The performance bond for the Contract is not affected.As discussed with Dai, the commencement date should be 2010-8-21 instead of 2010-8-11 and he requested us to state the same under the Contract. Please advise for our action or otherwise.With respect to the temporary power supply issue, Dai had no adverse comment to state 500kVA under the Contract based on the condition as per below ad
