内脏神经分布于内脏、心血管、腺体等，包括：

内脏运动神经又叫自主神经或植物性神经，支配心肌、平滑肌、腺体，不受意志控制。分为互相拮抗的交感神经和副交感神经。

内脏感觉神经分布到内脏黏膜、心血管内膜、腺体等处。

1.低级中枢部：

脊髓T1-L3侧角

2.交感神经节：

椎旁节（交感干）

位于脊柱两侧，

有19—24对,分为：

颈节(3对）、

胸节（10-12对）、

腰节（4-5对）、

骶节（4-5对）、尾节（1个，奇节）

椎前节：位于脊柱前方，同名血管周围。

3.神经：

灰交通支、白交通支、

内脏大神经、内脏小神经、

腰内脏神经

（一）交感神经sympatheticnerve

1.低级中枢部：

脊髓T1-L3侧角的中间外侧核。

交感神经节

（1）椎旁节——位于脊柱两侧，有19—24对。

节间支+椎旁神经节=交感干

（2）椎前节——位于脊柱前方，有成对的腹腔神经节、成单的肠系膜上神经节、肠系膜下神经节，位于同名血管周围。灰、白交通支

白交通支：由脊神经进入椎旁神经节的节前纤维灰交通支：由椎旁神经节返回脊神经的节后纤维Sympathetictrunks

（1）终止于相应椎旁节；（2）在交感干内上行或下行一段→椎旁节

（3）穿椎旁节→椎前节

节后纤维有3种去向：

（1）经灰交通支返回到脊神经。（2）随动脉走行，在动脉周围形成神经丛。

二、内脏感觉神经

接受内脏器官的黏膜、心血管的内膜、腺体等处的内感觉。

第1级神经元位于脊神经节，脑干内为孤束核。内脏感觉的定位不确切，有牵涉痛Referredpain牵涉痛
