化瘀消癥汤联合封包外敷治疗气滞血瘀型子宫腺肌病痛经的临床观察

化瘀消癥汤联合封包外敷治疗气滞血瘀型子宫腺肌病痛经的临床观察摘要

目的：探讨化瘀消癥汤联合封包外敷治疗气滞血瘀型子宫腺肌病痛经的临床观察。

方法：选取2018年6月至2019年6月间来我院就诊的符合气滞血瘀型子宫腺肌病和痛经的女性患者60例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组采用常规治疗方法，包括口服止痛药物，镇痛针剂，放松有助于缓解症状的瑜伽类活动等。观察组在对照组治疗基础上进行汤剂治疗及封包外敷。

结果：本研究结果表明，观察组的治疗成效显著高于对照组，使患病者总有效率提高到93.33%，疼痛程度显著降低，痛经缓解时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。

结论：使用化瘀消癥汤联合封包外敷治疗气滞血瘀型子宫腺肌病痛经具有高效率的优点，可作为治疗该疾病的重要方法。

Abstract

Objective:ToexploretheclinicalobservationofthetreatmentofqistasisandbloodstasistypeofadenomyosisanddysmenorrheawithHuayuXiaozhengsoupcombinedwithexternalapplicationofsealedpackage.

Methods:SixtyfemalepatientswithadenomyosisanddysmenorrheawhocametoourhospitalfortreatmentfromJune2018toJune2019wereselected.Theyweredividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupaccordingtotherandomdigittablemethod,with30casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithconventionaltreatmentmethods,includingoralanalgesics,analgesicinjections,andyogaexercisesthathelprelievesymptoms.Theobservationgroupreceivedsouptreatmentandsealedexternalapplicationbasedonthecontrolgrouptreatment.

Results:Theresultsofthisstudyshowedthatthetreatmentefficacyoftheobservationgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup,andthetotaleffectiverateofthepatientswasincreasedto93.33%,thepainwassignificantlyreduced,andtherelieftimewassignificantlyshortened(P<0.05).

Conclusion:TheuseofHuayuXiaozhengsoupcombinedwithexternalsealedpackageinthetreatmentofqistasisandbloodstasistypeofadenomyosisanddysmenorrheahastheadvantagesofhighefficiencyandcanbeusedasanimportantmethodfortreatingthisdisease.
