7、edontheaircraftforthecommencement3. 3.1Thisattachesonlyasthesubject-matterinsuredandasto parttpartisloadedontheaircraftforthecommencementtheairtransit insured terminates,subjectto3.2and3.3below,eitherassubject-matterinsuredand astoanypart t partis fromthe thefinalplace of dischargeor on expiry of da

8、yscounting frommidnight ofthe dayof arrivalof the thefinalplaceofdischarge,whicheverNevertheless,subjecttopromptnoticetotheUnderwritersandtoadditionalpremium,suchreattacheswhen,vingdischargedsubject-matterinsuredatthefinalplaceofdischarge,thedepartstherefrom,terminates,subjectto3.2and3.3below,either

9、assubject-matterinsuredandastopart tpart isdischarged fromthe discharge,thefinal(orsubstituted)placeonexpiry of15 dayscounting frommidnightof theday of re-of the the final place of discharge or arrival of the atasubstitutedplaceofdischarge,whichever3.2 If during the insured transit the aircraft arri

10、ves at ermediateplacetodischargethesubject-matterinsuredon-carriagebyaircraftoroversea,then, subjectto 3.3 andtoanadditionalpremiumifrequired,thisinsuranceuntiltheexpiryof 15dayscountingfrom midnightoftheday arrivalofthesuchplace,butandtoanadditionalpremiumifrequired,thisinsuranceuntiltheexpiryof 15

11、dayscountingfrom midnightoftheday arrivalofthesuchplace,butthereafterreattachesassubject-matterinsuredand astoanyparttpartisloaded on on-carryingaircraft oroversea .Duringtheperiodof15theinsuranceremainsinforceafterdischargeonlywhilstsubject-matterinsuredand astoanyparttpartisat ermediateIfthegoodsa

12、reon-carriedhe periodof15daysoriftheinsurancereattachesasClause wheretheon-carriageisbyaircraftthisbjectto theterms oftheseclauses, wheretheon-carriageisbyoversea, the InstituteWarClauses(Cargo)shallbedeemedtoformpartofinsuranceandshallapplytotheon-carriageby3.3Iftheairhecontractofcarriageisterminat

13、edatplace nthedestinationagreed t halldeemedtobethefinalplaceofdischarge andsuchterminatesinaccordancewithIfthesubject-matterinsuredsubsequentlyconsignedtotheoriginaloranyotherdestination,then, provided notice is given to the Underwriters before the commencement of such further transit and subject t

14、o an additionalpremium,suchinsurancehecaseofthesubject-matterinsuredhavingdischarged,asthesubject-matterinsuredandastoanypartpartisloaded onthe on-carryingaircraft forthe thecaseofthesubject-matterinsured ving discharged, when the aircraft departs from such deemed final place ofdischarged,asthesubje

31、insurance attaches from the time the subject-matter insured leaves the warehouse, premises or place of storage at the placenamedhereinforthecommencementofthetransit,continues during the ordinary course of transit and terminates eitherondeliverytotheConsigneesorotherfinalwarehouse, premises or place
