中职毕业生就业特点与问题研究,教育学论文【题目】中职毕业生就业特点与问题研究【第一章第三章】【4.1】【4.24.3】【4.44.5】【4.64.7】【第五章】【第六章】【以下为参考文献】中文内容摘要中等职业学校毕业生是一批具有高素质的应用型技能人才，是社会经济发展不可或缺的气力，这一群体的就业问题与国家、企事业单位、学校和个人等方面息息相关。中职毕业生的就业率一直保持较高水平，但在漂亮的高就业率数字下，隐藏着众多问题。通过研究中职毕业生就业现在状况，发现中职毕业生的就业特点与问题，然后提出具有针对性的建议与对策，为今后同一类型职业学校怎样解决中职生的就业问题提供参考与借鉴，也为职业教育的就业发展打下基础。本文通过查阅大量的与中职生就业相关的资料，并对国内外资料进行梳理分析，进而找到论文切入点。通过收集2006-2020年中国中职毕业生就业状况的数据资料，对中职毕业生就业的相关问题进行全方位深切进入的分析，包括中职毕业生就业人数、就业率、就业产业、就业去向、就业渠道、就业地域、就业质量七个方面，对这七个方面的数据所呈现的特点进行描绘叙述，发现中职毕业生在就业中具有下面特点：中等职业学校的毕业生、就业生多集中在东部和中部地区；加工制造类、信息技术类成为中等职业学校热门专业；中职毕业生的就业率高且稳定；中职毕业生就业构造紧贴产业构造调整；不同地区中职毕业生的产业分布、就业去向、就业地域与地区的经济构造有关；中职毕业生的就业去向多元化；中等职业学校为毕业生谋出路；中职毕业生充当本地经济发展主力军。同时发现中等职业教育、中等职业学校毕业生存在下面问题：中等职业学校招募生源人数、毕业生人数不断减少；中等职业学校专业设置不合理；中职毕业生专业对口率不高；中职毕业生就业的保障性低、稳定性低；中职毕业生的薪资水平较低；中等职业学校的教职工师资资源分布不平衡；中职毕业生获得职业资格证书覆盖率有待提高。针对中职毕业生的就业特点与问题提出了如下建议对策：国家要进行宏观的区域规划，各地区要把国家政策与本地特点相结合，行成具有独特性、针对性、协同性共同发展的职业教育；国家要保障产业构造的协调发展，学校应根据社会产业构造的发展变化进行人才培养形式和就业推荐的调整；中等职业学校要加强示范校重点专业建设，应继续保持以就业带动招募生源的形式；学校同当地产业、企业结合当地经济构造联合培养当地经济发展需要的高素质技能型人才；国家要加强劳动就业市场的监督管理力度，保障中职生就业的基本合法权益，中职生本身要树立争取合法保障的意识；学校要提高基本办学条件，吸引生源和教职工；国家要改善获得职业资格证书的规章制度，学校要实现学历证书和职业资格证书的相互融通，培养双证书人才。本文关键词语：中等职业学校，就业，建议ABSTRACTSecondaryvocationalschoolgraduatesareagroupofhighlyqualifiedandskilledtalents,whichisanindispensableforceinthedevelopmentofsocialeconomy.Thisgroupofemploymentproblemsandthestate,enterprisesandinstitutions,schoolsandindividualsarecloselyrelated.Theemploymentrateofthesecondaryvocationalschoolgraduateshasalwaysmaintainedahighlevel,butunderthebeautifulhighemploymentratefigures,hiddenproblems.Throughtheresearchofsecondaryvocationalschoolgraduatesemploymentsituationfoundemploymentfeaturesandproblems,thenputforwardsuggestions.Forthefutureofthesametypeofvocationalschoolshowtosolvetheemploymentproblemsofvocationalschoolstudentstoprovidereference,andalsolaythefoundationforthedevelopmentofvocationaleducationemployment.Inthispaper,throughconsultingalargenumberofsecondaryvocationalstudentsemploymentrelatedinformation,andthecardinganalysisathomeandabroad,thenfindthepaperstartingpoint.Throughthecollectionof2006-2020yearsofChinassecondaryvocationalschoolgraduatesemploymentstatusdataforafullrangeofin-depthanalysis,includingtheemploymentofvocationalgraduates,employmentrate,employmentindustry,employmentwhereabouts,employmentchannels,employmentareas,sevenaspectsofthequalityofemployment.Thecharacteristicsofthedatapresentedinthesesevenaspectsaredescribed,anditisfoundthatthesecondaryvocationalschoolgraduateshavethefollowingcharacteristics:Secondaryvocationalschoolgraduates,employmentandmoreconcentratedintheeasternandcentralregions;Processingandmanufacturing,andinformationtechnologyhavebecomepopularprofessionalsinsecondaryvocationalschools;Theemploymentrateofsecondaryvocationalschoolgraduatesishighandstable;Theemploymentstructureofthesecondaryvocationalschoolgraduatesisclosetotheindustrialstructureadjustment;Theindustrialdistribution,employmentdirectionandemploymentregionofthesecondaryvocationalschoolstudentsindifferentareasarerelatedtotheeconomicstructureoftheregion;Secondaryvocationalgraduatesarediversify;Secondaryvocationalschoolsseekawayoutforgraduates;Secondaryvocationalschoolgraduatesactasthemainforceinthedevelopmentofthelocaleconomy.Atthesametimefoundthatsecondaryvocationaleducationandgraduateshavethefollowingproblems:Secondaryvocationalschoolenrollmentandthenumberofgraduateshavebeenreduced;Secondaryvocationalschoolprofessionalssettingunreasonable;Secondaryvocationalgraduatesprofessionalcounterpartsratearenothigh;Thelowsecurityandlowstabilityoftheemploymentofthegraduatesofthesecondaryvocationalschool;Thesalarylevelofthesecondaryvocationalschoolgraduatesislow;Unevendistributionofteacherresourcesinsecondaryvocationalschools;Secondaryvocationalschoolgraduatestoobtainvocationalqualificationcertificatecoverageneedstobeimproved.Accordingtothecharacteristicsandproblemsoftheemploymentofthesecondaryvocationalschoolgraduates,thispaperputsforwardthefollowingsuggestions:Thestateshouldcarryoutmacroregionalplanning,eachregionshouldcombinethenationalpolicyandthelocalcharacteristics,soastoformaunique,targetedandcoordinateddevelopmentofvocationaleducation;Toensurethecoordinateddevelopmentoftheindustrialstructure,theschoolshouldbebasedonthedevelopmentandchangesofsocialindustrialstructuretoadjustthetrainingmodeandemploymentrecommendation;Secondaryvocationalschoolsshouldstrengthentheconstructionofkeyprofessionalschools,andcontinuetomaintainthepatternofemploymentdrivenenrollment;Schoolswithlocalindustry,businesscombinedwithlocaleconomicstructurejointtrainingoflocaleconomicdevelopmentneedsofhigh-qualityskilledpersonnel;Thestateshouldstrengthenthesupervisionandadministrationoflaborandemploymentmarket,guaranteethebasiclawfulrightsandinterestsoftheemploymentofvocationalstudents;Schoolsshouldimprovethebasicschoolconditions,toattractstudentsandfaculty;Thestateshouldimprovetherulesandregulationsofthevocationalqualificationcertificate,theschoolshouldrealizethemutualaccommodationofthediplomaandprofessionalqualificat
