 花岗石 ） 面层的表面洁净，以上工序完成后, 对面层加以覆盖保护。养护时间7d。打蜡当水泥砂

34、浆结合层达到强度后（抗压强度达到1.2MPa时）方可打蜡，表面清理干净，打蜡用蜡包在布内, 在面层上薄薄地涂一层成蜡，待干后用钉有帆布或麻布的磨石机打蜡 , 二遍成活。踢脚板工艺流程对于大理石（ 花岗石 ） 踢脚板 , 在墙面抹灰时, 要空出一定高度不抹（ 一般以楼地面层向上量150mm为且），以使可以控制踢脚的出墙厚度，所以采用灌浆法。灌浆法 :根据 0.5m 水平控制线, 测出踢脚板上口水平线, 弹在墙上, 再用线坠吊线。确定出踢脚板的出墙厚度，一般810mm拉踢脚板上口水平线，在墙两端各安装一块踢脚板，其上楞高度在同一水平线内, 出墙厚度要一致, 然后逐块依顺序安装, 随时检查踢脚板的水

48、上的水泥浆痕迹。在大理石（花岗石 ）地面上行走时, 找平层水泥砂浆的抗压强度不得低于1.2MPa。大理石 （ 花岗石 ） 地面完工后, 房间应封闭或在其表面加以覆盖保护。6、 应注意的质量问题1、 板面空鼓: 由于混凝土垫层清理不净或浇水湿润不够, 刷素水泥浆不均匀或刷的面积过大、时间过长已风干, 干硬性水泥砂浆任意加水, 大理石板面有浮土未浸水湿润等等因素, 都易引起空鼓。因此必须严格遵守操作工艺要求, 基层必须清理干净 , 结合层砂浆不得加水, 随铺随刷一层水泥浆, 大理石板块在铺砌前必须浸水润湿。2、 接缝高低不平、缝子宽窄不均；主要原因是板块本身有厚薄及宽窄不匀、窜角、翘曲等缺陷, 铺

49、砌时未严格拉通线进行控制等因素, 均易产生接缝高低不平、缝子不匀等缺陷。所以应预先严格挑选板块, 凡是翘曲、拱背、宽窄不方正等块材剔除不予使用。铺设标准块后, 应向两侧和后退方向顺序铺设, 并随时用水平尺和直尺找准 , 缝子必须拉通线不能有偏差。房间内的标高线要有专人负责引入, 且各房间和楼道内的标高必须相通一致。3、 过门口处板块易活动: 一般铺砌板块时均应从门框以内操作, 而门框以外与楼道相接的空隙（ 即墙宽范围沟） 面积均后铺砌, 由于过早上人, 易造成此处活动。在进行板块翻样提加工定货计划时, 应同时考虑此处的板块尺寸, 并同时加工, 以便铺砌楼道地面板块时同时操作。4、 踢脚板不顺直
