The demineral
5、ized watershall bemade up with water automatically according to their water level. For that purpose, one SDA chain or two SDA chains can be put into operation. Two SED pumps can ensure the necessary supply in case of peak request. One SED pump is permanently in operation. The second pump is started
6、and shutdown automatically according to flowsensors (To measure differential pressure between nozzles) information. The thirdpump is kept in reserve. The water make-up of the demineralized waterand theoperation of the pumps can be also enabled manually by the operator, via demineralized water produc
7、tion control system (LCR).The alarms in the YA buildingcontrol room and the main control room shall be triggered when any operation andpositioning failures occur. The water level in the demineralized water, flow,pressure, conductivity and PH value of pump outlet can be monitored real-timely onoperat
8、or station of demineralized water production control system (LCR) and thewater level ofcan be monitored real-timely in MCR operator station(KIC). LCR(PLC) connect with KIC (DCS) by communication.根据两台机组运行状态,用水量变化非常大,因此核岛除盐水分配系统(SED)应当确保持续地向核岛供水。除盐根据水位高低进行自动运行。为了达到目的,第一序列除盐水生产系统(SDA)和第二序列 SDA 应能投入运行。两
9、台 SED 除盐水泵能够满足用水量达到峰值时的需要。一台 SED 除盐水泵连续运行。第二台 SED 除盐水泵根据安装在泵出口母管的流量测量信号(节流孔板)实现自动启停。第三台 SED 除盐水泵处在备用状态。除盐的补水以及 SED除盐水泵的启停可以通过系统上位机(LCD)进行人工操作。当任何的操作及故障发生时,应当在除盐水车间室和主控室内触发。除盐水位、除盐水出口母管流量、导电度、PH 值和电动阀门状态信号等能够在除盐水车间室内的 PLC系统操作员站(LCR) 上实时。在主控室 DCS 操作员站(KIC)上也能实时监视除盐的水位。LCR(PLC)通过通讯电缆与KIC(DCS)。6.1.1补充水M
10、ake-up of the SED storage tank is common with make-up of the SER storage and is ensured by the demineralized water production system(SDA). The watermake-up shall be performed automatically according to the water level in the storage tank:-One SDA chain shall start up when the water level is law leve

12、 operation shall shut down automatically when the water level in the SED tank is high or very high (in case of failure of high level) and if there is no request for SED water. and close the value 303VD(304VD).-Make-up can be forced by manual opening of make-up value from LCR of demineralized water p
13、roduction control system. Shutdown of the make-up system can also be forced by manual closing of make-up valve from demineralized water production control system. In automatic mode, the make-up valve will close automatically to stop make-up, when the water level in the tank reaches high level 1, and
14、 open automatically when water level in the tank reaches low level 1.Any make-up request which is not satisfied after 30 seconds to enable the demineralization line or lines to begin production, trips a SED storage fault alarm (920KA) on the demineralized water production control system. This fault

16、过除盐水系统操作员站(LCR)手动打开阀实现强制补水。强制停止补水也可以用同样方法实现。在自动模式下,阀能自动在水位高 1 值时关闭,低 1 值时打开。补水系统开始运行 30 秒后,任何补水需求都时,在除盐水系统操作员站(LCR)上触发“SED 除盐故障”(920KA)信号。这个信号同时出现在主控室 DCS 操作员站(KIC)上。6.1.2 SED 除盐水泵Only one pump called master pump is in operation during normal operating conditions. When the water request in SED syste
17、m is great, the second pump called hack-up pump can be started up for operation automatically according to the flow in the header of pump outlet. 18、n. But it can be in AUTO OFF position.The master pump for operation is selected by operator via selector switch on LCR of the demineralized water production control system. The other pumps will then become automatically back-up pump and staid-by pump.The back-up pump shall be started up automaticall
19、y when the flow in the header of pump outlet is higher than the set point (flow increasing: high differential pressure). The back-up pump shall be shut down automatically when the flow in the header of pump outlet is lower than the set point (flow decreasing: low differential pressure). If the maste
20、r pump becomes out of operation because of failure, as soon as the master pump is tripped, the back-up pump shall be started up automatically.The alarm signal service pressure abnormal in the header of SED pump outlet is sent out when the pressure in the header of pump outlet is low 2. The pumps are
21、 all tripped.Stop all demineralized water pump when water level is low 3, or the flow at the pump discharge is H2. Only when water level is not L3 and the flow at the pump discharge is not H2, demineralized water pumps are permit to start.在正常工况下,只有一台泵运行,称为主泵。当 SED 用水需求增大,即根据泵出口母管流量,第二台泵作为备用副泵自动启动。主泵

Normally, In the case of one SED demineralized water tank used only,permutation can be performed by the operator. Twocan be

37、In that case, the make-up request (according to tank level) for the in-service tank then triggers the control circuit of the respective make-up water valve. Then, the respective make-up water valve will open and close depending on the water level in the tank.The make-up request triggers one or both

39、ation is started up:-The control switches of the three pumps are put in manual position.-one pump is chosen as master pump by means of selector.-Master pump is started manually, or automatically when the control switch of the master pump is put in AUTO position.-The other two pumps (backs up and sta
40、nd-by pumps) are put in AUTO positions, the stand-by pump can be put in manual position.-The choice of the master pump via selector switch 400KC will automatically select a back up pump and a stand-by pump. The back-up pump will then start-up automatically if:The master pump becomes out of operation
