27、制定职业危害防治措施，开展职业病防治的宣传、教育，负责职业病的统计、报告和档案管理工作。（ 3）劳动人事部门负责对职业病患者调换工作岗位，安排休养。（ 4）各施工生产单位负责职业病防治措施的实施，对职业病防治设备进行经常检查、维护和定期检测，保持正常运转，并按规定发给员工符合质量要求的个人卫生防护用品和保健食品。（ 5）劳动者在生产劳动过程中，应严格遵守职业病防治管理制度和职业安全卫生操作规程，并享有获得职业病预防、保健、治疗和康复的权利。4. 一般规定5. 1）各级安全部门、工会组织、各施工生产单位应对劳动者进行上岗前和经常性的职业安全卫生和职业病防治的宣传教育和培训。6. 2）各施工生产单

28、位和部门应按国家有关规定，组织对从事有害作业的人员进行上岗前和每年一次的职业健康检查，并及时将检查结果告知劳动者本人，对从事有害作业的合同制工人、农民合同工应当在解除合同前进行职业病健康检查。7. 3）各单位不得安排有职业禁忌的员工从事与禁忌相关的有害作业。8. 4）施工生产单位应在可能发生急性职业中毒和职业病的有害作业场所，配备医疗急救药品和急救设施。9. 5）严格管理有毒物品、放射源或其他对人体有害的化学物品，并在醒目位置设置安全标志。10. 6）各级安全部门应配备必要的检测设备，定期对有毒气体、粉尘、噪声等有害因素进行检测，并送检测结果。11. 7）各施工生产单位必须采取综合的防治措施，
