4、关设备的配线系统、桥架、电伴热系统.;B325区应急集水池马到达开关柜的电缆端接、桥架.;B342区PM4980A/B到10KV开关柜的电缆端接、桥架;B330变压器的高压动力,接地和控制电缆;B342 冷却水站工艺安装用电器的高压动力,接地和控制电缆;配电室B341到应急集水池泵马达的低压动力电缆;B320内安装GCC通讯系统;SLIC北的周边照明等。 SBPC电气任务主要有:B541配电室的接地、冷却塔和根底安装的用电器到开关柜/配电盘的电缆端接,建筑群内非MEV的相关设备的配线系统以及相关电缆和电缆桥架、关于SPBC根底和A520工艺安装的照明系统和电伴热系统;配电室B545到应急集水池

5、泵马达的低压动力电缆;配电室B545到A520 冷却塔的低压马达的低压动力电缆;B609仓库内安装GCC通讯系统;B620 维修间内安装GCC通讯系统;从配电室B541到达B601 控制室进展分支的馈线;A545 火炬中的电缆、桥架、拌热等。Electrical work for IIP will cover SLIC-N and SBPC. The following works are in SLIC-N: B341 Power Distribution Room earthing, cable trench and cable tray, B321 and B320 power cons

6、umers cable termination to switch gear/power distribution panel, cabling, cable tray and electrical heating for non-MEV equipment, B325 cable termination and cable tray from emergency pit motor to switch gear, B342 cable termination and cable tray from PM4980A/B to 10KV switch gear, B330 transformer

7、 HV power, eathing and control cable, B342 cooling tower HV power, earthing and control cable, B341 4980A/B到10KV power cable from distribution room to emergency pit pump motor, GCC installation for B320, and SLIC-N perimeter lighting. 15、 Check系统调试 System Pre-commissioning单体试车 Building Pre-commissioning 联动试车 Commissioning 交工验收 Turn-over2 施工前预备及施工原那么Construction Preparation and Construction Philosophy 2.1施工前预备 Construction Preparation首先组织施工班组及有关人员熟习有关施工图、资料、规范、规范等,主管技术人员向施工班组作技术交底并作好技术交底资料,使施工人员熟习该工程的技术要求及要领,以便顺利完成电气安装任务。Construction

16、 Team shall understand correctly AFC, Info, Specification and Standard. Technical supervisor shall give orientation to construction team and prepare record.2.2电气安装工程总那么 Electrical Installation Philosophy一切电气设备安装应严厉按照施工图及有关规范要求及施工程序进展。Electrical equipment installation shall follow strictly the AFC an

17、d spec. as well as construction procedure.一切在室内安装的电气设备在运至安装地点之后方能开箱并进展最初检验。Indoor electrical equipment shall not be uncrated until moved into installation location for inspection.危险区域的电气设备安装应严厉按防火、防腐要求进展。Electrical equipment installation shall follow hazard area specification on fire proof and coati

18、ng. 3开关柜、配电柜及二次回路安装Switch Gear, Power Distribution Panel and Secondary Circuit Installation根据设备一览表,制造商资料和装箱单,对配电盘及内部电器元件规格、数量进展核对。检查其技术性能能否符合设计图纸要求。Check equipment and its accessory for specification and quantity against equipment list, manufacturer info and packing list. Inspection equipment perfor

19、mance against DWG.安装前于此相关的土建任务终了,预埋件及预留符合设计要求,预埋件埋设结实,场地清理干净。CSA work shall be completed before electrical installation. Check embed plates and clean field up.根底槽钢安装,其允许偏向应符合下表要求,槽钢应可靠接地。Steel channel frame installation shall meet the following allowance and shall be securely earthed.工程Item允许偏向 Allo

21、op of Panels in Line 5盘面偏向Panel Surface相邻两盘 Adjacent Panels 1成列盘面Panels in Line5盘间接缝Joint between Panels2抽屉推拉应灵敏轻便,机械联锁或电气联锁安装动作正确可靠,抽屉与柜体间的任务回路衔接插件应接触良好。盘柜上电气元件的间距应符合要求。端子排应有编号,强弱电端子应分开,且接线端子应与导线截面匹配。Free action of drawer, mechanical inter-lock and electrical inter-lock action correct, correct cont

22、act of drawer and cabinet, correct distance between electrical elements on panel. Terminal board shall be numbered and strong power system and weak power system shall be separated. Terminal shall meet the section of wire.二次回道路应联络可靠,按图接线,导线应标明回路编号,字迹明晰且不易脱色。Correct wiring and termination for secondar

23、y circuit and loop number shall be marked. Marking shall be legible and not easily fading. 二次回路的接线端子每侧接线不得超越两根。导线与电气元件的连线应结实可靠,不易零落。No more than 2 wires will be allowed for each side of terminal for secondary circuit. Termination shall be secured.引入盘、柜内的电缆及其线芯应符合以下要求:Cable entering panel and cabinet

24、 shall meet the following requirements:引入盘、柜内的电缆应陈列整齐,固定结实,不能使端子排受力。Cable shall be arranged neat and tidy and secured. No stress shall be applied on terminal board.铠装电缆进入盘、柜后,应将钢带切断,切断处的钢带应扎紧,并应将钢带接地。For amour cable, steel tape shall be cut and steel tape shall be earthed.4母线安装安装Bus Installation母线规格

25、应符合设计要求,技术文件及合格证应齐全。Bus specification shall meet design and tech document. Mill Certificate for bus shall be prepared properly. 母线外表应光钎平整,无裂纹,折皱、夹杂物和变形等景象。Bus surface shall be polished without cracking, wrinkle, foreign material and deformation. 成套供应的封锁母线应附件齐全,外部无变形,内部无损伤。Enclosed bus shall correct

26、and no deformation and damage.母线搭接面和衔接螺栓应符合要求,搭接面应衔接严密,平整清洁,无氧化膜,并涂以电力复合脂。 Bus contacting surface and bolt shall meet design. Contact surface shall be tidy, clean, without scale and resin compound coated. 衔接螺栓运用力距板手紧固,其紧固力距应符合规范要求。Bolt shall be tightened by torque spanner and meet requirement on tig

27、htening torque. 5电缆桥架安装Cable Tray Installation电缆支架应安装结实,横平竖直,托架、支吊架的固定方式应按设计要求执行。各支架的同层横档应在同一程度面上,其高低偏向不应大于5mm。托架、支吊架、沿桥架走向左右偏向不应大于10mm。Cable tray shall secure and neat and tidy. Bracket and hanger shall be installed properly. Support for cable tray shall at same level with elevation deviation not g

28、reater than 5mm. Hanger and bracket installation offset shall not be greater than 10mm.桥架在每个支吊架上应固定结实,桥架衔接板的螺栓应紧固,螺母位于托架的外侧。Cable tray shall be fixed on support and the connection plates for cable tray shall be bolted securely, with nub on the external side of bracket.从桥架引出维护管至设备时,伸入桥架的管口应平齐,同时应固定牢靠

29、。Cable down coming from cable shall go tubing before terminated to equipment. Ends of conduits shall be kept flush and securely fixed.桥架接地与主接地网相连。Cable tray earthing shall be tied into main earthing net.6电缆敷设 Cable Pulling电缆及其附件到达现场后,应按以下要求进展检查:Cable and accessory delivery shall be inspected for the

30、 following:产品的技术文件齐全。Complete Tech Document电缆型号、规格、长度应符合要求,附件齐全,电缆外观不应受损。Cable model number, specification and length, and visual appearance电缆封端严密。Proper sealing of cable ends敷设前应按设计和电缆表对号入座进展敷设,敷设前电缆实验合格。Pulling cable as per Cable List and cable to be tested before pulling.电缆在终端头与接头附件宜留有备长度。Suffici

31、ent length shall be left at for cable termination and connection.电缆各支持点间的间隔 及最小弯曲应符合要求。Cable route shall meet the requirements on interval distance between supports and minimum bending radius.电缆上应按规定装设标志牌。Tag shall be attached to cable.对于桥架内超高敷设的电缆,在转弯处和不便施工处应采取一定的平安措施。为了防止因敷设时用力不一致而导致的事故,在敷设过程中,应有一

32、人担任一致指挥。Safety measures shall be taken for cable in tray at bend or where cable pulling is difficult. Designated person shall be appointed for cable pulling to prevent damaged by improper pulling.直埋电缆的敷设应按以下要求:Directly buried underground cable shall meet the following requirements:电缆外表距地面间隔 不小于0.7m。

33、引入建筑物时,可以浅埋,但要采取维护措施。Top of cable shall be at least 0.7m to the grade. When cable enters building, bury depth could be less with necessary precaution. 电缆之间平行和交叉时的最小净距应符合规范要求。The minimum distance between cables running parallel or running cross shall satisfy Codes requirement.电缆穿过道路时,应加维护管。Protective

34、 tube shall be provided for cabling across road.直埋电缆的上、下都应铺不小于100mm厚的沙层,并加维护盖板。Sand shall be paved above and beneath cable at thickness of 100mm respectively and cover plate provided.当地下电缆分开地面时应对电缆采用机械维护,高度为从地面向上150MM高。Mechanical protection shall be provided for cable going up from grade 150mm heigh

35、t.安装适宜的标牌以阐明电缆沟的位置,应每隔50米处安装电缆沟标牌,包括电缆沟转向的位置、道路、与管道的交叉处、进入建筑物的入口位置以及一切的电缆衔接位置,安装带有聚乙烯警示带的电缆标牌,阐明有地下电缆存在。Proper tag shall be provided to indicate the location of cable trench, for each 50m as well as at turning, cross to pipe, entrance to building and all the cable connection. Cable tag shall have PV

36、C warning tape indicate the existence of underground cable.回填前,应经隐蔽工程验收合格,回填土应夯实。 Inspection before trench backfill and compacted.镀锌钢管、桥架内电缆敷设。Pulling cable through galv. steel tube or at cable tray.电缆陈列应按规范要求。Cable shall be arranged as Code required.电缆敷设终了后,应去除杂物,盖好盖板。Clean up the cable tray and co

37、ver placed.维护管埋入非混凝土地面深度不应小于100mm。Protective tube shall be at least 100mm depth for non-concrete grade.电缆终端和接头的制造。Cable terminator and connection lug fabrication严厉遵守工艺规程,由熟习工艺的人员进展操作。It shall be performed by skilled and experienced craftsman, strictly following relevant regulation. 电缆的终端接头应采用紧缩型电缆密封

38、接头。Cable terminator shall be of compressive type sealing connector.在室外制造10KV电缆接头时,空气相对湿度应符合要求。For 10kv cable connector fabrication outdoors, the relative air humidity shall meet Code requirement. 电缆终端上应有明显的相色标志,且应与系统相位一致。Phase color code shall be provided for cable terminator and agree with system p

39、hase.控制电缆终端可采用普通包扎,接头应有防潮措施。Control cable terminator could be normal tapped and damp proof measures taken. 制造终端与接头时,应防止尘埃、杂物落入绝缘内。For terminator and connection lug fabrication, dust and foreign material shall be prevent from dropping on insulation. 严禁在雾或雨中作业。Work shall be hold in foggy or rainy days

40、.电力电缆接地线应采用铜绞线或锡铜编织线。Earthing line for power cable shall be of copper-cross-link or tin-copper-braid.三芯电力电缆接头两侧的金属屏蔽层、铠装层应分别衔接良好,不得中断。终端处的金属护层必需接地良好,屏蔽钢铠应锡焊接地线。For three-core power cable, metal shielding sheath and armor shall be connected respectively continuously. Armor at terminator shall be eart

41、hed and shielding armor shall be eathed by tin weld. 7配管配线Tubing and cabling各车间内照明线路均采用热镀锌钢管。Lighting cable in Buildings shall go through hot dip galvanized steel tube.一切电气器材到达现场后,应作以下验收检查:Electrical equipment and material shall be inspected for the followings:产品的技术文件齐全。Complete Tech Info for Produc

42、t外观检查应符合规范要求。Visual Inspection配管、配线及照明安装应严厉按图施工。Tubing, cabling and lighting installation as per AFC.预埋件、预留孔的位置和尺寸应符合设计要求,预埋件埋设结实。Check embed plate and pre-set holes for their location and dimensions. Embed plates shall be secured.电缆维护管加工应符合以下要求:Cable conduit tubing shall meet the following requirem

43、ents:管口宜作成喇叭形。End of tube could be fabricated into flare shape.弯曲半径不应小于穿入电缆的最小允许弯曲半径。Bend radius shall not be less than cable minimum bending radius.每根电缆管弯头不应超越三个,直角弯不应超越两个。情况特殊时,可添加拉线盒。No more than 3 bends and no more than 2 90 degree bends are allowed for each standard length tube. Junction box wi

44、ll be provided as necessary.不同回路,不用电压的导线不得穿入同一根管子内。Cabling for various loops and for various voltages shall go through separate tubes.导线在管内不得有接头,接头应在接线盒内。Splice is not allowed in tube and splice shall be provided at junction box.配管、配线工程终了后,应进展绝缘检查,并做好记录。Mega test for complete cabling system and reco

45、rd filled out.维护地线PE线应采用黄绿色相间的绝缘导线。PE line shall be yellow-green wire.管内穿线宜在建筑物磨灰、粉刷、地面工程终了后进展。Cable pulling in tube could be done after the architecture finish is completed, such as plastering and flooring.8照明 Lighting照明配电箱上应标明用电回路称号。Lighting Circuit shall be marked on distribution panel for lighti

46、ng.成排灯具的安装应整齐、美观。Lighting shall be installed tidy and neat.各车间门上安装的应急灯应有明显标志。Prominent emergency light shall be provided at the door of Building.灯具安装时,对灯管、灯泡的安装要小心谨慎,不要将灯管、灯泡碰碎。Take precaution to prevent lighting tube and bulb damage for lighting fixture installation.开关、插座的安装应高度一致。Height of switches

47、 or receptacles shall be same. 单相两孔插座,面对插座的右孔或上孔与相线相接;单相三孔插座,面对插座的右孔与相线相接。For single-phase-two-pin receptacle, the right-hand hole (facing receptacle) or the up hole shall be connected to phase line; for single- phase-three-pin receptacle, the right-hand hole (facing receptacle) shall be connected t

48、o phase line. 单相三孔、三相四孔及三相五孔插座的接地线或零线均应接在上孔。插座的接地端子不应与零线端子直接相连。For single-phase-three-pin receptacle, three-phase-four-pin receptacle and three-phase-five-pin receptacle, the zero line or the earthing line shall be connected to up hole. Receptacles earthing terminal shall not be connected to zero li

49、ne terminal.相线应经开关控制。Phase line shall be controlled by switch.9防雷接地安装安装Lightning and Earthing Installation防雷、接地安装安装应严厉按图施工。Lightning and earthing installation shall follow AFC.防雷接地安装所用资料应符合规定及设计要求,并且有合格证。Material for lightning and earthing shall meet Code and Mill Certificates provided.接地安装埋设深度应满足规范

50、要求:顶端距地不小于0.6米。Bury depth for earthing shall be 0.6m to grade as minimum. 接地安装的埋地和隐蔽部分,应做好防腐任务,并阅历收合格后方可隐蔽,并做好记录。Underground part of earthing shall be coated and inspected before backfill, and inspection record filled out.接地电阻值应符合设计要求。Earthing resistance shall meet Code.以下情况,均应接地:Earthing shall be p

51、rovided for the following:变压器中性点应任务接地。Neutral point of transformer 开关柜根底、电机、变压器和其它电气设备的金属外壳和底座均应接地。Switchgear frame and metal shell and base for motor, transformer and other electrical equipment电力电缆、控制电缆的金属护套、维护钢管、电缆支架均应接地。Power and control cable metal sleeve, tube and support.电缆桥架、工艺管道均应可靠接地,每隔2530

52、米与接地干线相连。Cable tray and process piping shall be securely earthing connected and tied to earthing mainline for every 2530 meter. 电流互感器的二次线圈应接地。CTs secondary Coil10静电跨接线安装X. Static Electrical Bond Installation对易燃易暴介质的管道和设备,应进展静电跨接线的安装。Bond shall be provided for piping and equipment with flammable or e

53、xplosion hazard medium.管道跨接线安装时,应根据接地耳的位置,用金属导线或其易导电的资料进展衔接安装,衔接宜采用螺栓衔接。 Bond lug shall be provided on piping and metal wire or conductible material shall be used for bonding installation and bolting connection would be preferred. 设备的静电跨接,宜采用接地电缆与接地干线相连。Bonding for equipment would be of earthing cab

54、le tied to earthing main line.静电接地线安装终了后,应对静电接地电阻进展丈量,其电阻值勤应符合规范要求。同时应做好丈量记录。Mega test shall be perform for earthing resistance and recorded.11通讯安装 Communication Installation探测器至墙壁、梁边的程度间隔 ,不应小于 0.5m。Detector shall stay at least 0.5 m from the wall or the beam.探测器周围 0.5m 内,不应有遮挡物。0.5 m radius from the detector shall be cleared
