黑龙江省城镇居民消费对生态环境的影响研究摘要：

随着黑龙江省城镇的经济快速发展，居民消费在日常生活中起着越来越重要的作用，然而过度消费对生态环境的影响也日益明显。本文以黑龙江省城镇居民为研究对象，探讨了消费对生态环境的影响及其机制，并提出了相应的对策和建议。本研究采用问卷调查和统计分析方法，通过对1421份有效问卷的分析得出以下结论：消费行为、消费水平和消费结构是影响生态环境的重要因素；城镇居民消费已经对生态环境造成了不可忽视的影响，其中以粮食、纸张和塑料制品消费对环境影响最大；城镇居民环保意识普遍较低，教育水平和收入水平是影响其环保意识的主要因素。最后，笔者提出采取多种手段，如完善相关法律法规、提高教育水平、推广环保科技等，建立起城镇居民消费生态环境保护的长效机制。

Abstract:

WiththerapideconomicdevelopmentofurbanareasinHeilongjiangProvince,theconsumptionofurbanresidentsplaysanincreasinglyimportantroleindailylife.However,excessiveconsumptionisalsohavinganincreasinglyobviousimpactontheecologicalenvironment.ThispapertakestheurbanresidentsofHeilongjiangprovinceastheresearchobject,explorestheimpactofconsumptionontheecologicalenvironmentanditsmechanism,andputsforwardcorrespondingcountermeasuresandsuggestions.Thisstudyadoptsquestionnairesurveyandstatisticalanalysismethods.Throughtheanalysisof1421validquestionnaires,thefollowingconclusionsaredrawn:consumptionbehavior,consumptionlevel,andconsumptionstructureareimportantfactorsaffectingtheecologicalenvironment;urbanresidents'consumptionhashadasignificantimpactontheecologicalenvironment,amongwhichtheconsumptionofgrains,paper,andplasticproductshasthegreatestimpactontheenvironment.Thepublicenvironmentalawarenessofurbanresidentsisgenerallylow,andeducationlevelandincomelevelarethemainfactorsaffectingtheirenvironmentalawareness.Finally,theauthorproposestoadoptvariousmeasures,suchasimprovingrelevantlawsandregulations,improvingeducationlevel,andpromotingenvironmentalprotectiontechnology,toestablishalong-termmechanismforprotectingtheecologicalenvironmentofurbanresidents'consumption.

Thestudyfoundthattheeducationallevelofurbanresidentshasasignificantinfluenceontheirenvironmentalawareness.Peoplewithhighereducationtendtohavemoreenvironmentallyfriendlyattitudesandbehaviors,whilethosewithlowereducationtendtobelessawareofenvironmentalissues.Therefore,improvingtheeducationlevelofurbanresidentsisessentialtopromotesustainableconsumption.

Theincomelevelisalsoakeyfactoraffectingenvironmentalawareness.Thestudyfoundthatthosewithhigherincometendtohavebetterenvironmentalawarenessthanthosewithlowerincome.Thiscanbeattributedtothefactthatpeoplewithhigherincomehaveaccesstomoreenvironmentalinformationandcanaffordtopurchasemoreeco-friendlyproducts.Assuch,itisimportanttopromotetheaccessibilityofenvironmentallyfriendlyproductsandservicestolower-incomepopulations.
