Abstract

Withthecontinuousimprovementofmodernenterprise'sdemandforefficientandlow-costmanagementmethods,moreandmoreenterpriseschoosetooutsourcesomebusinessprocessestoreduceoperatingcostsandimprovemanagementefficiency.However,thecontrolofoutsourcingprojectprogresshasbecomeanimportantissueintheoutsourcingprocess,especiallyforMcompany.Thispaperconductsin-depthresearchontheoutsourcingprojectprogresscontrolofMcompany,aimstoproposeaseriesoffeasiblecontrolmeasurestoensurethatoutsourcingprojectsarecarriedoutonschedule,achieveexpectedgoals,andreduceunnecessarycosts.
