24、allsandboxeswhereswitchesandsocketswillbeinstalled,andconditionsunderwhichworkwillbeperformed.检查安装开关插座的墙壁和安装底盒以及施工现场条件Donotproceedwithworkuntilunsatisfactoryconditionshavebeencorrectedinamanneracceptabletotheengineer.只有工程人员认为可接受的施工条件下才允许进行施工。Preparation准备Checktherestingsurfaceonthewallaroundtheflush

25、mountingboxestoensurethat:检查暗装盒周围的墙面并确保：oTherearenomajordefects,suchasplasterburrsorholes没有重大缺陷，如水泥粘附物或小洞。oThereisnoheapofpaintingordust没有堆积的涂漆或灰尘。oTherearenoflatnessdefectsofmorethan1,5mm,inaperipheryof10cmaroundtheinstalledflushbox.在已安装暗盒10cm周围没有超过1.5mm厚的凹凸处墙面。oTheholeintheplasterorconcreteshouldn

26、otbemorethan5mmpersidebiggerthantheboxhole.开在石膏或水泥上的洞每边的尺寸相比于底盒尺寸不应大于5毫米。Incaseofwalltrunkingsysteminstallation,checklevelofwallstoensurenotmorethan6mmdeviationinanydirectionwhencheckedwitha3mstraightedge.Checkthatallwallcornersarenotouttherange:905.在墙壁线槽系统安装后，确保任何3米长线槽的水平倾斜尺寸不超过6毫米，确保所有的墙壁拐角处都不超过90

28、estheintendedfunctions.按照厂家指导和地方规定安装开关插座，保证安装符合要求和满足设定的功能Coordinationisnecessarytointerfaceinstallationofwiringdeviceswithotherwork.考虑到其他相关产品的安装，端口必需具备兼容性。Installwiringdevicesafterwiringworkiscompletedandtested.在完成布线和测试后再安装开关插座Werecommendnottoinstallcoverplatesuntilsiteworkisfullycompleted.我们建议在现场工作

29、没有彻底完成前不要安装面板Installcoverplatesafterpaintingworkiscompletedandusetheprotectionshellssuppliedwiththedevices.在粉刷工作完成后再安装面板并使用附带在开关插座上的保护塑料外壳。Theprotectionshellsshallberemovedonlyoncesiteworkisfullycompleted.Theplasticfilmcoveringtheprotectionshellisapartoftheprotectionandshallnotberemoved.现场工作未完全完成请不得

30、去掉保护塑料外壳。塑料外壳上的塑料膜起保护作用不得撕掉。Exceptforsockets,thedevicescanbetestedwiththeprotectionshell.Totestthesockets,removetheplatewithitsprotectionshell.除了插座，其他可同保护外壳一起接受测试。在测试插座时，需要去掉面板和保护外壳。Provideequipment-earthingconnectionsforwiringdevicesandaluminiumtrunkingparts,unlessotherwiseindicated.除非另有说明，开关插座和铝合金线槽部分应提供产品接地设备。Verifyexactlocationsofswitchesandsocketswiththearchitecturalandinteriordesigndrawings.根据建筑和室内设计图纸检查开关插座具体的位置Locateallswitchesonthelocksideofthedoo
