①YourCreditcallsforManufacturer'sCertificates,whichisnotincludedintheContract.Infact,thecontractedcommodityisakindofagriculturalproduce.Itisimpossibletoobtainamanufacturer'scertificate.贵方信用证要求有生产厂家证实书，而协议条款中并无此要求。实际上，协议中所定产品是一个农产品。要取得生产厂家证实书是不可能

②Thecontractnumberis98/1245insteadof97/1245.协议号码应改为98/1245而不是97/12453.

YourL/Callowsusonlyhalfamonthtoeffectdelivery.ButwhenwesignedthecontractwehaveagreedthatthedeliveryshouldbemadewithinonemonthuponreceiptoftheLetterofCredit.贵方信用证只允许我方半月时间交货，但签署协议时我们已达成协议，在收到信用证后一个月内交货

Astopacking,thecontractstipulatesthatthegoodsshouldbepackedincartonsandreinforcedwithnylonstrapsoutside,butyourL/Crequiredmetalstrapsinstead.Wethinkweshouldarrangethepackingaccordingtothecontract.关于包装，协议要求是纸箱包装，外用尼龙袋加固，而贵方信用证中要求用金属带加固。我方认为应按协议要求包装

Inviewoftheabove,youarekindlyrequestedtoincreasetheamountofyourL/CbyUS$200.00,extendtheshipmentandvaliditytoSeptember15and30respectively,aswellasamendthetermofpacking.Meanwhilepleaseadviseusbyfax.基于以上所述，特请贵方增加信用证金额200美元，将装船期和使用期分别延至9月15日和30日，修改包装条款。同时希望传真通知我方。
