加气块砌筑施工方案

1、一、工程概况西安维伽酒店位于北二环未央路立交以东 400米路南，工程性质属旧楼改造工 程。用地南北长54.8米，东西宽64.2米，总建筑面积6270 M2。1.1 本工程二次结构砌筑采用加气块混凝土砌块和小红砖混合砌筑内隔墙，除 卫生以外的隔墙，墙下用小红砖(240 X 115X53)砌筑200m*,往上砌体至3 米高用600X 160X 240的力口气块，3米以上用600X 120X 240的加气块砌筑。1.2 卫生间内隔墙、管道并采用 240X 115X 53的小红砖砌筑，墙下用200mnW 的素混凝土。1.3 门窗洞上部加横梁，现场进行预制，梁下窗边、门边用加气块和小红砖错 差砌筑，窗台

2、部位加2小6拉结筋。1.4 抹灰前砌体接缝处、转角处、管线开槽等部位必须铺网，避免墙体干燥后， 表面不平直、有裂缝。1.5 按甲方指定位置布置现场搅拌站、堆放材料，水源从就近的临时水源接取， 电源从就近的临时电箱接取。二、施工总体安排2.1 施工准备2.1.1 测量准备在底板或楼板上放出墙体边线和门窗洞口位置线，并在每层墙柱上放出建筑 500mm高控制线。2.1.2在舁 厅p工种人数备注1测量员2人上岗证2瓦工20人3架子工8人上岗证4杂工10人2.2 机具和材料进场计划在舁 厅P名称数量备注1搅拌机1台砌筑前进场2磅秤1台砌筑前进场3手好10辆砌筑前进场4筛子2个砌筑前进场5铁锹20把砌筑前

6、"he -I<nof .S_ngFetal m sncee -sh hty ouand . am.s o the sal n -e- year g h, happ,0施工前仔细查阅图纸、方案、相关安全、质量规范，找出施工中技术质量、安全施工注意点（特别是墙体上预留洞口尺寸及标高），做到施工中重点突出，心中有数。2.6进度安排按照甲乙双方签订的合同工期要求，向甲方上报总进度计划表，月进度计划表、周进度计划表。三、主要施工方法3.1 砌筑砂浆3.1.1 砂浆用料本工程采用M5水泥砂浆，砂浆的品种必须符合设计要求，强度必须符合验评标准的规定。砌筑砂浆用的水泥、水、砂等必须符合现行国家

7、标准和有关规1 .水泥：采用425#普通硅酸盐水泥、按出厂日期分别堆放并进行复试，并保持干燥。不同品种的水泥不得混合使用。2 .砂：用中砂、并过5mmi径的筛子，不得含有草根等杂物，含泥量05%使用前进行复试。3 .水：用自来水或不含有害物质的洁净水。4 .1.2砂浆试块制作在搅拌机出料口随机取样，每层做两组砂浆试块（每组6人）。3.2施工工艺3.2.1 施工顺序基层处理一找平放线、立皮数杆 一构造柱钢筋绑扎一墙体砌筑一 现浇腰带钢筋绑扎一 构造柱、现浇腰带模板支设一 构造柱、现浇腰带混凝土浇筑 一拆模 一养护 一砌筑上部墙体 一上部构造柱、现浇 腰带施工 一砌至梁板附件（待砌块沉实后用红砖斜

8、砌封闭）> 检查验收 3.2.2构造柱的设置1 .砌体填充墙跨度大于4米以上，应在墙体中间设置构造柱。2 .内墙用加气块砌筑的隔墙与外墙用空心砖砌筑的隔墙之间的连接，必须设 置构造柱。3.砌体填充墙构造柱，一般断面为 240X 160、160X120,内设纵向钢筋4小 15（四角），上、下由楼板、梁或底板留出插筋，箍筋小6200.构造柱碎C20.3.2.3拉结筋的设置1 .柱子与填充墙、隔墙连接，按建筑施工图位置，沿柱高每隔500mms高范围留出2小6拉结筋，拉结筋锚入柱内60mm伸入FB墙内1000mm2 .与墙柱相连的非承重墙沿墙全长设小6600与框架柱留出的拉结筋搭接， 拉结筋端部

12、t; 3000墙宽X 2504卜 16 d)61504 .2.6砌体砌筑主要施工方法实心砖规格为240X 115X 53, 240厚砖墙砌筑形式为一顺一丁，即一皮中全 部顺砖与一皮中全部丁砖间隔砌成，上下竖缝相互错开1/4砖长。120厚砖墙砌筑形式为全顺，即全部顺砖砌筑，上下竖缝相互错开 1/2砖长。加气块规格600X 160X 240、600X 120X 240,墙厚为砖块的宽度，其立面砌 筑形式为全顺，即各皮砖均为顺砖，上下皮竖缝相互错开 1/3砖长，上下及砌 块空洞相互对准。1 .砌筑前根据砖及砌块皮数制作皮数杆，在墙体转角及交接处竖立。2 .绑扎构造柱柱筋，并与上下楼板或梁上预留钢筋绑

27、 ine nterpri sedev elopment in t he6 . 砌至梁板附近，待砌块沉实后 （ 一般五天 ） ，用红砖斜砌封闭。砂浆同砌块砂浆，斜砌必须逐块敲紧挤实，填满砂浆。3.2.7 砌筑要点：1. 外墙砌筑严禁雨天施工，砌块表面有浮水时不得进行砌筑。2. 需要移动已砌好的砌块或对被撞动的砌块进行修整时，应清除原有砂浆后，再重新铺浆砌筑。3. 每天砌筑高度不超过1.6 米。4. 在砌筑砂浆终凝前，应将灰缝刮平。5. 砌筑砂浆必须拌和均匀，随拌随用，盛入灰捅内的砂浆。如有泄水现象，则重新拌合。砌筑砂浆在拌成后 3h 内用完，施工期间气温超过30，必须在 2h 内用完。3.3 砌

28、筑脚手架的搭设砌筑脚手架采用双排扣件式脚手架，内外墙砌筑均搭设在楼层内，立杆纵距1500mm立杆横距1200mm大横才T步距1200mm里排立杆外侧距墙面外侧200mm.4.1 砌筑材料质量标准4.1.1 砌块的质量要求1. 砌块的品种，标号必须符合设计要求，规格一致。应有出厂证明及复试报告。2. 砌块应保证有28 天以上龄期。3. 砌块的容量1200kg/M2.4.1.2 其他材料的质量标准1. 构造柱、钢筋砼腰带、过梁钢筋、各种预埋件应作好防锈处理。2 .皮数杆用30mrm 40mm料制作，皮数杆应垂直、牢固、标高一致。立完后应复核，并办预检手续。3 .第一次砌至3米高，等安装完设备后，（

41、体内埋置的拉结筋要加强保护，不得随意踩倒弯折。3. 运输砌块机砂浆材料的手推车，应平稳行驶，防止碰撞墙体。4. 施工前，在地面上铺一层木板或塑料纸，防止砂浆直接掉在楼板上。4.4 其他未尽事宜，执行相关质量规程、规范及标准。5.1 安全防护措施脚手架防护材料用小48的钢管，防护栏杆高1.2米，两道栏杆间隙相等，力口 250mmti的挡脚板、防止邻边杂物坠落。5.2 安全注意事项1 .施工前必须进行安全技术交底，所有架子工必须持证上岗。2 .墙身砌筑高度1.2m时，必须搭设脚手架。超过4m时，须搭设安全网。3 . 搭设施工用的脚手架材料，必须把好材料质量关，不符合规定要求的材料，严禁使用。脚手架
