25、turrnedd too thhe SSelller at thee Seelleerss riisk andd exxpennse.第七条：违违约责任任（一）延迟迟交货：如果买买方任何何一次不不能如期期交付货货物，应应当按照照以下方方式支付付违约金金：延期期一天，交交付货物物总价款款的2%作为日日违约金金。逾期期 天以以上，甲甲方有权权单方解解除该批批定购合合同，就就该批合合同解除除乙方向向甲方支支付违约约金 元。乙乙方延误误 次以以上，甲甲方有权权就本协协议予以以解除，双双方之间间不再具具有产品品或物料料采购关关系。（二）延迟迟付款：甲方付付款每延延迟一日日，按照照同期银银行利息息支付乙乙
