2、按质按量完成。为了增强自己的工作才能，我从不放过一切学习的时机，今年上半年，我参加了北京师范大学名园长万里行观摩考察活动，观摩了北京好几所优质幼儿园学到了许多有效教学经历，与此同时，我还学习幼教博览、学前教育研究、幼儿教育、管理创新、教学工作会议五个文本等书籍，对照自己的工作，寻找差距，努力探究新的教育观念与教育形式，不断 进步自身的理论程度，并在日常的工作中得以运用，作为园长助手，我既站在分管工作的角度考虑问题，又能站在园长的位置上设身处地为园长着想，做到补台不拆台，助手不甩手。这一年，在全体教职工的通力合作下，幼儿园硕果累累，各方面都有了长足的开展。作为幼儿园的业务管理者，在分享这份喜悦的

3、同时，也对自己的工作进展了总结与反思，现汇报如下：一、师德为先，岗位尽职幼儿园无小事，事事育人；老师无小节，节节为楷模。我严于律己，做到坚持学习不放松，率先垂范，提升自己；坚持带队不放松，掌握情况，加强研究；深化群众不放松，真诚待人，凝聚人心。微笑放在脸上，感谢挂在嘴边，老师和家长评价我亲和力强。二、注重学习，提升自我走上领导岗位5年来，我一直坚持读书学习，认为业务园长不是一个职务，而是一个职业，假如是一个职业，我必须具备这个职业所需要的一切素质，我必须有更多的知识和才能，必须把握各方面的信息，使自己保持对新事物的敏锐感觉，必须使自己的思想观念始终在时代前列，才能不被剧烈的竞争所淘汰。我坚持不

4、懈地汲取各方面的新知识、新思想、新观念，坚持不懈地读书，使读书、考虑成为我工作和生活中不可缺少的习惯，做到在思想上引导老师，在业务上指导老师。作为园长，我时刻注意深化第一线，为老师们出点子、提建议，用自身的影响力来凝聚全体教职工的心，带发动工的积极性，建立和谐的人际关系，培育互相帮助的团体精神。三、与老师团结一致，达成年度目的。重点做好以下工作：1加强幼儿的平安教育工作。思想上高度重视，完善规章制度；目的分解，责任到人；人防、物防、技防到位；利用每周一次平安课对幼儿进展平安宣传教育；将11月定为平安教育活动月，创设大、中、小平安教育活动网络图，开展地震逃生演习，进步老师的认识与幼儿的才能。通过

5、环境创设、游戏操作、模拟练习、实地观察等让孩子在生动有趣的真实情景中获得有关知识，进步相应的才能2抓好我园的教研教学活动。带着全体老师贯彻党和国家的教育方针，坚持依法办园、以得立园。确立“以孩子开展为本”、以“开发智力、开展才能、培养习惯、穿插知识”为培养目的，以课程教材改革为抓手，向幼儿进展全面的素质启蒙教育，培养“安康活泼、好奇探究、文明乐群、英勇自信”的孩子。抓住保教中心工作，注重理论联络实际，积极开展现代学前教育的理论与探究。20_年秋季开学后我又组织老师们在学习纲要的根底上系统学习了幼儿园工作规程，使老师们进一步理解了纲要的精神和规程的要求，并坚持贯彻落实，结合我园幼儿实际情况，开展

6、实在有效的教育教研活动。一是利用双周三的教研活动开展集体培训；二是每位老师一学期自学一本业务书籍，每月写一至二篇反思心得或读书笔记；三是利用每周四上下午，由年级组长牵头，以学科组为单位开展集体备课，老师共同讨论形成教学案，通过一课三研，使老师注重激发幼儿内在的学习动机，让幼儿通过主动探究和亲身参与，与周围环境中的人、事、物产生交互作用，从生活、学习、运动、游戏活动中，让老师学会运用尝试教学法、感知操作法、情景教学法、设疑表述法，来构建“玩中学、问中学、想中学、做中学”的活动形式，让幼儿积极思维、大胆想象、乐于表达；尽管事务多、工作杂，但我合理安排时间，深化一线，经常和老师们一起商讨商讨，给思路

7、、出点子，使老师既为幼儿提供丰富、实用、有效的操作材料，引领老师创设探究的主题活动课程环境，环境布置不断随孩子的学习内容的变换而变化，使环境对孩子的学习起能动的作用，在幼儿的学习探究过程中，不断展示幼儿研习活动的各项纪录、成果和美工的作品，使学习环境具有较强的可视性。又组织多样性的活动如集体活动、小组活动、个别活动，捕捉幼儿寻常时刻，探究幼儿多种记录方式，来进步老师的观察才能，学会回应策略，让幼儿充分地用自己的语言表现表达，有效进步了课堂质量，教学质量整体有所进步，圆满完成了一年的教学任务。3赋予家长工作新的成效在这一年中，我们幼儿园的家长工作也获得了可喜的成绩。3月初开展的家长会中评选了家园

8、合作先进家庭，颁发奖状，进一步进步了家长工作的积极性和主动性，家长们协助老师动手制作了许多户外活动器材，丰富了幼儿的户外活动，老师也通过实际行动赢得了家长的支持，家长们一致认为：孩子们在一幼很放心，我们对老师和孩子都寄予了希望、充满了信心。9月份开学前召开了新生家长会，就幼儿园根本建立、师资队伍教学理念、办园宗旨、幼儿培养目的等向家长做了介绍，就“如何减轻幼儿入园焦虑”“ 为何新幼儿的幼儿容易生病”问题向家长做理解释，开学两周又召开了全园家长会，介绍了本学期教育教学目的；10月中旬组织开展英语外教教学观摩，这一系列的活动使家长们对幼儿园的整体情况有了深化的理解，为一学期家长工作的顺利开展奠定了

9、坚实的根底。4、加强青年老师培养，促进年轻老师队伍专业化成长，一支高素质的老师队伍是进步教育教学质量的根本保证。几年来我园的老师队伍已经趋于年轻化，20_年以来，我园又新增进了名年轻老师，9月份开学后因工作要求调安雪花、任学辉两位老师到中层领导岗位，9月中旬宣布朱海燕老师为副园长，随着原先骨干老师不断充实到领导岗位，使整个老师队伍出现了青黄不接的状态，因此需要年轻的老师尽快成长成熟起来，本学期我将年轻老师培养作为一项重点工作来抓。主要采用外出培训学习和园本培训相结合的方式。今年四月份11为年轻老师先后两批次到北京参观学习，聆听讲座，9月派了7为年轻老师到市参加说课培训和观摩，11月21日派7为

10、新入职老师到市花园幼儿园观摩全市优质课教学活动；10月下旬全园13为年轻老师参加了本园教学观摩活动，活动之后开展老师说课评课活动；11月22日我园张雅菲、高杰两位老师参加了市组织的骨干老师优质课比赛，12月3日我园张丽、王一凡两位老师参加了市新秀组老师优质课比赛。通过外出培训、园本培训、外出比赛、园内老师教学观摩活动等不同形式为年轻的老师创设平台，使她们在原有的程度上有了较大的开展。20_年，我园老师在各级各类评比、比赛中表现突出，获得了许多优异的成绩：5月份选派朱海燕和徐晓娟两位年轻老师参加全市教学能手作课比赛获得了一等奖的好成绩，其中朱海燕老师又通过说课比赛被选中代表张家口市到石家庄参加比

11、赛又获得了一等奖，六月份我们有四位老师获得了市学科带头人、教学能手、教学新星称号，有六位老师参加市教科所组织的说课比赛，其中三位获得一等奖，三位获得二等奖，11月22日、12月3日四位年轻老师参加全市幼儿园优质课比赛获得二等奖的成绩，同时幼儿园被授牌为张家口市学前教育研究基地。我本人于20_年7月被评为市优秀党员。四、标准管理，打造公信，进步办园质量公信教育本着取信于民，真诚效劳于公众的精神，依法办教育。我们要打造公信教育，必须通过幼儿园的质量和老师的形象来表达。进步办学的质量，畅通沟通的渠道，作为业务管理者，我从以下几个方面去努力：1、创设良好的学习环境良好的学习环境是施行课程理念和目的的根

12、本保证，是课程施行的一个重要内容，本学期利用教研会就“幼儿园区角活动材料的投放”对老师进展培训，老师根据各学习区域的功能及学习活动内容，为幼儿提供各种活动材料，并利用墙壁、空间展示老师与幼儿家长搜集的与主题学习有关的图片、照片、实物等资料，让环境成为第三位老师。环境的改变，既美化了园舍，同时进步了家长的满意度。2进步教育质量教育质量的进步，是家长最需要的。今天的教育，是对孩子一生有用。这个学期我们在课程方面有了打破，引进新课程“多元宝盒课程”通过幼儿动手操作开发幼儿智力，开展才能。聘请菲律宾外教，组织老师外出听教育专家报告，开展优质课活动观摩，开展“主题活动”“主题环境创设评比”等学习竞赛活动

13、。帮助老师树立正确的教育理念：幼儿不是标准化的容器，也不是一张白纸，而是自主学习者，有待点燃的多彩的火把。以人为本，以幼儿开展为本。开展师德教育，进步老师师德。我鼓励学习，促进研究，推动交流，开展合作，促进老师的专业化开展。以教学研讨为切入口，以课题研究为打破口，以环境创设为关键点，以家园合作为支撑点，以理论活动为延伸点，使教研活动丰富多彩，富有成效。通过探究与理论，认清和把握新时代老师文化的内涵和特点，探究塑造和提升老师文化的途径、方法及其规律，促使老师在思想理念、价值趋向和行为形式等方面适应信息时代要求、老师文化人形象，以良好的师德行为推进幼儿教育的改革与开展。3注重老师的精神相貌老师的精

14、神相貌，是最暖家长心的。注重引导老师礼貌亲切待人；亲密与家长联络；关心家长于微小处。效劳工作要从大事着眼，小事着手，把每一件简单的事做好就是不简单。幼儿园的教育目的、教育内容、教育情况让家长知情与选择，教育教职工宣传幼儿园，赞美老师，处处维护幼儿园集体声誉。五、积极承当送课下乡任务，发挥龙头示范园作用20_年6月下旬，我带着朱海燕、徐晓娟两位老师分两天送课到四个学区，我本人为四个学区的幼儿老师就：“区角材料的投放与施行”进展培训，送课下乡活动既锻炼了本园老师又为乡下老师送去了新理念，为推动崇礼幼教事业的开展起到了积极的推动作用。开展的幼儿园需要激情，需要创新。我利用各种时机鼓励教职工努力成为终

15、身学习者，创新考虑者，问题解决者，共存合作者，做一个负责任的教职工，要常自律，常求变，常学习，常反思，有激情。教育工作是平凡的，做好做细了就是不平凡。看见幼儿园的进步和老师的进步我感到欣慰，同时我也清醒地认识到自身的缺乏：1、胆略不够。和上级部门的沟通不大胆、不积极、不主动；谋略才能还有待于进一步进步，应着眼于幼儿园的长远开展和可持续开展。2、钻研不够。课改带来的不仅仅是教育教学上的改革，更要求管理上的改革与创新。作为一名业务园长，我应加强管理的理论与研究，不断总结、积累管理经历，使自己在管理的道路上逐步走向成熟。3、交流不够。除了进一步加强和园内教职工的交流外，更要注重和外界的交流。交流是学
