1、钢筋分布及保护层厚度(电磁感应法)无损检测能力与测评标准一、技能点能力要求能用电磁感应法检测钢筋分布及保护层厚度。二、测评标准序号考核项评分标准分值1检测准备及仪器连接局部(22分)首先开箱清点器具,未清点扣2分。清点完 毕后,测试过程中增补配件扣2分。4被测构件外观检查,对外表不符合要求的位 置及时提出。未检查扣2分,正式开始后提 出扣2分。4按照要求进行有序连接设备。有不满足要求 时,扣2分/项,最多扣4分。2正式开始测试前应开机检查,确定信号线路 通畅。未检查扣2分,未确定线路扣2分。4开始检测时应进行自动调校,调校时远离金 属物,未调校扣2分,未远离金属扣2分。4正确输入被测构件检测参
2、数(直径等),输入 错误或无此步骤扣4分。42现场数据采集准备工作(4分)正确连接仪器设备:信号线连接传感器、主 机,有错插行为扣2分,其他导致测试过程 异常的行为扣2分43数据采集过程(42 分)对纵、横向钢筋进行初步定位:探头有规律地在检测面上缓慢移动(检测过 程探头移动速度不应大于5cm/s)(2分);初 步判定纵、横向钢筋数量和位置,并在白纸 上标示(2分)。4准确探测纵、横向钢筋位置:6每根钢筋至少探测确定两点,在白纸上画出 每根钢筋两点的连线为钢筋的位置和走向, 遗漏时,扣1分/根,最多扣6分。纵、横向钢筋间距(相邻同向钢筋与钢筋之 间的距离):采用直尺量取间距,遗漏测量扣1分/处
3、,最 多扣4分;每个间距在两端附近测量两次,精确到1mm, 漏测扣1分/处,最多扣4分;每个间距两次测量结果平均值为钢筋间距测 定值,并修约到1mm,未取平均值扣1分/处, 最多扣2分,未正确修约扣1分/个,最多扣 2分。12横向钢筋保护层厚度测定:探头沿两条纵向钢筋中心线附近,且基本与 横向钢筋垂直方向缓慢移动(2分);读取每根横筋保护层厚度最小值作为被测钢 筋保护层厚度值,漏测是扣1分/处,最多扣 4分。每根横向钢筋混凝土保护层厚度测量记两 次,漏记时扣1分/处,最多扣4分;两次读数差值应不大于3nnn,两次读数差值 大于3mm时应进行复测调整,否那么扣0. 5分/ 次,最多扣2分。每根钢
4、筋两次测量结果平均值为钢筋保护层 厚度测定值,并修约到Imm,未取平均值扣 0.5分/处,最多扣2分,未正确修约扣0. 5 分/处,最多扣2分。16用虚线标识出保护层厚度测试位置线(1分);间距测量结果应在白纸上标记出来(3 分,白纸上未标记不得分,标记不清扣1分/ 处,扣完为止)。44检测结果提交(30 分)检测信息填写完整、字迹清楚、按要求正确 填写(错填后经正确方式修改不扣分),涂改 扣1分/处,信息不完整扣2分/处,字迹潦 草无法识别扣2分,错误填写扣2分/处。最 多扣8分。8每根钢筋保护层测试结果较标准值相差不大 于2mm不扣分;相差3mm扣1分,相差土 4mm及以上扣2分,共10分
