22、learning in the future.译文:-14 -新的学期已然开始近一个月,我接的是2022级七年级 二班的英语教学工作。七年级的学生在小学时学了一些英语, 但对英语学习所操持的态度与方法不同,故而导致班上学生 的英语基础程度不同,这给我的英语教学造成了一定的困难 基础好的同学对英语学习有方法,有信心,只需稍加点 拨或引导,即能掌握相关知识点;而基础较差的同学,对英 语存畏难心理,缺乏自信,在英语学科上落后其他同学的现 象也习以为常,坦然处之,缺乏方法与信心,讲过的知识点 理解吸收得较慢。在初中英语开头阶段即出现这种朝两级发 展的趋势,是我最不愿意看到的状况。而我们长怡实验学校 倡
23、导全人教育,强调课程要促进每个学生身心健康的开展, 培养学生良好的品质及终身自主学习的能力;新课程改革也 关注体验性学习,提倡交流与合作、自主创新学习。七年级 阶段,正是知识汲取、人格塑造、行为习惯培养的关键时期。 作为教师,帮助学生探索追求以上目标有着至关重要而义不 容辞的责任。为更好的今后的工作中明确目标,找到适合班 情的方法,我简单的回顾一下开学以来我做的一些教育教学 工作并进行反思。一、关注学生情感,创造和谐、民主的教学气氛学生只有对自己、对英语乃至整个学习有积极的情感态 度,才能保持或重塑学习的动力并取得成绩。刻板消极的情 感态度,不仅会影响英语学习进程,还不利于个人身心的健康开展。
24、因此我努力做到了以下几点:1、尊重每个学生,积极鼓励他们在学校中的尝试,保 护他们的自尊心与积极性。2、把英语学习与情感态度塑造结合起来,在课堂上组 织结对练习,小组讨论,组内带读等合作学习的活动,促进 学生互相学习,互相帮助,开展团结协作精神。3、关注学习有困难或性格内向的学生,在保证先进生 已理解或掌握知识点的情况下,注重给学习展示落后的学生 回答下列问题,开口说英语的机会。以此敦促他们认真学习,集 中注意力,跟进班级教学进度。二、加强对学生学习策略的指导,明确学习动机1、引导学生结合语境,联系身边世纪,采用推测、查 阅及头脑风暴等方法进行自主学习。2、引导学生在学习过程中,学会自我检测与
25、评价,确 保先进生学习兴趣的维持与提高,逐步找到并完善适合自己 的学习方法。3、对学生稍有懈怠的中等生,加强谈话与个别辅导。4、对后进生积极课外辅导与个别讲解。落实课本要求 得基础知识,并鼓励其不要对学习失去信心。在确保要掌握 目标知识点的前提下,为他们安排少量而必要的学习任务。 恪守并实践“勤能补拙”这个道理。三、存在的问题16 -朝两级开展的趋势任然存在,学习态度不够端正,良好 的学习习惯没养成,班级学习气氛仍不算浓厚。个别学生虽 然貌似听话乖巧,但是其实没有专心,或没有在课后落实作 业或其他布置的任务,记忆不够牢固,知识点容易混滞。接 下来的教学工作,要一方面稳住先进生,落实知识,进行相
26、 对的拓展补充。另一方面仍需跟进局部落后学生的学习情况 与思想动态。七年级的英语教学看似课程浅显,简单轻松,其实不然。 七年级正是打基础,塑品格的阶段,培养学生良好的学习习 惯与适当的方法,对以后的学习很重要。因此,我深知自己 的任务,在教书育人上不敢有一丝懈怠。相信只要用心去教, 正确引导,一定能帮助学生为以后更高层次的英语学习奠定 扎实的基础。初一英语听说课教学反思英文版Stimulate interestInterest is the most important thing for students to learn English well. 55、实行德育分的奖励,加强了学生学习单词的积 极性。在一定单词的基础上,要先把句子读熟了。有些同学很 不熟悉语法,于是了解句子变的很重要。我主要是抓 GrammarFocus的句子并默写。3A的文段要求中层和中上层 的背诵默写,中下层的同学那么挑出重点句子让其背诵。在句 子中逐步熟悉句子结构和语法。从单词中理解句子,并在句 子中巩固单词。四、教学模式的转变一成不变的教学方式只会消磨学生的积极性和新鲜感。 于是我尝试了多种的教学方式,以下是我对几种教学方式的 体会。传统的教学模式能让学生掌握更多的知识,知识体系 比拟完整,但学生积极性教弱,课堂较枯燥;多媒体教学优 势是课堂气氛活跃,学生操练机会较多
56、,缺点是比拟难掌握 时间和控制学生,重点比拟不到位;学生交由课堂讲解,能 锻炼学生的口语能力和逻辑思维,并能让学生与学生之间讨 论的机会增加,但会遗漏重点,且有时会在一个问题上争执, 时间浪费上较多。虽然各个教学模式多有其缺陷和缺乏,但 通过多种方式的教学,能激发学生的积极性,并能在不同模 式下互补各自的缺乏。五、教学反思在本学年的教学中,深刻的感受到,在新课程的改革中, 教学中教师首先必须转变思想观念,提高认识,深刻理解新 课程标准的内涵,树立新的课程观。在教学过程中实现以学 生为主,教师为辅的教学方式。创设各种情景,鼓励学生大 胆地使用英语,运用英语。尊重每个学生,积极鼓励他们在 学习中的
57、尝试,保护他们的自尊心和积极性。尽量在课堂中 营造良好的学习气氛。当然在这一年的教学生涯中,仍存在 许多缺乏之处,在课堂上我总怕学生吃不饱,不知不觉地讲 多了,没有给学生思考的空间,有时太过要求语法而忽略了 实际操作。其次,作业完成得不令人满意,还时有抄袭作业 的现象,一错皆错,一对皆对的现象时有发生。另外,两极 分化现象仍然严重,有个别学生对英语学习兴趣不大。还有 局部学生写作能力上不去,课文、句型虽然会背诵会默写, 但实际运用能力差,需要平时注意训练写作能力的培养。今 后我将继续做到备书本,备学生,积极加强自身的课程改革 理论学习,转变教育理念,建立以学生为本的教育观念,树 立活动教学观,
