2、向作用。首先介绍了如何根据个性选择适合的工作； 接着谈论到工作面试以及需要注意的事项，模拟面试； 最后说明科技发展对未来工作的影响和对个人技能的要 求，以及最具竞争能力雇员的性格特点。单元分析本课是第四个课时，核心主题是对未来工作变化的预测（即What的问题）；是以阅读策略训练为重的阅读课，研读语篇的结构和形式（即How的问题）；通过学生讨论预测和对文章的阅读，能激发学生对未来工作事业的畅想和规划（即Why的问题）。课时分析二教学背景分析学情分析授课班级为高二分层A班，学生对知识的综合运用有一定的能力；对于 Job Trends 这个话题比较感兴趣，参与度高；课文中涉及词汇已提前预习，学生无阅
