320排CT容积灌注对百草枯致化学性肺损伤的早期评价摘要

目的:本研究旨在探讨320排CT容积灌注对百草枯致化学性肺损伤的早期评价。

方法:选择2018年1月至2019年12月在我院接受治疗的百草枯中毒患者50例,均行320排CT容积灌注检查,不良反应及安全性均得到保证。根据CT容积灌注数值计算相关参数,进行组间比较。

结果:CT容积灌注检查发现50例患者均呈现不同程度的肺实变和肺野浸润。肺实变和野浸润类型为浸润/结节型、支气管肺炎型和肺不张型。320排CT容积灌注检查分析发现,处于急性期的患者PCT、CRP、IL-6等炎症指标均升高,血氧分压PaO2与FiO2比值下降。随着治疗的进行,以上指标趋于缓解或正常化。同时,通过320排CT容积灌注还可进行肺部微循环及肺泡腔通透性分析,早期揭示肺部病变的生理变化,为临床提供及时有效的治疗方案。

结论:320排CT容积灌注可对百草枯致化学性肺损伤进行早期评价,并得到广泛推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective:Theaimofthisstudywastoexploretheearlyevaluationof320-rowCTvolumeperfusioninchemicallunginjurycausedbyglyphosate.

Methods:Weselected50patientswithglyphosatepoisoningwhoweretreatedinourhospitalfromJanuary2018toDecember2019.Allofthemunderwent320-rowCTvolumeperfusionexamination,andadversereactionsaswellassafetywereguaranteed.RelevantparameterswerecalculatedaccordingtoCTperfusionvalues,andintergroupcomparisonsweremade.

Results:CTvolumeperfusionexaminationfoundthatall50patientsshowedvaryingdegreesoflungconsolidationandlungfieldinfiltration.Thetypesoflungconsolidationandinfiltrationwereinfiltration/nodulartype,bronchopneumoniatype,andatelectasistype.Analysisof320-rowCTvolumeperfusionrevealedthattheinflammatoryindicatorssuchasPCT,CRP,andIL-6inpatientsintheacutephasewereincreased,whiletheratioofPaO2toFiO2wasdecreased.Withthetreatmentbeingcontinued,theaboveindicatorstendedtoberelievedornormalized.Meanwhile,lungmicrocirculationandalveolarcavitypermeabilityanalysiscouldbecarriedoutthrough320-rowCTvolumeperfusiontorevealthephysiologicalchangesofpulmonarylesionsintheearlystage,providingtimelyandeffectivetreatmentplansforclinicalpractice.

Conclusion:320-rowCTvolumeperfusioncanbeusedfortheearlyevaluationofchemicallunginjurycausedbyglyphosateandhasbeenwidelypromotedandapplied.

Inclinicalpractice,320-rowCTvolumeperfusionhasbeenwidelyusedtoevaluatetheeffectsofglyphosateonthelungs.Ithasprovedtobeaneffectivemethodforearlydetection,diagnosis,andfollow-upofpulmonaryinjuriescausedbyglyphosate.Theanalysisofcavitypermeabilitywiththismethodcanrevealthephysiologicalchangesofpulmonarylesionsintheearlystage,enablingclinicianstodeveloptimelyandeffectivetreatmentplans.

Inconclusion,320-rowCTvolumeperfusionisavaluabletoolfortheearlyevaluationofchemicallunginjurycausedbyglyphosate.Ithasbeenwidelypromotedandappliedinclinicalpractice.Byprovidingreliableandtimelyinformation,thistechniquecansupportcliniciansindevelopingpersonalizedtreatmentplansandimprovingpatientoutcomesItisimportanttonotethatwhile320-rowCTvolumeperfusionisaneffectivemethodforevaluatingchemicallunginjuriescausedbyglyphosate,preventivemeasuresshouldalsobetakentominimizeexposuretothechemical.Thisincludeswearingprotectivegearduringapplicationandavoidingcontactwithcontaminatedsurfaces.

Overall,theuseof320-rowCTvolumeperfusionimagingisapromisingapproachforevaluatingpulmonarylesionsintheearlystagesofchemicallunginjurycausedbyglyphosate.Itofferscliniciansavaluabletoolfordevelopingpersonalizedtreatmentplansandimprovingpatientoutcomes.However,itmustbeusedinconjunctionwithpreventivemeasuresandclosemonitoringtoensurethebestpossibleoutcomesforthosewhohavebeenexposedtothischemicalFurthermore,thelong-termeffectsofglyphosateexposureonhumanhealtharestillnotfullyunderstood.Studieshavelinkedexposuretoglyphosatewithanincreasedriskofcertaintypesofcancer,includingnon-Hodgkin'slymphoma.Additionally,glyphosatehasbeenshowntoaffectthegutmicrobiome,potentiallycontributingtoarangeofhealthissues,includingautoimmunediseases.

Itisimportantforindividualswhoworkwithorareexposedtoglyphosatetotakeprecautionstoreducetheirriskofexposure.Thiscanincludewearingappropriateprotectivegear,followingsafetyprotocols,andavoidingdirectcontactwiththechemicalwheneverpossible.

Inconclusion,glyphosateexposurecanleadtochemicallunginjury,andevaluationofpulmonarylesionsintheearlystagesofthisinjuryisessentialforsuccessfultreatmentandimprovedpatientoutcomes.Theuseof320-rowCTvolumeperfusionimagingisapromisingapproachforsuchevaluation.However,itmustbeusedinconjunctionwithpreventivemeasuresandclosemonitoringtoensurethebestpossibleoutcomesforthosewhohavebeenexposedtothischemical.Moreover,furtherresearchisneededtobetterund
