2、scientiouslyalltheobligationsstipulatedinit.一.合同期自起至止。LengthofContract:fromto.二.甲乙双方合作内容Cooperationcontent:甲方与乙方进行教学合作，乙方为甲方提供教学服务，并接受甲方的监督管理Bothpartiescooperatetogethertofulfilltheteachingtasks.PartyBoffersteachingandorganizingservice.PartyAhastherighttosupervisetheserviceandresultfrompartyBduringt

3、hecooperation.三.乙方在合作期间享受的福利BenefitsofpartyB在合作期间，甲方有责任保证乙方工作环境的安全，并且对此提供相应的援助。Duringcooperation,partyAcanofferassistanceandadviceregardinganyissueswithlocalofficialsenquiringaboutcooperation.甲乙双方合作满半年后，乙方可以享受5天的带薪休假。Aftersix-monthcooperation,partyBiseligiblefor5dayspaidleave.甲方为乙方提供不定期的团队出行和团队用餐的补贴

5、anceisrequiredfortheworkingvisa.四.乙方工作时间和工作内容TheworkinghoursofpartyB根据学校的作息时间表，每周工作日为6天(节假日除外)，如遇节假日学校调换课程时间则按学校要求安排授课。每周授课时间为23小时(不包含活动)，培训时间为4小时。如遇特殊情况，超出的小时数将以50/小时支付给乙方。工作时间安排如下：星期一，休息星期二至星期五，15:00-21:00星期六，9:00-12:00,14:00-17:00,17:30-18:30星期日，9:00-12:00,14:00-17:00,17:30-18:30寒假和暑假学期期间的课时安排如下:

6、星期一至星期六，9:00-12:00,14:00-17:00星期日，休息Accordingtotheschoolsteachingschedule,teachersusuallywork6daysaweek(exceptholidays).Iftheschoolchangesthescheduleduringtheholiday,teachershavetheobligationtotakeuptheclassesaccordingtotheschoolsarrangement.Thereare21teachinghours(activitiesarenotincluded)and4train

10、ttendit.Forexample,celebrationday,teachingresearchactivitiesandsomeimportantEnglishactivities.PartyAwillprovidefinancialhelptowardstransportfeesforpartyB,butnoextrapayment(salary).乙方服从甲方分配的教学任务和课程安排；在甲乙双方约定的教学时长和工作时长内，对于甲方的课程安排，乙方不得拒绝接受。乙方应按期完成工作任务，保证教学工作的质与量。PartyBhastheobligationtoacceptthereasona

11、blearrangementoftheclassesandschedule.PartyBisnotallowedtobeabsentfromtheclasseswithintheteachinghoursasagreed.Ifthereisaspecialreasonforabsence,partyBhastoinformpartyAatleast3daysahead.Incaseofanemergencyorillnessoraccident,partyBhastosubmitpropercertificationdulysignedbyanauthorizedperson.乙方有义务遵守甲

12、方的外教管理工作守则，包括主要工作时间安排，日常工作职责奖惩制度等。乙方有义务认真完成上级领导所下达的工作任务和按时按质完成。ItstheobligationforPartyBtofollowtheRulesandRegulationssetoutforallforeignteachers,includingtheworkingschedule,dailyworkandresponsibility,PartyBalsohastheobligationtokeepclassroomscleanandtidyaftereachclasshasfinishedandanyadditionaltask

13、sthatmaybeaskedbythesupervisor.甲方为乙方提供教学内容和教学材料，乙方有责任提前完成备课任务，并与助教和教学主管核对每周备课内容。PartyBwillbegivenmaterialforeachclass,theymustfullypreparebeforecommencementofeachclassandisobligedandrequiredtofulfillthistasktothelevelrequiredbytheschoolorsupervisor.乙方有责任参加甲方举行的户外推广活动。如因推广活动而导致超时工作，超过30分钟将按加班工资核算。Occ

14、asionallypartyBisrequiredtoparticipateandattendpromotionalactivitiesandoutdooractivitiestopromotethecauseoftheschool.Thisperiodiswithintheworkinghours.Anyextratimeextending30minuteswillbepaidaccordingly.8每三个小时的课程将有两个课间休息，每次休息不得超过10分钟。在此期间，乙方必须留在学校，不允许在此期间抽烟、喝酒、接打私人电话。Twobreaksoftenminutesarepermitte

15、dwithineach3-hourclass.PartyBmustremainonschoolpremisesduringthesebreaksandisnotpermittedtosmokeordrinkalcoholorattendpersonalphonecalls.Supervisionisstillrequiredofthechildrenduringthesebreaks.乙方在工作时间不允许闲聊，玩手机，玩电脑游戏，外出用餐，外出购物等活动。如需外出，需向上级提出口头申请，并经得各店店长同意。AnyperiodduringtheworkinghourswhenpartyBisno

16、tteaching,mustrefrainfromusingtheirmobilephonefromanyuseapartfrommakingorreceivingphonecalls.Anyuseofschoolequipmentsuchascomputersismeantforofficialworkandnotforplayinggames,etc.PartyBisnotallowedtoleavetheschoolwithoutpermissionofthesupervisor.Uniformprovidedbytheschoolmustbewornatalltimeswhenpart

17、Aisinschool.三、授课地点Workingaddressandlocation甲方根据乙方的实际情况，为乙方安排的课程在内，如有其他变化，双方协商解决。Onrareoccasions,partyBmayberequestedtocoverorsubstituteanotherteacheratoursecondbranchwithorwithoutpriornotice.四、薪酬标准Salarycriteria双方协商达成一致，按月薪资的方式计算工资，首月工资结算自入职日起至每月最后一天，按实际工作天数结算。次月工资自每月第一天起，自每月最后一天为止。每月甲方支付乙方人民币10000元

20、医疗由乙方自行解决。Personalmattersincludingaccommodation,healthandillnessaretheresponsibilityofpartyB.PartyAisavailableforadviceandhelpatalltime.病假及事假：Sickleaveandcompassionateleave（1）如果乙方因患病并经医院证明确不能工作，可以向甲方提出请假。如果乙方连续7天请病假，甲方可以按照国家外专局合同有关规定中止与受聘方的合同。Intheeventofsickness,partyBmustproduceadequatecertificati

21、onfromthecorrecthospitaltoprovetheirsicknessinregardstosickleave.Uponprovidingcertificatesickleavewillbegranted.Ifthesickleaverunsfor7dayscontinually,partyAhastherighttoterminatethecontractaccordingtothecontractissuedbystateadministrationoftheForeignExpertsAffairs.（2）如果乙方在工作时间内需要请事假，须得到甲方的批准；如果乙方未向甲

22、方提出请假，而旷工不上课，甲方有权在其旷工期间罚扣其一个月工资IfPartyBappliesforadayoffbecauseofpersonalreasonsduringtheworktime,itmustbeconfirmedbypartyA.IfpartyBisabsentfromclasswithoutapplicationorinforming,thenpartyAhastherighttocutonemonthssalarytocoverthelossofouradministrationcosts,reputationandhiringofareplacementteacher.

23、七保密协议confidentialityagreement.双方不得将合作内容和任何合作详细信息透露给第三方，包括甲方内部员工。BothpartiesarenotallowedtodivulgeanyinformationordetailsregardingeithertheschoolorpartyB.AllaspectsofcooperationbetweenpartyAandBareconfidential.在任何情况下，甲乙双方不得将工资，协议内容，国籍，年龄，教学年限和中介来源透漏给第三方，包括甲方公司员工。Thetwopartiesarenotallowedtodivulgepersonalinformationregardingsalaries,contract,nationality,andageorrecruitmentagency.UnderNOCIRCUMSTANCEcanthisinformationordetailsbepassedontoanyoftheotherstaff.Ifpart
