It is one of screening equipment which are

3、 widely used in the coal conveying systems in Chinese thermal electric power plants.该产品具有结构合理、筛分效率高、噪音低、无振动、无粉尘、不堵煤、维修方便等特点。This product has advantages of rational construction, high screen efficiency, low noise, no vibration, free of dust, free from clogging or jamming, easy maintenance and so on.

8、eying line can not stopped, the electrically pushing lever can be activated to turn the retaining plate to the position of Status 2 and now coal can be dropped directly onto the downstream conveying belt.筛轴之间距为370mm，其排列为折线型式，前四根轴排列与水平面成15°角，后五根轴为3°。这样，避免了堵煤现象的发生，且大大提高了筛分效率。The screen shaft

10、ved.每根筛轴各由一台减速机驱动，便于维修。如有一台减速机发生故障停机设备仍可继续运行。筛轴下方装有清扫板，可随时清理掉夹在筛片间的煤块保证筛孔畅通。Each shaft is driven by a reducer. It is easy for maintenance and repair. When a reducer is shut down due to failure, the equipment is still continued to operate. There are cleaning plates below the screen shafts so that the

11、 coal lumps dropped between the screen gratings can be removed at any time so as to ensure smooth screening holes.2.工作原理：Working principle: 物料从入料口进入筛箱后开始在自重和筛片转动的双重作用下以较快速度向下游移动同时进行筛分，此为第一筛分阶段。紧接着进入第二筛分阶段，在此阶段中由于筛轴排列进乎水平物料前进速度减慢此为筛分的第二阶段即精筛阶段物料经此阶段后粒度小于30mm 的已被筛下，大于30mm的经出料口被送入下游运输皮带。After the mater

14、右安装两种型式；顺煤流方向看，电动 推杆在左侧为左安装，反之为右安装。1. The roller screens can be divided into: left and right mounting versions according to the requirements of technological arrangement. Viewing along coal flow, the left mounting means the electric pushing lever at the left side and the right mounting means the ele

15、ctric pushing level at the right side.2.安装前应根据设备地基图的要求设置预埋件，待设备就位、找正、调整好后，将底座与预埋件焊牢。2. The embedded parts shall be located according to the foundation plan prior to installation, after the equipment is put in place, aligned and adjusted, the base and embedded parts shall be welded securely. 试车 Commi

16、ssioning试车分空载运转和负载运转两个阶段，空载运转正常后，方可进行负载运转。The commissioning of the roller screen are divided into two phases: idle load running and load running. After the idle load running is put in normal order, the load running can be carried out. 1.空载运转：Idle load running: （1）试运之前先检查减速机及轴承座内是否加足了润滑油（脂）。 (1) Befo

17、re test running, the inspection shall be made that the reducers and the bearing boxes are filled with sufficient grease or oil. （2）试运之前应先清除筛面上的杂物。(2) Before test running, all foreign matter shall be removed from the screen decks. （3）先点动运转，正常后方可连续运转。在此阶段各减速机、筛轴应转动灵活，轴承温升应正常，否则应立即停机检查，排除后继续试车，直到正常为止。(

18、3) After normal running through inching operation, continuous running can be carried out. In this phase, all reducers and screen shafts shall be rotated freely, with all bearing at a normal temperature rise, or otherwise the machine shall be stopped at once for inspection. After the causes of abnorm

19、ity are eliminated, the commissioning can be continued until the machine is in good order. 2.负载运转：Load running:（1）当空载运转两小时无异常后方可进行负载运转。(1) After the idle running is carried out for two hours without any anomaly, the load running can be fulfilled.（2）应先启动设备后加负载，发现异常或试车结束时应先撤载后停机。(2) It shall be loaded

When abnormity is found or you want to end the commissioning, the load shall be first removed before the machine is stopped. 运行与维护 Running and maintenance设备安装在系统中应与输煤皮带机联锁运行，启动时应先启动筛煤机，后启动皮带机；停机时应先停皮带机，后停筛煤机。筛煤机投入运行后，要定期检查各润滑部位的润滑情况，定期补充和更换润滑油。斜齿轮减速机采用250#工业齿轮油润滑，

21、轴承座内采用钙基润滑脂润滑。更换周期为半年。 The machine is installed in a system and it is interlocked and run with the belt conveyor.
