高-90英寸D.Weight–346pounds重–346磅2Description/描述Thethrustreverserhastwosleeveassemblies.Thesleeveshaveasupportingdiaphramstructure.Thesupportingdiaphramstructureisattachedtothesliderguides,theblockerdoors,draglinks,theacousticpanelassemblies,andtheoutercowlpanelassemblies.Thesleeveassemblieshavenohydraulicpoweredsubcomponents.

反推装置有两个套筒组件。两个套筒有一个支撑结构,支撑结构连接到滑块导轨,阻流门,拉杆,消音板组件,以及外函道板组件。套筒组件没有液压驱动的次级部件。3Description/描述Theacousticpanelassembliesandtheblockerdoorassembliesaremadeofhoneycombcompositematerials.

cascadevaneswhichdirecttheairforwardtocreatereversethrust.

反推装置的套筒组件位于发动机的尾部。反推装置启动时,套筒移到尾部,促使阻流门移动,封锁风扇函道及反推套筒组件的气流流动,使其从叶栅叶片中排出。气流从叶栅叶片中排出导致气流向前,从而产生反推力。6Thrustreverserassembly反推装置组件Thrustreverserassembly反推装置组件7General/概述TheT/RsystemusesleftandrightT/Rhalvesthatattachtotheenginestrut.TensionlatchesandinnerV-bladesholdthehalvestogether.反推装置系统是由左右两侧反推装置悬挂在发动机支架舱上组合而成。锁扣及内侧V形装置把两个反推装置连结起来。Thrustreverserisatranslatingsleeveandcascadedesign.Eachthrustreverserhasawallwithatranslatingsleeveoftheleftandrighthalfoftheductedfan.Thetwosleevesoneachengineworksimultaneously.However,thetwosleevesareindependentofeachother.反推装置主要设计成一个滑动整流罩和叶栅。每个反推装置左右各有有一个滑动的外壁(整流罩)。这两个滑动整流罩在每个发动机上同时工作。然而,两个滑动整流罩是彼此独立的。8

FunctionalDescription

功能描述

WhentheT/Rsleevesareintheforward(retracted)position,thefanairexhaustgoesthroughthefanductandcomesoutattherearofthefanduct.Thismakesforwardthrust.当反推装置整流罩在向前(收缩)位置时,气流经风扇函道并从风扇函道后端排出。这就产生向前推力。WhentheT/Rsleevesmovetotheaft(extended)position,theblockerdoordraglinksmovetheblockerdoorsintothefanduct.Thiscausesablockageofthefanairexhaustinthefanduct.Thefanairthenflowsthroughthecascadesegments.Thesegmentsturnthefanairexhaust.TheycausethefanairexhausttocomeoutthesidesoftheT/Rinaforwarddirection.Thismakesreversethrust.当反推装置整流罩移到尾部(伸展)位置,阻流门支杆移动阻流门进入风扇管道,封锁风扇函道使气流不能进入,接着气流经叶栅组件排出。这些组件使气流反转,让气体由反推装置前部排出,这就产生反推力。11reLeftTRsleeve左侧反推整流罩Cascadesegments(6per/halfTR)叶栅(6只/一侧反推装置)Blockerdoors(5per/halfTR)阻流门(5只/一侧反推装置)BlockerdoorDraglinks(5per/halfTR)阻流门拉杆(5只/一侧反推装置)12ThrustReverser(half)

反推装置-滑动整流罩TheT/Rsleevemakestwodifferentroutingsforthefanexhaust:反推滑动整流罩为风扇排气提供两种方式:Forwardthrust正推力Reversethrust反推力TheT/Rsleeveiscompositeassemblywithanoutersleeveandaninnersleeve(innerwall).TheoutersleevemakestheexteriorcontouroftheT/R.Theinnersleevemakestheouterwallofthefanduct.Also,theinnersleeveholdstheT/Rblockerdoors.Theinnerandoutersleevesarefastenedtogetherattheaftend.

反推装置-内夹芯组件Theinnerwallformspartofthefanductofthethrustreverser.

Theinnerwallisalargeone-piececompositestructurethatformstheupperbifurcation,thecowlthatcoverstheenginecore,andthelowerbifurcation.Ontheairflowside,theinnerwallhasacousticfeatures.Thehingebeamisattachedtotheupperbifurcationandthelatchbeamisattachedtothelowerbifurcation.

反推装置-液压作动筒General

概述HydraulicactuatorsmovethetranslatingsleevewhentheT/Rsleevesareintheretractedorextendedposition.在反推装置展开和收缩操作过程中是由液压作动筒移动滑动整流罩。Eachthrustreverserhalfhasthreehydraulicactuators,includingalockingactuatorandtwonon-lockingactuators.每个反推装置半部有3个液压作动筒。包括一个锁定作动筒和两个非锁定作动筒。Eachthrustreverserhalfhavetwosyncshaftsandasynclock.在每个反推装置组件上有两根同步轴及一把同步锁。

反推装置-叶栅组件

General概述ThecascadesegmentscontrolthedirectionofthefanairexhaustwhentheT/Rsleevesareintheaft(extended)positionandtheblockerdoorsareopenedinthefanduct.ThecascadesegmentsalsogivestructuralstrengthtotheT/R.在反推滑动整流罩展开操作过程中,阻流门在风扇函道中打开,叶栅控制风扇空气排气的方向。这样就产生反推力。叶栅也增加反推装置的结构强度。Thecascadesegmentsattachtothetorqueboxandthecascadesegmentattachring.WhentheT/Rsleeveisretracted,thecascadesegmentsfitinthespacebetweentheinnerandoutersleeve.WhentheT/Rsleeveisextended,thecascadesegmentsareexposedtothefanairexhaustflowturnedbytheblockerdoors.叶栅组件和扭矩盒以及叶栅支撑环连结在一起。当反推滑动整流罩处于收缩位置时,叶栅组件处于外滑动整流罩和内套筒之间。当反推套筒处于展开位置时,叶栅组件暴露于阻流门改向的排气流中。TheT/Rcascadesegmentsaremadeofcompositegraphiteepoxy

反推装置-扭矩盒General概述Thetorqueboxisasemi-circularstructurethatconnectstheupperhingebeamandthelowerlatchbeam.Thehydrauliclockingandnon-lockingactuatorsareinstalledthroughthetorqueboxandtheforwardactuatorgimbalsarepinnedtofittingsonthetorquebox.Thedeployandretracthydraulictubingarelocatedbytubingclampsmountedonthetorquebox.Thelinervariabledifferentialtransducer(LVDT)

togetherwithlockingactuatorandtheproximitysensorsonthelockingactuatorandthesynclockisattachedtotheloweractuatorwithwirebundleclamps.Theforwardattachmentpointsforthecascadesegmentsareontheaftsideofthetorquebox.

扭矩盒是连接悬挂桁条及底部扣锁桁条的一个半圆形结构。液压锁和非锁定作动筒通过前作动筒平衡环安装于扭矩盒上。展开和收缩液压管道固定于扭矩盒的管夹上。线位传感器(LVDT)和上部作动筒上合为一体,锁定作动筒附近的传感器是用电线束夹子固定在上部作动筒上,而同步锁及其线路策是固定在下部作动筒上。叶栅组件的前端有固定连接点可以连接在扭矩盒的后端。

General概述TheT/Rblockerdoorsandtheblockerdoordraglinksmakeablockageinthefanducttochangethedirectionofthefanairexhaust.

阻流门和阻流门拉杆在反推装置中可以形成一个障碍通道从而控制风扇中的气流流动以改变风扇排气方向WhentheT/Rsleeveisintheforward(retracted)position,theblockerdoorsmakepartofthefanductouterwall.当反推套筒处于向前(收缩)位置时,阻流门成为风扇函道外围的一部分。WhentheT/Rsleeveisintheaft(extended)position,theblockerdoordraglinksmovetheblockerdoorsintothefanduct.当反推套筒处于向后(展开)位置时,阻流门拉杆把阻流门移到风扇函道中(实现变道气流)。TheT/Rcascadesegmentsaremadeofcompositegraphiteepoxy

General概述Eachthrustreversertranslatingsleeve(half)hasthreeaccessdoors.Removetheaccessdoorclosetotheconnectionpointofthrustreverserhydraulicactuator.WhentheT/Rsleeveisintheforward(retracted)position,

ifthefanairflowthroughtheoutercornerseals,themiddleaccessdooralsoprovidesanoutletfortheair.每个反推装置整流罩(半部)有3个检修门。拆下检查口盖可接近反推装置液压作动筒后连接点。当反推装置在收入位置时,如果有气流通过外角密封装置,位于中间的检修口盖可以为这些气流提供一个出口。49ThrustReverser–Accessdoor

General

概述Thefiresealshelptocontainanundercowlfuel-fedfire.

Theupperrubberfiresealsclosesthegapbetweenthestrutstructureandtheupperbifurcationinnerwalls.Thelowerrubberfiresealclosesthegapbetweenthelowerbifurcationinnerwallsoftheleftandrightthrustreverserhalves.Therubberfiresealsalsofunctionasanaerodynamicsealandafluidseal.

防火封严条为反流燃油火焰提供一个容纳空间。顶部防磨防火封严条用来密封吊架结构和顶部歧件的内夹芯缝隙,底部防磨防火封严条用来密封左右反推装置的底部歧件间的内夹芯缝隙。防磨防火封严条同样可作为气流和液体的密封条。52Fireseal

General概述Thethermalinsulationblanketsareinstalledonbracketsandstudsthat

areinstalledontheinnersurfaceoftheinnerwall.Theseblanketsareathermalinsulationandfirebarrierwhichisnecessarytokeepthethrustreverserstructurallyserviceableandcandecreasethedamageandrepaircostsfromaductburstorfire.Thethermalinsulationpreventsfireandengineoperationheatdamagetothecompositeinnerwallofthefanductcowl.隔热毯安装于内夹芯内表面的支架钉及紧固件上。隔热毯是隔热及防火的一道屏障,对于反推装置结构的使用性,减少管道破裂或燃烧产生的损伤及维修成本来说,是很必要的。隔热毯可防止火焰和发动机运行产生的热量对风扇函道内夹芯组件复合材料的损害。58InsulationBlanket
