5、ased on one out of a thousand of the total price for installation work per day ， i.e.Naira，only for each day of suchdefault.Increaseordecreaseofwork：Incasetheemployerhas，increase or decrease the workingschedule， the corresponding increase or decrease of total price shall beevaluatedaccording to the

6、termsandconditionsbetweenthetwoParties， an agreement for theunitpriceofadditionalitems.Shouldanypartofthecompletedworkofanypart of the materials transported to the site have to be abandoned owing to made by the employer， The employer shall， after havingreceived the work， pay for each completed work

7、or materials abandoned as pertheunitpricespecifiedtothecontractor.Supervisionforprogressandquantity：Thesupervisionpersonnelappointedbytheemployerandrepresentative shall have the authority to supervise the progress and quantity of the work and give instruction. The contractor shall perform correctly

8、inaccordance with such instruction given by the employers personnel or representative. If the work can not achieve the quantity standard from the client,thecontractormustredoitwithoutanyextrapaymentandthecontractorhavetofinishtheworkwithintheperiodofthecompletion.Stopagework：Should the employer noti

9、fy the contractor to stop the work for reasons of the contractor ， the contractor can stop the workwork ， materials at site and other reasonable expenses to be added or deducted from the paid installments.Custodyofwork：Thecompletedworkandthematerials， tools， and equipment at site shall be under the

10、custody of the contractor after commencement and beforecompletionanddeliveryofthework.UnlessintheeventofForceMajeure，the contractor shall be fully responsible for any damage of the work under the custody of the contractor. In case of Force Majeure, the contractor shall give alistofdamageaccordingtot

11、heactualconditionandsuggestanexpectedpriceanddateforrecoveryfromsuchdamagetothe employer for checking and payment. Should the employer decide not to continue with the work， thiscontractshallbeterminatedaccordingtoarticle10hereof.Warrantyforwork.The contractor shall warrant the promised condition of

12、the work within year（s） after the date of receiving the work by the employer.However， the contractor shall not be liable to Acts of God or misuse of theworkbytheemployer.Supplementalprovisions：The contractor shall be held responsible if the contractors personnel or other people are injured due to th

16、协商该项新增加工程之单价。若甲方因单价对乙方已完成的工程费用及材料费，予以支付。监督进度与质量：甲方派去的监督人员或代表对工程进度和质量予以监督并有权予以监工、指导。乙方应按甲方人员或代表的指示正确施工，不得以任何借口置之不理。若因 同时乙方仍须在合同规定的时间内完成工程。工程停工：若甲方通知乙方将工程停止，其原因又并非是乙方的责任，乙方可停付或扣除。工程监护：在工程开始后，但在完工移交前，已完工的工程及留在工地的材料、 工具、设备等，均由乙方保管。除人力不能抵抗的灾害外，乙方应对保管中的一切，负损害之全责。如遇不可抵抗的天灾人祸，乙方应详列损害实情，向甲方提出恢复原状的价格及日期。以供甲方核对付款之用。若甲方决定不再继续施工，按合同第 10 条规定结
