Layout建筑均为多层与高层建筑，各地块建筑布局形成自然围合，高低错落，打破了传统的或现有的居住小区规划模式，建筑的布局也给人以全新的空间感觉；

二期区内16F～18F高层沿用地东侧错落布置，并从北到南渐次升高，利用建筑本身的错动和与洋房之间的间距，形成小区的集中绿化和景观绿轴，建筑自然融入到公园景观和小区大片绿化之中，使高层户型获得最大的小区内部景观视野，也成为多层洋房的极佳背景。每个地块都构成了别具特色的、向心围合的、开敞多用途的绿色大宅院，体现出绿色、生态及以人为本的居住环境条件。建筑坐落在抬高的半地下车库，利用抬高平台将小区与机动车道自然分离，形成小区的“无墙界限”。The

Style整个小区师承新古典主义美学建筑思想精髓，无论是西班牙风格还是英式风格，均追求简约、安详、和谐。大面积的米黄色墙、屋顶的红瓦，层次鲜明的起伏屋面，非常优美的变化曲线，营造出温馨、典雅而又充满质感的“家园式”生活氛围。太阳能技术与屋面的合理结合，突出项目的“生态”品牌特征。The
