1、TESTPROGRAMONBOARDOFELECTRICPOWERSYSTEM0.General0.1AttendantsThetestshallbeconductedincompliancewiththeprogramandwitnessedbypresentedofthesurveyorofclassificationsocietyandtheownerrepresentative,unlessotherwisementioned.0.2TestingconditionDuringtesting,alltheelectricequipmentshallbekeptitsservicecon

2、ditionasnearaspracticable,andgaugesfixedontheinstrumentboardofequipmentshallgenerallybeusedforcheckingandtakingarecord.Eachtestshallbecarriedoutwhenthevesselismooredalongsidethebuilderswharf,unlessotherwisementioned.TESTPROGRAMElectricPowerSystemMaindieselgeneratorsandEmergencygeneratorGeneralDuring

3、testonboard,inprinciplewaterresistanceshallbeusedastestload(PF=1.0)exceptatseatrialorotherwisenoted.InsulationresistancetestBeforeandafterthegeneratorheatrunningtest,insulationresistancebetweenthefollowingpointsshallbemeasuredbyuseofaDC500VMeggeranditshallbeconfirmedthattheresistanceis1mega-ohmorabo

4、ve:-Winding-shipshull-Spaceheater-shipshullTheresultsofabovetestarerecordedinattachedsheets1E2,3,4onpages15,16,17,18.Heatruntest(Continuousloadtest)Increasegeneratorloadgraduallyfromzerotofullandthenrunthegeneratorcontinuouslyfor60minutesunderfullloadcondition,15minutesunder110%fullloadatlast.Measur

5、ethefollowingparametersandrecordthedataduringthistest.Output(kW),Frequency(Hz),Voltage(V),Current(A),Temperature。)ofAir,Frame,Stator,BearingandEngineroom.Itshallbeconfirmedthatthegeneratorisfreefromanabnormalriseoftemperatureateachpart.Thetemperatureshallbemeasuredbyusingofthermometermethod.Themeasu

6、rementpointsandresultsofmeasurementarerecordedinattachedsheetsE-5,6,7,8,onpages19,20,21,22.Voltagecharacteristictest(Loadcharacteristictest)Atafullratedload,thevoltageandfrequencyshallbesettoaratedpointandmeasurementshallbetakenonthevoltageandfrequencyateachpointwiththeloadchangedasfollows:100%-75%-

7、50%-25%-0-25%-50%-75%-100%Duringtheabovemeasurement,itshallbeconfirmedthatavoltagevariationateachpointiswithin2.5%(11.3V)forMaingenerator,3.5%(15.8V)forEmcygeneratorTheresultsofthemeasurementarerecordedinattachedsheetsE-9,10,11,12onpages23,24,25,26.Speedvariationtest(Voltageregulatingandgovernortest
