14、d famers icre-e and a ndmapo e dewl opme nt ad seki ng, mr prbl m ad foste a dnage iduut，a id Idjsme nt gri_l ura Su.* a nd -rid蔬菜工厂化育苗产业建设实施方案一、总体布局萧王庙街道农作物种业（工厂化育苗）位于潘前村三高连接线以北，占地 面积50亩，主要开展蔬菜瓜果优良种苗繁育。本项目拟新建玻璃温室4000平方米、连栋大棚6000平方米、单栋大棚1 0000平方米；辅助用房（彩钢板）2000平方米。具体布局见图1-1。图1-1总体布局图二、建设目标通过建设玻璃温室、大棚

15、等育苗设施，采用科学化、机械化、自动化等先进的工厂化育苗技术，减少用种量和土传病害、缩短育苗周期，推进育苗的机械 化、规模化、省力化生产，提高蔬菜苗的质量和土地利用率，实现年繁育优质种 苗1200万株的生产能力；同时，持续开展蔬菜工厂化育苗技术研究，将开发的 工厂化育苗关键技术推广到农户，加快蔬菜瓜果优良品种的推广，带动当地农业 产业转型升级与农民增收。三、建设内容1、生产设施玻璃温室：规划面积4000平方米，内部配套内外遮阳网、水帘风机、 自动水车、供暖设备等设施。连栋大棚：规划面积6000平方米，内部配套内外遮阳网、水帘风机等设施。单栋大棚：规划面积10000平方米，内部配套喷滴灌设施等。

16、苗床：规划面积8000平方米，由移动式苗床和搬运苗床组成， 其中： 移动式苗床宽1.75米、高0.75米，支架及支脚采用焊接连接，网片采用热镀锌， 边框采用铝合金边框，枕墩采用膨胀螺栓与内部道路连接， 承载力大于40公斤/ 平方米；搬运苗床，可以调层数，长 2米、宽0.6米、高1.8米。穴盘：茄果类、瓜类蔬菜需要32孔、50孔、72孔穴盘，共8万张；十字花科蔬菜需要128孔穴盘，共4万张。2、附属设施催芽室：面积250平方米（分3间），可调控温度与湿度。嫁接苗驯化系统：苗床拱棚、薄膜、超声波加湿器等。基质：草炭800立方米，珍珠岩400立方米。辅助用房：规划面积2000平方米，采用彩钢板材料，

17、单层结构，包 括办公室、仓库、农具房等。、育苗机械设备播种流水线：基质混合机、基质供应机、多功能打孔播种机、广幅覆 土机、广幅灌溉机、无动力传送带等。自动嫁接机：1小时可以嫁接800株。打药机：2台。推车：40辆。仪器：电导仪（EQ、酸度计（pH）、温湿度记录块。四、关键技术1、茄果类、瓜类蔬菜工厂化育苗全流程操作规范技术（1）茄果类、瓜类蔬菜工厂化育苗技术操作规程建立基质配方、种子处理、精量播种、催芽温度和时间、肥水调控、病虫害防治、环境控制等操作规程。(2)补光、肥水管理、生长调节剂、加温等提高茄果类、瓜类蔬菜工厂化育苗质量的技术(3)茄果类、瓜类蔬菜工厂化育苗储藏技术与运输设备2、茄果类

18、、瓜类蔬菜嫁接育苗技术(1)开发适合茄果类、瓜类蔬菜的嫁接方法(2)筛选适合茄果类、瓜类蔬菜的嫁接方法与嫁接技术(3)嫁接后提高嫁接成功率的温度、湿度管理技术3、十字花科蔬菜(甘蓝、青花菜、花菜为主)工厂化育苗全流程操作技术规范化研究(1)建立十字花科蔬菜工厂化育苗技术操作规程建立基质配方、种子处理、精量播种、催芽温度和时间、肥水调控、病虫害防治、环境控制等操作规程。(2)开发适合十字花科蔬菜工厂化育苗基质通过基质的物理性与化学性研究，筛选适合十字花科蔬菜工厂化育苗的基质种类与配方。(3)通过补光、肥水管理、生长调节剂、加温等方法提高十字花科蔬菜工厂化育苗质量的技术(4)开发十字花科蔬菜工厂化

21、28孔）：5万张、2.8元/张，计14万元；包装箱子：6万元；供暖费：60万元；（2）水电费电费：12月、12000元/月，计14.4万元；水费：12月、4000元/月，计4.8万元；合计年需水电费19.2万元。（3）人工费项目需要新增劳动定员74人，其中管理人员4人，5000元/月；常年生产工人10人，3000元/月；临时工60人，工作时间为半年，2000元/月。合计年需人工费132万元。(4) 土地租金基地面积50亩、每亩800元，计4万元。(5)固定资产折旧费均按10年折旧，计113.57万元；(6)维修费按折旧费的30炮，计34.07万元。合计项目运行总费用共500.24万元。六、建设

22、进度安排与效益分析1、建设进度安排本项目在潘前村农作物种业基地内组织实施。从 2013年7月开始前期准备，项目建设期为1年，具体安排如下：2013年7月-10月进行项目前期工作，主要完成土地整理及项目规划设计；2013年11月-2014年3月建设玻璃温室4000平方米、单体大棚3000平方米，连体大棚3000平方米，遮阳网、喷灌及配套设施；辅助用房2000平方米；催芽室250平方米；完成基地路、渠等基础设施建设及相关设施设备的 采购、安装；2014年4月-7月建设单体大棚7000平方米，连体大棚3000平方米， 遮阳网、喷灌及配套设施；完成基地路、渠等基础设施建设及相关设施设备的采 购、安装；
