石河子某小学学校发展规划探析,学校管理论文本篇论文目录导航：【题目】石河子某小学学校发展规划探析【第一章】【第二章】【3.1】【3.23.3】【4.14.2】【4.3-4.5】【第五章】【结论/以下为参考文献】内容摘要学校发展规划20世纪80年代兴起于英国，我们国家也在上个世纪90年代引入了国际教育合作项目，学校发展规划研究与实践逐步成为国内外学校教育改革关注的热门问题。近年来，国内各类中小学学校纷纷在制定与施行学校发展规划，对于每一所学校，学校发展规划都是办学的指南，是实现学校管理目的的重要组成部分，是明确学校发展目的、进而施行规划、推动学校不断前进的重要手段。当前我们国家中小学学校发展规划的制定与施行中仍然面临着各种各样的困难和问题，尤其是在一些教育不发达地区，学校发展规划的制定与施行的研究还相对薄弱，因而应加强对学校发展规划制定与施行的研究，科学规划学校发展，为学校长效发展保驾护航。本文采用个案研究，选取新疆石河子市X学校为研究对象，采用问卷、访谈、观察、文件分析等研究方式方法对X学校发展规划制定与施行的情况做了全面和深切进入地调查分析。由学校发展规划的基本理论和概念入手，结合石河子市X学校的实践调查资料，主要开展了下面几个方面的研究：石河子市X学校的校情分析；石河子市X学校学校发展规划的制定分析；石河子市X学校发展规划的施行分析。研究发现学校发展规划对推动学校发展具有特别重要的作用，新疆石河子市X学校在学校发展规划的制定与施行经过中，存在着一定的问题和困难。在这里基础上，笔者就X校在学校发展规划制定中存在的问题提出针对性建议：重视学校发展规划制定前期〔准备〕的工作，如加强学校老师对学校发展规划的认识，组织相关培训、成立专门的规划职能部门、大力宣传发展规划、坚持自下而上原则，广泛征求意见；校长应该继续发挥在学校发展规划制定中的核心作用，校长要更新理念，高度重视学校发展规划，并为学校发展规划的制定提供强有力的行动支持；学校应与处理好教育行政部门关系，要做好与教育行政部门的有效沟通；专家在发展规划的制定中的气力不可忽视。接下来笔者针对学校发展规划施行中存在的问题也提出相应建议：学校发展规划的施行需要一个好的团队，如调动老师的介入、要打造好校内的详细任务执行团队；有效监督规划的施行，加大学校督导力度；继续加强和完善组织文化建设，建立良好和谐、共同合作的校园人际关系网；上级行政部门要给学校更多的自主权，提供应学校有利的施行空间。本研究有助于丰富学校发展规划制定与施行的理论研究成果，为办学条件和资源类似学校的发展规划的制定与施行提供参考借鉴，有利于学校管理效能的提高，建立与教育管理部门的新型关系，促使学校管理朝着科学、民主、规范的方向发展。本文关键词语：学校发展规划；个案；制定；施行；建议AbstractSchoolDevelopmentPlanninginthe1980srisesintheUnitedKingdom,Chinaisalsointroducedinternationaleducationalcooperationprojectsinthe1990s,SchoolDevelopmentPlanningstudyandpracticeofschooleducationreformathomeandabroadisbecomingthefocusofattention.Inrecentyears,varioustypesofprimaryandsecondaryschoolsareformulatingandimplementingtheSchoolDevelopmentPlannings,foreveryschooltheSchoolDevelopmentPlanningisaguide,animportantpartofachievingmanagementobjectives,andasignificantmeanstoclearschooldevelopmentgoalsandthenimplementtheplaninordertopromotetheschooltocontinuemovingforward.ButnowtheformulationandimplementationofprimaryandsecondarySchoolDevelopmentPlanningisstillfacingvariousdifficultiesandproblems,especiallyinsomeunderdevelopedareasofeducation.ResearchontheformulationandimplementationoftheSchoolDevelopmentPlanningisstillrelativelyweak,soitshouldbestrengthenedtoformulateandimplementSchoolDevelopmentPlanningscientifically,soastoprovidetheescortsforschoollong-termdevelopment.ThispaperbasesonacasestudyofShiheziCityXschool,anddoesacomprehensiveanddeepinvestigationandanalysisofXSchoolDevelopmentPlanningformulationandimplementationthroughtheuseofquestionnaires,interviews,observations,documentanalysisandothermethods.ThepapercombinesthebasictheoriesandconceptsfromtheSchoolDevelopmentPlanningwiththeinvestigationdataandmaterialsofShiheziCityXschooltocarryoutthefollowingresearchareas:thesituationanalysisofShiheziXschool;theanalysisoftheformulationcaseofitsSchoolDevelopmentPlanning;theanalysisontheimplementationcaseofitsSchoolDevelopmentPlanning.TheStudyfoundthattheSchoolDevelopmentPlanninghasaveryimportantrolefortheschooldevelopment,andShiheziXschoolexistedsomeproblemsandfacedsomedifficultiesintheSchoolDevelopmentPlanningformulationandimplementation.Onthisbasis,theauthormakesthefollowingrecommendationsbasingontheexistingproblemsintheformulationcaseoftheSchoolDevelopmentPlanning:First,payingmuchattentiontotheearly(preparation)workoftheformulationintheSchoolDevelopmentPlanning,suchasdoingsometrainingfortheschoolteacherstostrengthentheirawarenessontheschooldevelopmentplanning;establishingaspecialplanningfunctions;vigorouslypublicizingtheDevelopmentPlanning;persistingthebottom-upprincipletosolicitopinion.Second,theheadmastershouldcontinuetoplayacentralroleinthedevelopmentoftheSchoolDevelopmentplanning,hemustupdatetheconcept,attachgreatimportancetotheSchoolDevelopmentPlanning,andprovidestrongactionsupportforthedevelopmentofSchoolDevelopmentPlanning.Third,schoolsshoulddealwiththerelationshipwellwithadministrativedepartmentsofeducation,andmakeeffectivecommunicationwiththem.Lastbutnottheleast,theexpertcannotbeignoredinDevelopmentPlanningformulation.ThentheauthoralsomakerecommendationsaccordingtotheexistingproblemsintheimplementationofSchoolDevelopmentPlanning:First,theimplementationoftheSchoolDevelopmentPlanningrequiresagoodteam,suchasmobilizingtheparticipationofteachers,buildingagoodteamtoperformspecifictasksinschool.Second,thesupervisionofimplementingtheplanningshouldbecarriedouteffectivelyandschoolinspectioneffortsneedincreasing.Third,continuingtostrengthenandimprovetheorganizationalculturetoestablishagoodharmonycooperativecampusnetworkofrelationships.Lastbutnottheleast,thehigheradministrativeauthoritiesshouldgiveschoolsmoreautonomyandprovideadvantageousspaceofimplementation.ThestudyhelpstoenrichthetheoreticalresearchofSchoolDevelopmentPlanning,andprovidesareferencefortheformulationandimplementationofSchoolDevelopmentPlanning.Itwillhelptoimprovetheeffectivenessofschoolmanagement,toestablishanewrelationshipwitheducationauthorities,andprompttheschoolmanagementinthedirectionofscience,democracyandregulatedevelopment.Keywords:SchoolDevelopmentPlanning;acase;formulation;implementation;suggestions目录内容摘要Abstract第一章绪论一、研究的背景和意义〔一〕研究背景〔二〕研究意义二、文献综述〔一〕研究现在状况〔二〕研究述评三、研究内容四、研究方式方法与经过〔一〕研究方式方法〔
