5、准备 preparations before electric test2.1、主管该项目的技术负责人应参加本工程的图纸会审、提出合理化建议。Technicians in charge of this project should participate in united checking for drawings of the project, and put forward rational advices。2.2、对本工程的新设备、新技术提前准备详细资料、并写出专项调试方案。Prepare detailed documents in advance for new equipment

6、and new technology in this project and write special test programs。2.3、按设计院设计的原理接线图对一次、二次接线、微机、继电保护装置进行全面的了 解,对特殊保护装置等应有专项调试方案。Understand thoroughly the primary wiring、 the secondary wiring、 computer and relay protector referring to principal wiring diagram designed by design institutes。 Special tes

7、t program should be there for particular protector etc。2.4、熟悉了解全厂大容量及重要设备的性能、技术数椐、试验方法、保护整定值、以 确保试验结果的正确性。Know well the performance、 technological data、 test methods and setting values of protection of important equipment with big capacity of plant to ensure correctness of test results。2.5、根据本厂设备选型收

8、集各厂家的技术资料、对施工人员进行安全、技术交底、确保 施工质量及施工工艺。Collect technological data of all manufacturers according to equipment model selection of the plant, make technology and safety introduction to construction persons to ensure quality and techniques of construction。2.6、提出电气调试项目、标准,根据现场的工程进度编制调试进度计划表。Make out item

9、s and standards of electric test, work out test progress schedule according project construction progress on site。3、调试试验作业内容test job content3.1 电力变压器:power transformers3 1.1 测量绕组连同套管的直流电阻:measure DC resistance of windings and casings采用直阻速测微欧姆计或双臂电桥,测量应在各分接头的所有位置上进行,各相测得值 的相互差值应小于平均值的2%,线间测得值的相互差值应小于

10、平均值的1%。The measurement will be taken with quick microhm meter of direct resistance or double bridges in all branch connectors, the mutual difference of all measurement results of all phases should be less than 2% of average values, the mutual difference of all measurement results of all phase-to-pha

11、se resistance should be less than 1% of average values,3 1.2 检查所有分接头的变压比:check voltage ratio of all branch connectors检查采用变压比电桥,其变压比的允许误差在额定分接头位置时为0.5%。Use voltage ratio bridge for checking, the tolerance of voltage ratio should be 0.5% in rated branch connectors。3 1.3 检查变压器的三相结线组别:check windings of

12、three phases wiring of transformer与检查变压比同时进行,必须与设计要求及铭牌上的标记和外壳上的符号相符。This job and checking of voltage ratio will be done synchronously, the results must be in accordance with designing requirements、 marks in nameplates and symbols in outside shell。3 1.4测量绕组连同套管及铁芯的绝缘电阻与吸收比:Measure insulation resista

13、nce and absorption ratio of windings casings and iron cores。采用2500/500V兆欧表进行测量,绝缘电阻值不应低于产品出厂试验值的70%。Use megohmmeter of 2500/500V for measurement, the insulation resistance values should not be less than 70% of experimental values of production delivery。3 1.5 绕组连同套管的交流耐压:AC voltage endurance of windi

14、ngs and casing本项试验应根据被试变压器绝缘介质要求相应进行。高压绕组短接接入试验变压器高压 侧,低压绕组短接接地。低压绕组短接接入试验变压器高压侧,高压绕组短接接地。试验符 合规范要求。This test will be carried out according to requirements of insulation media of transformers to be tested High voltage winding will be short connected to high voltage side of transformers to be tested,

15、 low voltage winding will be short connected to earth。low voltage winding will be short connected to high voltage side of transformers to be tested, high voltage winding will be short connected to earth。 The test must meet requirements of regulations。3 1.6在额定电压下对变压器的冲击合闸试验 :impact test on transforme

16、r in rated voltage在额定电压下对变压器的冲击合闸试验,应进行5次,每次间隔时间宜为5min,应无异常 现象;冲击合闸宜在变压器高压侧进行;对中性点接地的电力系统,试验时变压器中性点必须 接地,无电流差动保护的干式变压器可冲击3次。Impact test on transformer in rated voltage will be done in five times, the interval should be 5 minutes, there should be no something abnormal; the test should be done on high

17、 voltage side of transformer。For the electric system of neutral point being grounded, the neutral point of transformer must be grounded when test was done; for the dry transformer without current differential protection, the test can be done for three times。3 1.8检查变压器的相位必须与电网相位一致。Check the phases of

18、 transformer, they must be in accordance with grid phases 3.2 互感器(6.6/0.4KV) mutual inductor3 2.1 测量绕组的绝缘电阻:measure insulation resistance of winding采用2500V兆欧表测量一次绕组对二次绕组及外壳、各二次绕组间及其对外壳的绝缘 电阻,与产品出厂试验值比较,应无明显差别。Use megohmmeter to measure insulation resistances between primary winding and secondary winding、 primary wind
