南翼采区通风系统优化与通防保障技术研究阶段性报告兖矿集团济宁二号煤矿山东科技大学二〇一三年九月目录TOC\o"1-2"\h\z\u1矿井概述 12矿井通风阻力测定与分析 22.1测前准备工作 22.2通风阻力解算方法 32.3测定路线选择及测点布置 62.4阻力解算 102.5通风阻力测定结果分析及评价 272.6矿井通风改造技术措施 303主要结论和建议 35南翼采区通风系统优化与通防保障技术研究阶段性报告1矿井概述济宁二号煤矿是兖矿集团有限公司(以下简称兖矿集团)在济宁建设的现代化矿井,位于济宁市任城区境内、济东煤田的中部。济宁二号煤矿的通风方式为中央并列式,通风方法为抽出式,矿井现布置有3个井筒,主、副井进风,中央风井回风。主要通风机为2台上海鼓风机厂生产的GAF31.6-15.8-1型轴流式通风机,1台工作,1台备用,电机功率为1600kW。矿井2012年6月核定通风能力为560万t/a,目前矿井总进风量16285m3/min,总排风量16586m3/min,矿井现在布置有2个采煤工作面、1个备用工作面和13个掘进工作面。南翼采区通风系统优化与通防保障技术研究阶段性究报告2矿井通风阻力测定与分析矿井通风阻力测定是通风技术管理工作的重要内容之一,通过阻力测定可掌握通风系统现状及必要的技术参数,为矿井通风系统优化和日常的通风管理工作提供准确的技术资料和基础数据。2.1测前准备工作(1)测定路线的选择根据测定的要求和目的,结合该矿的生产布局和通风系统的现状,选择1条风流路线长,风量大且包含采煤工作面,能反映矿井通风系统特征的路线作为主测路线,如有需要再选择其他路线作为辅测路线。(2)测点布置测定路线选定后,即可按照通风阻力测定的要求,结合本工作面巷道布置的具体条件,在通风系统示意图上确定出测点的位置和数量,并沿测定路线将测点依次编号。在确定测点布置时一般应遵守下述原则:①测点布置在风流稳定,巷道规整的地点,测点前后支护完好,巷道内无堆积物;②在风流分叉、汇合及局部阻力大的地点;③测点与风流变化点之间应有一定的距离;④测点应尽可能选在标高控制点附近。在井下实测时,还应据现场的实际情况对个别测点进行调整,甚至临时性的增加或减少一些测点。以便使测点的选择能有效的控制主要巷道和工作面的阻力分布情况。(3)测定仪器此次通风阻力测定所用各种设备仪表如表2.1所示:

表2.11济宁二号煤矿通风系统阻力分布表(续)区段测点区间长度/m占总长度百分比/%通风阻力/Pa占总阻力百分比/%补测路线十采区进风段1-91453.643.1415.218.8十采区回风段9-12191656.8665.6581.2合计3369.610080.85100图2.6主测路线百米风阻分布图图2.7辅测路线1百米风阻分布图图2.8辅测路线2百米风阻分布图图2.9补测路线百米风阻分布图通过表2.2~2.11和图2.6~2.9可以看出:(1)主测路线的通风阻力为2940.74Pa,测定误差小于5%,测定结果满足矿井通风阻力测定和通风系统分析的精度要求;(2)主测路线回风段阻力值及所占比重偏高,其中回风段距离占总距离的22.28%,而阻力值却达到总阻力的50.89%左右,主要原因是部分回风巷道段杂物堆积现象严重,有效断面小,且回风巷道风量过于集中;(3)主测路线用风段和回风段的百米风阻值偏高,主要是由于巷道有效通风断面小,部分巷道杂物堆积严重,应注意及时清理巷道中的堆积杂物,尽量避免巷道断面的突变,加强对巷道断面的维护;(4)辅测路线1的通风阻力分别为272.26Pa,其中进风段距离、用风段距离分别占总距离的52.67%、47.33%,阻力值各段分别占总阻力的51.41%、48.59%,用风段阻力略高一些,主要原因是部分用风段巷道杂物堆积现象严重,使得有效断面降低,增大了该段的通风阻力;(5)辅测路线2的通风阻力为1453.42Pa,该段由于辅助通风机的作用,克服了部分阻力的作用,一定程度上缓解了南翼通风的困难状况;(6)补测路线的通风阻力为80.85Pa,其中十采区进风段距离、十采区用风段距离分别占总距离的43.14%、56.86%,阻力值各段分别占总阻力的18.8%、81.2%,十采区用风段百米风阻值偏高,主要是由于巷道有效通风断面小,部分巷道杂物堆积严重。2.6矿井通风改造技术措施2.6.1降低矿井通风阻力措施根据现场实地考察以及阻力测定结果分析可知,济二煤矿南翼通风系统中存在局部阻力增大的情况,为尽可能消除局部阻力增大的现象,根据实际情况提出降阻措施:(1)清理堆积杂物严重巷道①南翼-740水平二部胶带输送机巷与11309轨顺交点处上风侧10m处施工物料等杂物堆积严重;②11308轨顺密闭处施工物料等杂物堆积达3m2;③-740水平胶带运输巷与-740水平回风巷2#联络巷下风侧20m处,胶带占巷道面积约2m2;南翼辅运与辅扇联络巷上风侧50m处有0.2m2碎石;④11309运顺转载点施工物料等杂物堆积严重;⑤-740轨回4#联络巷下风侧10m处有皮带0.6m2、管道0.3m2,其下风侧30m皮带机头有效面积仅占巷道断面一半;⑥-740轨回4#联络巷下风侧85m处施工物料等杂物堆积严重,巷道有效面积占巷道断面
