基于三阶段DEA的纺织服装企业创新绩效研究摘要:本文以纺织服装企业为研究对象,以创新绩效为研究指标,基于三阶段数据包络分析(DEA)方法进行研究。通过对企业的技术、市场和投入三个方面的创新能力进行评估,建立了创新绩效评价指标体系。然后,以我国某省纺织服装企业为例,运用三阶段DEA方法对企业的创新绩效进行了评估,分析了影响企业创新绩效的关键因素。结果表明,技术创新对企业创新绩效的影响最大,市场创新次之,投入创新对企业创新绩效的影响相对较小。此外,企业规模、资金投入、人力资源投入等也是影响企业创新绩效的重要因素。

Abstract:Thispapertakestextileandclothingenterprisesastheresearchobject,andinnovationperformanceastheresearchindex,basedonthethree-stagedataenvelopmentanalysis(DEA)method.Throughevaluatingtheinnovationabilityofenterprisesinthreeaspects:technology,marketandinput,anevaluationindexsystemofinnovationperformancewasestablished.Then,takingtextileandclothingenterprisesinacertainprovinceofChinaasanexample,theinnovationperformanceofenterpriseswasevaluatedusingthethree-stageDEAmethod,andthekeyfactorsaffectingtheinnovationperformanceofenterpriseswereanalyzed.Theresultsshowedthattheimpactoftechnologicalinnovationonenterpriseinnovationperformancewasthegreatest,followedbymarketinnovation,andtheimpactofinputinnovationonenterpriseinnovationperformancewasrelativelysmall.Inaddition,enterprisescale,capitalinput,andhumanresourceinputwerealsoimportantfactorsaffectingenterpriseinnovationperformance.

Marketinnovationwasfoundtohaveasignificantimpactonenterpriseinnovationperformanceaswell.Enterprisesthatareabletoidentifyandrespondtomarkettrendsandcustomerneedsthroughinnovativeproducts,services,andmarketingstrategiesaremorelikelytoachievebetterinnovationperformancethanthosethatdonotinnovateinthisarea.

Ontheotherhand,theimpactofinputinnovationonenterpriseinnovationperformancewasrelativelysmall.Inputinnovationreferstotheinnovationofproductionprocesses,materials,andequipment.Althoughitisanimportantaspectofinnovation,itwasfoundtohaveaweakerimpactonoverallinnovationperformancecomparedtotechnologicalandmarketinnovation.

Inadditiontotheseinnovationfactors,thestudyalsofoundthatenterprisescale,capitalinput,andhumanresourceinputwereimportantfactorsaffectinginnovationperformance.Thissuggeststhatlargerenterpriseswithmoreresourcesandbetterhumanresourcemanagementpracticesaremorelikelytoachievebetterinnovationperformancecomparedtosmallerenterpriseswithlimitedresources.
