12、校决定建设“人才培养模式创新实验区”（以下简称“实验区”）。一、总体思路与功能定位1实验区建设总体思路依托我校经济与管理实验教学中心，整合相关教学院（部）资源，建立一个在教学理念、培养方案、教学模式、管理机制和保障监控机制等方面进行人才培养综合改革的教学实验区，并力争打造成国家级人才培养模式创新实验区，为我校人才培养模式的创新、教学团队建设、管理团队建设、管理机制创新等积累经验，为人才培养模式创新成果在全校的推广打下良好基础。2实验区功能定位作为人才培养模式创新的试点单位，实验区是全校教学改革成果的孵化区，也是教学信息化成果推广应用的示范区，将对我校人才培养模式的综合配套改革起示范和推动作用。

13、3实验区人才培养目标定位培养适应经济社会发展需要的基础扎实，实践与创新能力强，具有国际化视野和企业家潜质，并能反映区域经济和文化特点的“有创意、能创造、善创业”的复合应用型人才。实验区学生毕业后两到三年内将有30%以上的学生进行自主创业，30%以上的学生走上企业中层管理岗位。二、建设原则1特区原则。实验区允许突破现有制度框架与管理模式，配套特殊政策，确保实验区相对独立运作。2创新原则。确立先进的教育教学理念，进行课程体系、教学内容、教学手段和方法、教学组织形式和管理机制等多方面的综合配套改革，在人才培养模式创新方面大胆探索，大胆实践，积累经验。3优势原则。充分发挥学科与专业建设优势，依托主体学

14、科，基于我校已搭建的经管类跨专业、跨学科模拟体验式教学平台，建设实验区。三、实验区创新内容1教育教学理念创新实验区遵循“知识传授与能力培养并重，理论教学与实践教学并举，教师主导性与学生主体性相结合”的现代教育教学理念，充分利用校内外资源开放式办学，培养具有企业家精神和潜质的复合应用型人才。2培养方案创新实验区在广泛调研的基础上，聘请优秀企业代表、国内外知名学者和实验区专业教师共同设计培养方案。实验区课程体系主要包括人文与科技素养模块、创业与管理理论教育模块、创业与管理能力培养模块以及创业与管理实践模块等四大模块，突出综合性、开放性与创造性特点，着力于创业能力和企业家潜质的培养。 3教学模式创新

15、构建以教师为主导、学生为主体的新型教学关系。完善理论教学环节，强化实践教学环节，主要采取团队协作式学习方法，通过案例分析、情景模拟、管理实践等环节使学生理解管理真谛，增强学生团队意识，提高学生的沟通合作能力、决策能力和综合执行能力。4管理创新实验区实行导师制，配备学业导师和职业导师指导学生的专业学习和职业规划；在考核方式上，采取学生自主评价与教师评价相结合、个体评价与团队评价相结合、过程评价与结果评价相结合，构建学生学习成效综合考评指标与方法体系；同时对不适应实验区学习的学生进行淘汰分流。四、实验区的教学条件建设1师资队伍建设实验区组建一支由校内专职教师和校外兼职教师组成的教学队伍。专职教师要

16、求教学水平高、教学经验丰富，有奉献精神，有丰富的实践教学经验；兼职教师一般是具有丰富管理经验的企业中高级管理人员或管理学学科领域的带头人；定期聘请咨询顾问公司和企业高层来校做管理讲座。2课程教材建设根据实验区人才培养目标的要求，引进高水平教材，编写与课程改革内容相匹配的特色教材或讲义。3教学资源建设充分利用我校教育技术平台，加强教学资源建设。开发能满足学生综合能力培养需要的系列教学课件（课堂教学版、网络版），建立网上教学拓展资源库和创业知识学习网站，建立网上学习社区和学生创新网站，开发建设教学案例。4实践教学条件建设建立广东商学院学生创业园区，资助学生进行创业实践；建立校外实习基地，有针对性地

17、拓展校外实习空间，根据学习进程和课程特点分层次建设满足课程教学需要的课程实习基地、满足项目研究的项目实习基地和全过程参与管理的实习基地，全方位锻炼学生的管理能力；建立决策实践基地，与知名企业和决策咨询机构建立多方面联系，让学生有机会全过程参与决策。五、管理运作1.相对独立运作实验区打破现行的教学院（部）和专业界限，整合校内外资源，组成一支高水平的教学与教学管理队伍，进行相对独立运作。2.学生遴选和淘汰 制定学生遴选淘汰标准，并在2008年秋季学期启动学生遴选工作，从2008级各专业中遴选100名学生（两个班）进入实验区学习；对实验区学生定期进行考核，不适应实验区学习的学生将返回原年级原专业学习

18、，已修学分继续有效。3.项目管理实验区以项目管理的方式进行运作，按照建设目标进行考核；实验区经费专款专用。六、保障措施1组织保障按照开放式办教育的基本思路，组建由专家学者、商界精英人士及专业教师构成的实验区建设指导委员会。该委员会根据社会需求、人才培养规律，审定实验区人才培养方案，对实验区建设发展提供指导性意见。作为独立的教学区，实验区由分管教学的副校长兼任主任，同时设常务副主任一名，全面负责实验区的工作，常务副主任享受二级学院院长的待遇。实验区下设办公室和各工作小组，办公室为常设机构，主要负责实验区的日常管理工作。2经费保障实验区经费包括日常运作经费和项目经费两部分。其中日常运作经费按照学校
