100.3.1.1CertificationGasolineFuelSpecificationsforLEVIILight-DutyVehiclesandMedium-DutyVehicles.

Addthefollowingsubparagraphwhichreads:Forlight-dutyvehiclesandmedium-dutyvehiclescertifiedtotheLEVIIexhaustemissionstandardssetforthinsectionE.1.1.1,gasolinehavingthespecificationslistedbeloworgasolinehavingthespecificationslistedinsection100.3.1.2orgasolinehavingthespecificationsin40CFR§1065.710(b)(February19,2015)maybeusedinexhaustandevaporativeemissiontestingasanoptiontothespecificationsreferredtoin§86.113-04(a)(1).IfamanufacturerelectstoutilizegasolinehavingthespecificationslistedbelowforLEVIIvehicles,exhaustemissiontestingshallbeconductedbythemanufacturerwithgasolinehavingthespecificationslistedbelow,andtheExecutiveOfficershallconductexhaustemissiontestingwithgasolinehavingthespecificationslistedbelow.Ifamanufacturerelectstoutilizegasolinehavingthespecificationslistedinsection100.3.1.2,exhaustemissiontestingshallbeconductedbythemanufacturerwithgasolinehavingthespecificationslistedinsection100.3.1.2,andtheExecutiveOfficershallconductexhaustemissiontestingwithgasolinehavingthespecificationslistedinsection100.3.1.2.Ifamanufacturerelectstoutilizegasolinehavingthespecificationsin40CFR§1065.710(b)(February19,2015),exhaustemissiontestingshallbeconductedbythemanufacturerwithgasolinehavingthespecificationsin40CFR§1065.710(b)(February19,2015),andtheExecutiveOfficershallconductexhaustemissiontestingwithgasolinehavingthespecificationsinsection40CFR§1065.710(b)(February19,2015).Useofthesefuelsforevaporativeemissiontestingshallberequiredasspecifiedinthe“CaliforniaEvaporativeEmissionStandardsandTestProceduresfor2001andSubsequentModelMotorVehicles.”
