11、规范（2011 版）根据医疗器械注册管理办法（国家食品药品监督管理局令第16 号）的要求并结合临床化学体外诊断试剂（盒 ）产品的特点，为规范临床化学体外诊断试剂 （盒 ）（以下简称试剂（盒）产品的技术审评工作，特制定本规范。一、适用范围本规范适用于采用分光光度法原理，利用全自动、半自动仪器或分光光度计，在医学实验室进行临床化学项目定量检验所使用的体外诊断试剂（盒 ）。依据 体外诊断试剂注册管理办法（试行） 临床化学体外诊断试剂（盒）管理类别为II类。二、技术审查要点（一）试剂（盒）命名的原则试剂（盒）名称由三部分组成：第一部分：被测物质的名称；第二部分：用途；如测定试剂盒；第三部分：方法或原理
