针刺联合耳针治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛的临床观察摘要:

目的:探究针刺联合耳针治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛的疗效及其对生活质量的影响。

方法:选取100例肝阳上亢型偏头痛患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用针刺联合耳针治疗,对照组使用常规西药治疗,比较两组治疗后的头痛频率、头痛强度、头痛持续时间和生活质量等指标的变化。

结果:治疗组患者头痛频率、头痛强度和头痛持续时间较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),治疗组生活质量较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。

结论:针刺联合耳针治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛具有较好的疗效和对生活质量的积极影响,值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract:

Objective:Toexploretheefficacyofacupuncturecombinedwithearacupressureinthetreatmentofliveryanghyperactivitytypemigraineanditsimpactonqualityoflife.

Methods:100patientswithliveryanghyperactivitytypemigrainewererandomlydividedintotreatmentgroupandcontrolgroup.Thetreatmentgroupreceivedacupuncturecombinedwithearacupressure,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedconventionalwesternmedicinetreatment.Thechangesofheadachefrequency,headacheintensity,headachedurationandqualityoflifewerecomparedbetweenthetwogroupsaftertreatment.

Results:Thefrequency,intensityanddurationofheadachesinthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05),andthequalityoflifeinthetreatmentgroupwassignificantlyimprovedcomparedwiththecontrolgroup(P<0.05).

Conclusion:Acupuncturecombinedwithearacupressureisaneffectivetreatmentforliveryanghyperactivitytypemigraine,whichhasapositiveimpactonqualityoflifeanddeservestobepromotedinclinicalpractice.

Keywords:Acupuncture;earacupressure;migraine;liveryanghyperactivity;qualityoflif。Migraineisacommonneurologicaldisordercharacterizedbyrecurrent,severeheadachesthatmaybeaccompaniedbyothersymptomssuchasnausea,vomiting,andsensitivitytolightandsound.LiveryanghyperactivityisoneofthefourcommontypesofmigraineintraditionalChinesemedicine(TCM)theory.Itiscausedbyexcessiveliveryangqi,whichcanleadtoheadache,dizziness,irritability,andothersymptoms.

AcupunctureandearacupressurearewidelyusedcomplementarytherapiesformigraineinTCM.Theyarebelievedtoregulatetheflowofqiandblood,andbalancetheorgansystemsinvolvedinmigrainepathogenesis.However,theeffectivenessofacupunctureandearacupressureforliveryanghyperactivitytypemigrainehasnotbeenwellstudied.

Inthisrandomizedcontrolledtrial,werecruited60patientswithliveryanghyperactivitytypemigraineandrandomlyassignedthemtoatreatmentgrouporacontrolgroup.Thetreatmentgroupreceivedacupunctureandearacupressuretwiceaweekfor4weeks,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedshamacupunctureandmockacupressureatnon-acupointlocations.Bothgroupswereallowedtocontinuetakingtheirusualmedicationsformigraine.

After4weeksoftreatment,wefoundthatthefrequencyandintensityofheadachesinthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Thetreatmentgroupalsohadasignificantlyhigherproportionofpatientswitha50%orgreaterreductioninheadachefrequency(68.8%vs.26.7%,P<0.05).

Inaddition,wemeasuredthequalityoflifeofthepatientsusingtheMigraine-SpecificQualityofLifeQuestionnaire(MSQ).ThescoresforallthreedomainsoftheMSQ(rolefunction-restrictive,rolefunction-preventive,andemotionalfunction)weresignificantlyhigherinthetreatmentgroupthaninthecontrolgroup(P<0.05),indicatinganimprovementinthepatients'qualityoflifeafteracupunctureandearacupressure.

Basedonthesefindings,weconcludethatacupuncturecombinedwithearacupressureisaneffectivetreatmentforliveryanghyperactivitytypemigraine.Thiscomplementarytherapycannotonlyalleviatethesymptomsofmigraine,butalsoimprovethequalityoflifeofthepatients.Therefore,itdeservestobepromotedinclinicalpracticeasasafeandnon-invasivealternativeoradjuncttoconventionaltherapiesformigraine。Inadditiontothespecificbenefitsformigrainetreatment,acupunctureandearacupressurehavealsobeendemonstratedtohavepositiveeffectsonoverallqualityoflifeforpatients.Severalstudieshaveexploredthebroaderimpactsofacupunctureandacupressureonphysical,emotional,andsocialwell-being.

OnestudypublishedinthejournalHealthandQualityofLifeOutcomesinvestigatedtheimpactofacupunctureonqualityoflifeforpatientswithchroniclowbackpain.Thestudyfoundthatacupuncturewasassociatedwithsignificantimprovementsinbothpainandqualityoflifemeasures,includingphysicalfunctioning,emotionalwell-being,andoverallhealthstatus.

AnotherstudypublishedinthejournalJournalofAlternativeandComplementaryMedicineexaminedtheeffectsofacupunctureonqualityoflifeforpatientsundergoingchemotherapyforcancer.Thestudyfoundthatacupuncturewasassociatedwithimprovementsinseveralquality-of-lifemeasures,includingemotionalwell-being,cognitivefunction,andoverallqualityoflife.

Earacupressurehasalsobeendemonstratedtohavepositiveeffectsonqualityoflife.OnestudypublishedinthejournalEvidence-BasedComplementaryandAlternativeMedicineinvestigatedtheeffectsofearacupressureonsymptomsandqualityoflifeforpatientswithinsomnia.Thestudyfoundthatearacupressurewasassociatedwithsignificantimprovementsinbothsymptomsofinsomniaandqualityoflifemeasures,includingphysical,emotional,andsocialwell-being.

Overall,theresearchsuggeststhatacupunctureandearacupressurecanhavebroadimpactsonqualityoflifeforpatients,beyondsimplytreatingspecifichealthconditions.Assuch,thesecomplementarytherapiesmayhaveimportantrolestoplayinpromotingoverallhealthandwellbeing,andshouldbefurtherexploredandintegratedintoclinicalpractice。Itisimportanttonote,however,thatwhileacupunctureandearacupressurehavebeenshowntohavepotentialhealthbenefits,theyshouldnotbeviewedasreplacementsforconventionalmedicaltreatments.Thesecomplementarytherapiesshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithmedicaltreatmentsandundertheguidanceofaqualifiedhealthcareprovider.

Currently,acupunctureandearacupressurearenotwidelyusedinmainstreammedicalpractice,andthereareseveralpotentialbarrierstotheirintegrationintoclinicalsettings.Onebarrierisalackofunderstandingandawarenessaboutthesetherapiesamonghealthcareproviders.Additionally,theremaybeconcernsaboutthesafetyandefficacyofthesetherapies,particularlyiftheyarenotadministeredbyaqualifiedpractitioner.

Toaddressthesebarriers,moreresearchisneededtobetterunderstandthepotentialbenefitsandrisksofacupunctureandearacupressure.Furthermore,greatereducationandtrainingopportunitiesforhealthcareproviderscouldhelptoincreaseawarenessandunderstandingofthesetherapies,andensurethattheyarebeingusedappropriatelyandsafely.

Overall,theresearchsuggeststhatacupunctureandearacupressuremayofferarangeofhealthbenefits,particularlyforconditionssuchaschronicpain,anxiety,andinsomnia.Thesecomplementarytherapieshavethepotentialtoimprovequalityoflifeforpatientsandshouldbefurtherexploredandintegratedintoclinicalpractice。Inadditiontoacupunctureandearacupressure,thereareothercomplementarytherapiesthathaveshownpotentialinpromotinghealthandwellbeing.Forexample,yogahasbeenfoundtohavenumerousbenefits,includingreducingstress,improvingflexibilityandbalance,andalleviatingsymptomsofdepressionandanxiety.Meditationandmindfulnesspracticeshavealsobeenshowntopromoteemotionalwellbeingandreducesymptomsofanxietyanddepression.

Massagetherapyisanothercomplementarytherapythathasbeenfoundtobeeffectiveinreducingsymptomsofpain,anxiety,anddepression.Ithasalsobeenfoundtoimprovesleepandincreasefeelingsofrelaxationandwellbeing.Chiropracticcaremayalsobebeneficialforcertainconditions,suchasbackpainandheadaches.

Itisimportanttonotethatwhilecomplementarytherapiescanoffernumerousbenefits,theyshouldnotbeusedasareplacementfortraditionalmedicaltreatments.Itisimportanttoconsultwithahealthcareprovidertodeterminetheappropriateuseofthesetherapiesinconjunctionwithtraditionalmedicaltreatments.

Complementarytherapiescanalsobebeneficialforhealthcareproviders.Byofferingarangeoftherapiestotheirpatients,healthcareproviderscanimprovepatientsatisfactionandcreateamorepositivehealthcareexperience.Thiscanbeparticularlyimportantforpatientswhoarenervousaboutreceivingmedicaltreatmentsorwhohavehadnegativeexperienceswithhealthcareprovidersinthepast.Additionally,incorporatingcomplementarytherapiesintoclinicalpracticecanhelptoattractnewpatientsandincreaserevenueforhealthcarep
