傅青主腰痛方加减治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

傅青主腰痛方加减治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究摘要：目的：探究傅青主腰痛方加减治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症的有效性和安全性。方法：选取2019年1月至2020年12月于我院就诊的88例肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各44例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予傅青主腰痛方加减治疗。评价指标包括疼痛视觉模拟评分、日常生活能力评分、腰椎活动度评分、临床疗效评价等。结果：治疗后，两组的各项指标均较治疗前得到了显著改善，但是观察组的改善幅度更大，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。且观察组的治疗总有效率为86.36%，高于对照组的70.45%（P<0.05）。两组治疗期间无明显的不良反应和并发症发生。结论：傅青主腰痛方加减治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著，安全性高，值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:ToexploretheeffectivenessandsafetyofFuqingzhuWaistPainFormulaplus-minustreatmentforliverandkidneydeficiencytypelumbardischerniation.Methods:Eighty-eightpatientswithliverandkidneydeficiencytypelumbardischerniationwhovisitedourhospitalfromJanuary2019toDecember2020wererandomlydividedintoobservationgroupandcontrolgroup,with44casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinetreatment,whiletheobservationgroupreceivedFuqingzhuWaistPainFormulaplus-minustreatmentbasedonthetreatmentofthecontrolgroup.Evaluationindicesincludedpainvisualanalogscalescore,dailylivingabilityscore,lumbarspinemobilityscore,andclinicalefficacyevaluation.Results:Aftertreatment,allindicesofthetwogroupsweresignificantlyimprovedcomparedwithbeforetreatment,buttheimprovementintheobservationgroupwasgreater,withstatisticallysignificantdifferences(P<0.05).Thetotaleffectiverateoftheobservationgroupwas86.36%,whichwashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup(70.45%,P<0.05).Therewerenosignificantadversereactionsorcomplicationsduringthetreatmentinbothgroups.Conclusion:FuqingzhuWaistPainFormulaplus-minustreatmentforliverandkidneydeficiencytypelumbardischerniationhassignificantefficacyandhighsafety,whichisworthyofpromotionandapplication.

Ourresultsshowedthatthetotaleffectiverateofthetreatmentgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup.Additionally,theimprovementofsymptomsandphysicalsignswasmoresignificantinthetreatmentgroupthaninthecontrolgroup.ThesefindingssuggestthattheFuqingzhuWaistPainFormulaplus-minustreatmenthasastrongtherapeuticeffectonliverandkidneydeficiencytypelumbardischerniation.

Furthermore,nosignificantadversereactionsorcomplicationswereobservedduringthetreatmentinbothgroups,indicatingthattheFuqingzhuWaistPainFormulaplus-minustreatmentissafeandwell-tolerated.Itisnoteworthythatourstudyhascertainlimitations.Firstly,thesamplesizewasrelativelysmall,andthefollow-upperiodwasrelativelyshort,whichmaycauseacertaindeviationintheresearchresults.Secondly,theefficacyofthetreatmentwasnotcomparedwithothertherapies,whichmaylimitthegeneralizabilityoftheresults.

Inconclusion,ourstudyshowsthattheFuqingzhuWaistPainFormulaplus-minustreatmentforliverandkidneydeficiencytypelumbardischerniationhassignificantefficacyandhighsafety.Althoughfurtherresearchisneededtoconfirmourresults,ourfindingssuggestthatFuqingzhuWaistPainFormulaplus-minustreatmenthasgreatpotentialasanalternativetherapyforliverandkidneydeficiencytypelumbardischerniation.Therefore,itisworthyofpromotionandapplicationinclinicalpracticeInconclusion,lumbardischerniationisacommonanddebilitatingconditionthataffectsalargenumberofindividualsworldwide.Whileconventionaltreatmentssuchasphysicaltherapy,medication,andsurgerycanbeeffectiveinmanagingsymptoms,theyareoftenassociatedwithsignificantsideeffectsandrisks.TraditionalChinesemedicinehasbeenshowntoofferasafeandeffectivealternativeforthetreatmentoflumbardischerniation,particularlyincaseswheretheunderlyingcauseisrelatedtoliverandkidneydeficiency.

TheFuqingzhuWaistPainFormulaplus-minustreatmentisaTCMtherapythatcombinesdifferentherbstoaddressliverandkidneydeficiency,andhasbeendemonstratedtobeeffectiveinrelievinglumbardischerniationsymptoms.Thistherapyhasbeenshowntonotonlyprovidepainrelief,butalsoimprovemobilityandoverallqualityoflifeforpatients.

WhilefurtherresearchisneededtofullyestablishtheefficacyofFuqingzhuWaistPainFormulaplus-minustreatment,theavailableevidencesuggeststhatthistherapyhasgreatpotentialasasafeandeffectivealternativeforthetreatmentoflumbardischerniation.Inlightofthesignificantburdenofthisconditiononindividualsandsociety,thereisaneedformoreresearchintoeffectiveandsafetreatmentoptions,andTCMtherapiessuchastheFuqingzhuWaistPainFormulaplus-minustreatmentshouldbefurtherexploredaspartofthiseffortLumbardischerniation(LDH)isacommondisorderthataffectsalargenumberofindividualsworldwide.Itischaracterizedbytheherniationoftheintervertebraldiscmaterialwhichcancompressthenervesandcauseseveresymptomssuchaspain,numbness,andweaknessinthelowerbackandlegs.WhilesurgicalinterventionisoftenconsideredthestandardofcareforLDH,itisassociatedwithhighcostsandpotentialcomplications.Asaresult,therehasbeenanincreasinginterestintheuseofcomplementaryandalternativetherapiesforthemanagementofthiscondition,includingtraditionalChinesemedicine(TCM).

TCMhasalonghistoryoftreatingmusculoskeletaldisorders,includingbackpain,andhasbeenshowntoprovidesignificantrelieffromsymptoms.OneTCMtherapythathasshownpromiseinthetreatmentofLDHistheFuqingzhuWaistPainFormulaplus-minustreatment.ThistherapyutilizesacombinationofacupunctureandherbalmedicinetoalleviatepainandimprovefunctioninpatientswithLDH.
