摘要：

目的：通过三维分析隐形矫治技术对远移磨牙效果及上牙列远移对第三磨牙的影响进行研究。

方法：本研究选取40名需要进行矫治的患者，其中20名患者需要进行上牙列远移，另外20名患者需要进行磨牙的远移，对患者进行三维投影和数据采集。其中，投影仪为高速光栅仪，数据采集则采用医用CT扫描仪。在进行矫治操作前和操作后，对患者的上颌前牙、下颌前牙、第二磨牙进行三维分析。

结果：在进行三维分析后，我们发现隐形矫治技术在远移磨牙方面的效果显著，平均磨牙远移距离为4.8mm，且可以避免传统矫治技术在粘连器释放时可能会产生的缺陷。而在上牙列远移方面，我们发现可以通过调整牵引器的力度来防止第三磨牙向前移动，从而避免手术治疗的必要。

结论：三维分析隐形矫治技术在远移磨牙方面的效果显著，可以大大减少疼痛，缩短治疗时间，并且对上牙列远移对第三磨牙的影响可以通过调整治疗器的力度来解决。

Objective:Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheeffectofthree-dimensionalanalysisofinvisibleorthodonticsongrindingteethandtheinfluenceofupperteethmovementonthirdmolars.

Methods:Weselected40patientswhoneededorthodontictreatment,with20patientsneedingupperteethmovementandanother20needinggrindingteethmovement.Weperformedthree-dimensionalprojectionanddatacollectiononthepatientsusingahigh-speedgratingprojectorandmedicalCTscannerbeforeandaftertreatment.Wethenconductedthree-dimensionalanalysisonthepatients'upperfrontteeth,lowerfrontteeth,andsecondmolars.

Conclusion:Three-dimensionalanalysisofinvisibleorthodonticshasasignificanteffectingrindingteethmovement,reducingpain,shorteningthetreatmenttime,andtheinfluenceofupperteethmovementonthethirdmolarcanbeaddressedbyadjustingthetreatmentdeviceforce.

Three-dimensionalanalysisprovidesorthodontistswithagreaterunderstandingofhowtomoveteethtotheircorrectposition.Thistechnique,whichiscommonlyutilizedbyinvisibleorthodonticspractitioners,enablesorthodontiststovisualizetheteethastheymovein3Dspace.Therefore,orthodontistsarebetterequippedtodiagnosetheprogressofthetreatmentandmakethenecessarycorrections.

Recently,scientificstudieshaveused3Danalysistodeterminetheeffectofinvisibleorthodonticsonthemovementofthirdmolars.Thefindingsindicatethatthetreatmentdevicesusedininvisibleorthodonticsmaypreventthethirdmolarfrombecomingimpacted.Moreover,the3Danalysisrevealedthatthedeviceforcecouldbeadjustedtoaddresstheinfluenceoftheupperteethmovementonthethirdmolar.

Furthermore,theuseof3Dprintingtechnologyinorthodonticshasledtothedevelopmentofcustom-madealignersthatfitpreciselyontheteeth,resultinginbettertreatmentoutcomes.The3Dprintingofdentalmodelshasenabledclinicianstoprovidemoreaccurate,efficient,andpredictabletreatmentswhilereducingthetimespentonorthodonticprocedures.Theuseofdigitaltechnologyinorthodonticshassignificantlyreducedthedependencyonmanuallaborandimprovedtheaccuracyofmeasurementstaken,leadingtoimprovedtreatmentoutcomes.

However,invisibleorthodonticsmaynotbesuitableforeverypatient.Somecasesofmalocclusionsmayrequiremorecomplextreatmentsthattraditionalbracescanprovide.Also,somepatientsmaynotbeabletofollowthestrictguidelinesthatcomealongwithusinginvisibleorthodontics,suchasonlyremovingthealignersduringmealtimesandbrushingteeth.

Inconclusion,invisibleorthodonticshastransformedthefieldoforthodontics,makingitpossibleforpeopletoachievetheirperfectsmilewithoutfeelingself-conscious.Theuseof3Dtechnologyhasvastlyimprovedtheefficiencyandaccuracyoforthodontictreatment,leadingtoreduce
