Confirmation of equipment origin开机后原点自我确认,成立条件(S1,S3)或(S1,S4)The origin is self confirmed after powering on, with the tenable condition of (S1, S3) or (S1, S4).二. 归零设定要领II. Instruction about Zeroing首先钢网模板夹臂8个五星把手螺

3、丝压紧钢网模板,将机体下降至S2下始点.把PCB放于台板上转动印刷机顶部之升降手轮,依PCB厚度调节钢网模板与印刷台板之间距离.(上钢网模板前确认机体下降至S2与印刷台板之间距离PCB高度,否则会出钢网模板或机台受损;测量方法:目测)First, tightly compress the 8 five-pointed star knobs on the clip arm of the steel mesh molding board with the steel mesh molding board, lower the machine body to the lower initial po

Supporting PIN Setting Mode本机之定位PIN可移动请依钢网模板之图形概略将支撑PIN放于台板适中位置;The positioning PIN of this device is movable, please place the supporting PIN in a proper positi

6、on on the bedplate in accordance with the sketch diagram of the steel mesh molding plate.四. 对网设定方式IV. Mesh Calibration Setting Mode 完成上述动作后,再进行印刷钢网模板与印刷PCB校对方法如下:将PCB放于支撑PIN上,并用定位PIN定位牢固,(至少定位PCB三点),放于钢网模板与PCB对准焊盘,之后移动钢网夹臂将钢网夹牢,再到PCB台板之X、Y调节螺栓进行调校微调.对好位置后再把台板下的锁紧螺丝拧紧.方可进行批量印刷。When the above actions

7、are done, calibrate the printing steel mesh molding plate and the printing PCB, and the method is as follows: place PCB on the supporting PIN and position and fasten it with the positioning PIN. (At least three points of PCB shall be positioned), place the steel mesh molding plate and PCB to align w

8、ith the bonding pad; then move the steel mesh clip arm to tightly clip the steel mesh; fine calibrate the X and Y adjusting bolts of the PCB bedplate. When the position is calibrated, tighten the locking screws under the bedplate. Then, batch printing can be done. 五. 印刷行程设定方式:V. Printing Travel Sett

9、ing Mode 陆续完成PCB设定对位之后,再利用印刷座后之S3、S4之感应器,分别依该钢网模板之图样,印刷大小设定左右感应开关位置.When PCB setting and alignment are done successively, set the position of the left/right inductive switches respectively in accordance with the sample of the steel mesh molding plate as well as the printing size by applying the indu

10、ctors of S3 and S4 behind the printing base. 六. 刮刀的组装方式:VI. Assembly Mode of Scraper刮刀采用中心栓卡式之组装,将刮刀依照刮刀座的中心,插入固定栓上即可.The scraper is assembly by means of central bolt joint. Just the fixing bolt to the scraper in accordance with the center of the scraper base. 七. 刮刀高低调整方式:VII. Adjustment Mode of Scr

11、aper Height 利用刮刀上部之调节螺栓旋进旋出即可进行气缸行程调节,从而实现刮刀之上下高度调节.The cylinder travel adjustment can be done by screwing in/out the adjusting bolts on the upper part of the scraper, thus realizing the height adjustment of the scraper.八. 刮刀平衡调节方式:VIII. Adjustment Mode of Scraper Balance.刮刀前后侧各有一螺丝控制平衡,前后螺丝需相辅相成使用以

12、控制刮刀前后水平.如果钢网模板上的图片在刮刀中心下方则不用锁紧,让其自然水平调节There is a screw respectively at the front and rear part of the scraper that controls the balance. The front and rear screws shall be coordinated in controlling the front and rear level of the scraper. When the pattern on the steel mesh molding board is under

13、the scraper center, do not lock and allow it to level and adjust naturally.九. 印刷速度之设定:IX. Printing Speed Setting在能完成后序之生产要求前提下,尽可能将印刷速度调低,以使印刷效果达到最佳,印刷机速度包括刮刀行程速度和钢网脱膜速度.Under the premise that the follow-on production requirements can be met, adjust the printing speed as slow as possible, to ensure

The printing machine speeds include the scraper travel speed and steel mesh film releasing speed. 开机步骤及参数调节Power-On Procedures and Parameters Adjustment 1、接上一条与机器相配的8*5气管及插上电源插头 按下电源开关 触摸屏提示您进入如下界面,下面为界面详细介绍:1. Connect an piece of8*5 air pipe consistent with the machine a

15、nd insert the power plug push the power switch the touch screen will alert you to enter the following screen. Below is the detailed description of the screen.1.1:等待界面H-011.1: Standby screen H-01公司名称 Company Name机器类别 Machine Types1.2:随意点击屏中间任意部位便可进入如下界面H-02;1.2 Click any part in the center of the scr

16、een to enter the following screen H-02;Set up output(设定产量)Accomplished output(完成产量图)Current output(当前产量)Automation(自动模式)Semi-automatic(半自动模式)Hand movement(手动模式)parameter(参数设定)Zero clearing (产量清零)1.3:以上为三种模式选择界面,进入时先进行参数设定,如果是装新网模板,必须进手动模式进行调式:板模对位;如下图H-03:1.3 Above is the selection screen for the th

18、ife(左刀升降)Move to right(机头右移)1.4:经过手动模板与PCB(工件)对位后便可进入自动或半自动模式进行批量印刷了,建议采用半自动模式较安全,以下为进出自动模式的界面;H-041.4 After manual aligning of molding plate and PCB (work piece), you can enter the automatic or semi-automatic mode for batch printing. The semi-automation mode is recommended, which is safer. Below is

21、r, the system will show H-08 alarm zeroing screen (to set, click the Arabic number to show a small keyboard for setting and clearing)Go down is deferred(下降延时)注:半自动模式时应设小,指在启动K-01控制面板上两准备按钮开关时停留设定的时间再下降。而自动模式指的是:两个流程之间的放板、取板所停留的时间。半自动不宜设大,直接影响工作效率,此功能主要针对自动模式而设计。设定方法同上。Note: it shall be set as small

23、ion to set big, which may directly influence the working efficiency. This function is designed for automation mode. The setting method is as the same as the above.Back返回The scraper is deferred(刮刀延时)注:是指机身主体下降经过到底位延时电机运行移动机头延时下刮刀。此功能主要针对有些特殊钢网模板,产品位过于靠住网框边。反之则无其它用途。设定方法与上相同Note: refer to machine body

25、s the same as the above.Next page(下一页参数设定)1.7:以下为参数设定界面二:H-071.7 Below is the parameter setting screen II: H-07Print number of times(印刷次数)设定范围:199次;常规锡膏印刷次数为12次,设定时点击阿拉伯数字即出现小键盘可设定、清除);Setting range 1-99 times; common stencil printing frequency is 1 or 2. To set, click the Arabic numbers to show the

26、 small keyboard for setting and clearing.Clean steel mesh(清洁钢网相隔次数)设定范围:199次;常规锡膏印刷次数为10次,主要根据PCB印刷品质来控制,设定方法同上;Setting range 1-99 times; common stencil printing frequency is 10. control mainly based on the PCB printing quality. The setting method is the same as the above.Come down to place time lap

27、se(下到位延时)设定范围:常规锡膏印刷次数为200ms,主要根据气源压力来控制,能让气缸的气缓冲更切底到达底部位置,提高印刷质量的可靠性,设定方法同上;Setting range: common stencil printing frequency: 200ms, control mainly by air source pressure; can allow the cylinder to buffer to the bottom position more completely, so as to improve the reliability of printing quality.

29、面H-02Back to main screen H-02Zero clearing (产量清零)1.9:以下为钢网模板到达设定清洁次数后出现的报警界面H-09;1.9 Below is the alarm screen H-09 after the steel mesh molding plate reaches the cleaning frequency that is setClean form board(请清洁钢网模板)如出现此界面点击reset键返回即可,When this screen is shown, click reset button to return.Give an

30、 alarm resetting(报警复位)注:点此按键后系统自动计数恢复印刷、反之不动作;Note: after this button is clicked, the system will count automatically and restore printing, or it will not act.Back返回主界面H-02Back to main screen H-022、进入主菜单并选择一种动作方式;当您想要开启自动时,请您先设定参数下降延时是指机台上升到位时与下降时之间的停留时间。当这个时间到达,机台就开始下降。一般下降延时设长可在此时间内完成放板和取板动作;刮刀延时是

31、指刮刀下降时间,这个时间一般设定为10。当这个时间到达后才开始左移或右移。如果您需要刮多次,则在刮刀次数中设定您想要的次数,一般设定为1次。(请您注意!在自动模状态下,请您注意安全!)厂家不支持用使用自动模式,使用不当将存在人身安全隐患;2. Enter the main menu and choose an action mode; If you want to start automation mode, please set Parameters first: GDID refers to the deferred time between going up and going down

When this time is reached, the bedplate will start going down; generally, GDID is set long, which can complete the board loading and taking; TSID refers to the time of scraper going down. This time is generally set as 10. When this time is reached, it will start moving leftward or righ

33、tward. If you want to scrape several times, set the frequency you want in the scraper frequency, which is generally as 1. (Please pay attention! Under automation mode, please pay attention to safety!) The manufacturer does not recommend using automation mode. Improper operation may cause risks again

34、st the human safety. 3、当您设定好了参数,进入自动或半自动模式,您只要在开关处点OFF至ON即开启了自动或半自动这一模式。您只要同时按下面板上K-01的准备开关。机器开始运行!3. When you have set the parameters, it will enter semi-automation or automation modes. Just click OFF to ON at the ON/OFF, and you will start the automation or semi-automation mode. Just by pressing t

35、he preparation switches of K-01 on the panel at the same time, the machine will start running. 4、注意机器运动过程中尽量避免参数调节。当您想要进入其它的工作模式,您必须先点击ON OFF关闭此模式!按返回就回到主界面。如果您误操作导致机器不正常工作。您只要关闭电源开关。重新启动电源就OK了!机器将在电源启动后动复位。4. Please note that, parameters adjustment shall be avoided as much as possible during moveme

36、nt of the machine. To enter other working mode, you must click ON OFF first to turn off this mode and push Back to return to the main screen. When the machine cannot work normally cased by error operation, it will be OK just by powering ON and restarting the power! The machine will reset after power

37、ing on.5如果您想要在半自动的模式下工作。同样请您先设定参数如果您刚设定过,就可以直接点击OFF进行启动此工作模式。然后当您同时按下准备开关,机器将自动完成一个循环周期。再次按下准备按钮。机器又将开始一个循环周期。此工作模式是正常生产的工作模式。一般在正常工作时都选择此工作状态。工作过程中。您想返回其它的工作方式。请您再次点击ON关闭此工作模式。然后点击返回,就回到了主界面。5. To operate under semi-automation mode, you similarly shall set Parameters first. If you have just set, ju

38、st click OFF directly to start this working mode. Then, when you push preparation switch at the same time, the machine will complete a cycle automatically. Push preparation button again, the machine will start another cycle. This working mode is one for normal production. Generally, this working mod

39、e is selected under normal operation. During operation, if you want to return to other working modes, please click ON again to turn off this working mode and then click Back to return to the main screen. 6当您选择了手动模式(此工作模式在调试机器网模板与PCB时是较好的选择)。点击下则机台下降。点击上则机台上升。点击右则机头右移。点击左则机头左移。点击左刀则左刮刀下降。再次点击左刀则左刮刀复位

40、。反之右刀亦然!点击返回则回到前一界面。6. When Manual mode is chosen (this working mode is a good option when adjusting the machines mesh molding plate and PCB). The machine will go down by clicking Down; go up by clicking Up; the machine header will move rightward by clicking Right and leftward by clicking Left. The

41、left scraper will go down by clicking Left Scraper and reset by clicking Left Scraper again. Vice versa for Right Scraper! Click Back to return to the previous screen.简易故障排除Solution for Simple Failures机器在运转中如发生故障请依照下列故障排除方法进行维修.For any failure during operation of the machine, please repair by follow
