1、69/70高盖山隧道级洞身开挖及支护施工技术交底编 制：复 核：审 核：日 期：高盖山隧道级洞身开挖及支护施工技术交底1。工程及地质概况新建向莆铁路FA标段的高盖山隧道出口位于永泰县富泉乡七际村。本隧道为双洞单线,左线：DK72+640D48+45,长度为0m，出口里程48345,内轨顶面高31。048m；右线：YDK47260YD480+347，长度为77,出口里程YDK480+347，内轨顶面高3。079m,隧道出口位于半径5000m的缓和曲线上。高盖山隧道出口洞口属于浅埋段，埋深较浅.隧道左线DK480+34529，右线YK803+283段为级围岩,岩性为白垩系寨下组上段（Kz2)肉红色

2、石泡流纹岩，岩体较坚硬，完整性较好，节理裂隙不发育，地下水较丰富.全强风化厚约1m。2施工方案施工中以“管超前、短进尺、弱爆破、严注浆、强支护、早封闭、勤量测”为原则,确保施工安全,保证工程质量。开挖方式采用人工配合挖掘机开挖为主，弱爆破为辅进行开挖；挖掘机配合小型装载机装碴，自卸汽车出碴.初期支护采用风钻打眼,人工配合开挖平台安装钢拱架、锚杆及挂设钢筋网,湿喷机喷射砼施工.3.施工技术3。1正台阶法开挖3。1。正台阶开挖法施工工艺流程（1)正台阶开挖法可分为以下主要步骤:上部台阶开挖，施做拱部初期支护；下台阶左右错开开挖，施做边墙部初期支护;隧底开挖，施做隧底初期支护。每部开挖后均应及时支护

4、施做初期支护，初期支护衔接紧密，及时封闭成环；仰拱紧跟下台阶,及时闭合构成稳固的支护体系;施工过程通过监控量测，掌握围岩和支护的变形情况，及时调整支护参数和预留变形量,保证施工安全；完善洞内临时防排水系统，防止地下水浸泡拱墙脚基础。（3)正台阶开挖法施工步骤第1步，上台阶开挖：在拱部超前支护后进行，开挖上台阶,开挖循环进尺应根据初期支护钢架间距确定，最大不得超过。8m(钢架设计间距为。8),开挖后应及时进行喷、锚、网系统支护，架设钢架，在钢架拱脚以上30m高度处，紧贴钢架两侧边沿按下倾角30打设一对锁脚锚杆(管）,长度为5,锁脚锚杆(管）与钢架牢固焊接，复喷砼至设计厚度。第2、3步,下台阶左、

5、右侧马口开挖:开挖进尺应根据初期支护钢架间距确定，最大不得超过.8m（钢架设计间距为0。8m）,左右侧马口错开最小距离为m,开挖后立即初喷m砼,及时进行喷、锚、网系统支护，接长钢架,在钢架墙脚以上3cm高度处,紧贴钢架两侧边沿按下倾30打设一对锁脚锚杆（管），长度为5,锁脚锚杆与钢架牢固焊接，复喷砼至设计厚度.第4步,隧底开挖：每循环开挖长度宜为23m，开挖后及时施做仰拱初期支护，完成两个隧底开挖、支护循环后,然后及时施做仰拱及二次衬砌。3。13爆破设计3。13设计参数详见专项钻爆设计施工交底3.。.2爆破施工流程爆破设计与设计审批 配备专业施爆人员 爆区放样用机械或人工清除施爆区覆盖层和强风

6、化岩面布孔 钻孔 爆破器材检查与测验 炮孔检查与废碴清除 装药并安装引爆器材布置安全岗和撤出施爆区及飞石、强地震波影响区内的施工人员起爆 清除瞎炮解除警戒 装、运洞碴。313。3相关技术要求、相关作业人员必须严格贯彻执行钻爆设计的主题思想。因围岩变化或其他客观需要调整钻爆参数，必须经过主管技术人员认可。2、光面爆破标准断面轮廓与设计轮廓基本一致,两茬炮错台不得大于5m；周边眼痕迹保存率硬岩不小于%，中硬岩不小于7,软岩不小于60；杜绝欠挖,严格控制超挖量，使其控制在规范允许范围内;、周边眼位置必须布设在断面轮廓线上，间距35m，允许误差5c.4、钻眼力求“准、平、齐”确保钻眼深度一致,深度允许

7、误差5cm。5、爆破工装药应按钻爆设计进行,不得人为随意增减药量，准确控制起爆顺序及周边眼装药量，周边眼必须采用2卷，对于围岩坚硬地段可适当增加一卷作为底药,所有炮孔均应用炮泥塞，以保证爆破效果.爆破工装药前应检查钻眼质量，对不合格孔眼有权要求开挖工重钻，直至符合要求为止。、测量人员必须精确控制断面中线、标高,准确描绘断面轮廓线。3.正台阶法初期支护初期支护由C25网喷砼、锚杆、钢筋网和钢架等组成，各部分联合受力。初期支护应在开挖后立即施做，以保证围岩的自然承载力，其施工工艺流程:开挖清理岩面初喷砼封闭岩面施做系统锚杆,挂钢筋网安装钢拱架复喷砼至设计厚度量测数据分析、反馈初期支护施工工艺流程3

8、2。1初喷砼封闭岩面：初喷砼应在开挖后立即进行。用高压风自上而下吹净岩面,埋设控制喷射砼厚度的标志钉。工作面滴水或淋水时，宜采用钻孔埋管做好引排水。大面积潮湿的岩面宜采用粘结性强的砼,通过添加外加剂,掺和剂改善砼性能,也可采用干喷形式快速封闭渗水岩面.喷射砼必须满足设计强度、厚度及其与岩面粘结力要求 。喷射作业应分段分片依次进行，喷射作业从拱脚或墙脚自下而上进行,作业时应避免上部喷射回弹料虚掩拱（墙）脚;先找平凹洼部分.后喷射凸出部分，各部平顺连接。喷头应与受喷面垂直，喷嘴口至受喷面距离宜保持在。61。2m，沿水平方向以螺旋形画圆移动。3。2系统锚杆、钢筋网施做应符合下列要求：初喷砼后应及时施

9、做锚杆,锚杆必须设置垫板。隧道拱部系统锚杆为中空注浆锚杆,边墙采用砂浆锚杆。钢筋网采用环纵向为8m钢筋，网格尺寸20cm2m，搭接长度为1个网格或20cm,网片间采用焊接方式连接。钢筋网随受喷面起伏铺设，其间隙不应大于3c,钢筋网应与锚杆、钢架连接牢固，且钢筋保护层厚度不小于4cm。3.2.安装钢架应符合下列要求：拱部单元安装工序：放样确定钢架基脚位置施做定位锚杆架设钢架布设纵向连接筋。墙部单元安装工序：墙脚部位铺设槽钢垫板施做定位锚杆对应拱部单元架设墙部钢架单元布设纵向连接筋.拱、墙部钢架单元宜采用栓接的方式连接。加强钢架拱（墙）脚锁脚锚杆(管)施工,各台阶每单元钢架拱（墙）脚以上30cm高

10、度处，紧贴钢架两侧边沿按下倾角0打设4根锁脚锚杆（管）,锁脚锚杆（管）与钢架牢固焊接，以控制基脚变形。钢架拱(墙）脚应架设在稳定的基岩上或底部铺垫槽钢，以保证钢架基础稳固；钢架间距、横向位置和高程与设计位置偏差不超过5，垂直度允许偏差;钢架应与纵向连接筋、锁脚锚杆焊接牢固,钢架与围岩的间隙不应大于5m.3。24喷射砼厚度应符合设计要求,二次复喷砼应分层喷射，每层厚度宜为56m。喷射砼表面应平顺，无空鼓、裂缝、酥松,平整度宜采用2靠尺检查，允许偏差为边墙5cm、拱部7cm。3.3正台阶法仰拱施工1、隧底开挖应采用全幅分段施工,上面铺设仰拱栈桥，每循环开挖长度宜控制在m以内。当仰拱施工滞后下部台阶

11、开挖面04m时，应停止前方工作面开挖或短距离跳槽进行隧底开挖。短距离跳槽的次数不得多余次，每次跳槽间隔不得大于1。2、隧底开挖后，应及时清除虚渣、杂物、泥浆、积水，立即初喷4c厚砼封闭岩面,按照设计要求安装仰拱钢架，复喷砼至设计厚度,使初期支护及时闭合成环。3、仰拱应超前拱墙衬砌,仰拱砼应分段全幅浇注,一次成型,不留纵向施工缝,仰拱环向施工缝和变形缝应设置止水带。仰拱表面应平顺，不积水。4、仰拱填充砼应在仰拱砼终凝后浇筑,浇筑前应清除仰拱表面的杂物和积水，连续浇筑，一次成型，不留纵向施工缝.填充砼强度达到设计强度的100后允许车辆通行。仰拱填充表面坡度应符合设计要求，应平顺、排水通畅、不积水。

12、4.施工控制要点1、正台阶法施工应做好工序衔接。工序安排应紧凑，尽量减少围岩暴露时间，避免因长时间暴露引起围岩失稳。初期支护应及时封闭成环，全断面初期支护闭合时间宜控制在15d左右，有条件时应尽量缩短闭合时间；仰拱应超前施做，仰拱距上台阶开挖工作面宜控制在3040m，铺设防水板、二次衬砌等后续工作应及时进行；二次衬砌距仰拱宜保持倍以上衬砌循环作业长度，但不得大于50m。2、在满足作业空间和台阶稳定的前提下,应尽量缩短台阶长度,核心土长度应控制在3，宽度宜为隧道开挖宽度的1/31/2。3、正台阶法开挖施工应严格控制开挖长度,根据围岩地质情况,合理确定循环进尺,每次开挖长度不得超过1.m；开挖后立

13、即初喷4m砼，以减少围岩暴露时间。4、严格按设计要求施做超前支护,控制好超前支护外插角,严格按注浆工艺加固地层，保证隧道开挖在超前支护的保护下施工.、隧道周边部位应预留3cm人工开挖，其余部位宜采用机械开挖,局部需要爆破时，必须采用弱爆破,不得超挖。施工时应严格控制装药量，减少对围岩的扰动。、下台阶左右侧开挖应错开，严禁对开，左右侧错开最小距离为5m.7、钢架应严格按设计及规范要求加工制作和架设。钢架应架设在坚实基面上，严禁拱(墙)脚悬空或用虚渣回填。钢架应与锁脚锚杆（管)焊接牢固。8、隧道超挖部位必须回填密实，严禁初期支护背后存在空洞.必要时初期支护背后应进行充填注浆,保证初期支护与围岩密贴

14、.9、施工过程中可采用增加拱(墙）脚锁脚锚杆（管)、增设钢架拱（墙）脚部位纵向连接筋、扩大拱(墙）脚初期支护基础及增设拱（墙）脚槽钢垫板等增强拱（墙)脚承载力等措施控制变形。10、应加强监控量测工作，根据量测结果，及时调整支护参数,确定二次衬砌施做时间，进行信息化施工管理.1、应完善洞内临时防排水系统，严禁积水浸泡拱（墙）脚及在施工现场漫流，防止基底承载力降低。当地层含水量大时，上台阶开挖工作面附近宜开挖横向水沟,将水引至隧道中部或两侧排水沟排出洞外.必要时应配合井点降水等措施，降低地下水位至隧道仰拱以下,确保施工顺利进行。反坡施工时应设置集水坑集中抽排。12、隧道施工应加强洞内通风，作业环境
