设计原始资料本设计为K70+364.8胜利河桥设计,有关于河床断面的地形及地质构造情况见河床横断面图,其余相关设计参数如下:1.设计桥梁的桥位地形及地质图一份;2.设计荷载:公路-Ⅰ级;人群:3.5kN/m2;3.设计时速:60km/h;4.桥面宽度:净-7+2×1.5(人行道);5.桥面横坡:1.5%;6.通航等级:Ⅳ-(4)。第一章方案比选桥梁的形式可考虑连续梁桥、梁拱组合桥和斜拉桥。对此三种桥型作比较,从安全、适用、经济、美观等方面比选,最终确定桥梁形式。桥梁设计原则:安全性安全是桥梁设计的首要保证条件,要控制桥梁的竖向与横向振幅,避免车辆在桥上振动与冲击。整个桥跨结构及各部分构件,在制造、运输、安装和使用过程中应具有足够的强度、刚度、稳定性和耐久性。适用性适用是桥梁设计的基本原则。桥上应保证车辆和人群的安全畅通,并应满足将来交通量增长的需要。桥下应满足泄洪、安全通航或通车等要求。建成的桥梁应保证使用年限,并便于检查和维修。经济性桥梁设计应体现经济上的合理性。在设计中必须进行经济技术的比较,使桥梁的总造价和材料等的消耗为最少,同时,经济性应充分考虑在使用期间的运营条件及养护和维修等方面的费用问题。美观一座桥梁应具有优美的外形,应与周围的景致相协调。合理的结构布局和轮廓是美观的主要因素,决不应把美观片面的理解为豪华的装饰。应根据上述原则,对桥梁做出综合评估。1.连续梁桥梁式体系是古老的结构体系,梁桥是指其结构在垂直荷载的作用下,其支座仅产生垂直反力,而无水平推力的桥梁。预应力混凝土连续梁桥利用支座上的卸载弯矩去减少跨中弯矩,使梁跨内的内力分配更合理,以同等抗弯能力的构件断面就可以建成更大跨径的桥梁。同时,梁式桥的设计和施工方法也日臻完善和成熟。2.梁拱组合桥这类体系中有系杆拱、桁架拱、多跨拱梁结构等。它们利用梁的受弯与拱的承压特点组成联合结构。在预应力混凝土结构中,因梁体内可储备巨大的压力来承受拱的水平推力,使这类结构既具有拱的特点,而又非推力结构,对地基的要求不高。但这种结构施工比较复杂,造价也较高。3.悬索桥悬索桥是用悬挂在两边塔架上的强大缆索作为主要承重结构。在竖向荷载作用下,通过吊杆使缆索承受很大的拉力,通常就需要在两岸桥台的后方修筑非常巨大的锚碇结构。悬索桥也是具有水平反力的结构。目前悬索桥广泛采用高强度钢丝编制的钢缆,以充分发挥其优异的抗拉性能,因此结构自重较小。悬索桥的另一个特点是:成卷的钢缆易于运输,结构的组成构件较轻,便于无支架悬吊拼装。然而悬索桥自重小,结构刚度差,在车辆动荷载和风荷载作用下有较大的变形和振动。方案1连续梁桥方案1连续梁桥方案2梁拱组合桥方案2梁拱组合桥方案3悬索桥方案3悬索桥图1-1胜利河桥设计方案(尺寸单位图1-1胜利河桥设计方案(尺寸单位cm)方案比较较表表1-1比较项目第一方案第二方案第三方案主桥跨桥型预应力混凝土连连续梁梁拱组合桥悬索桥主桥跨结构特点预应力混凝土变变截面连续续梁桥在垂垂直荷载的的作用下,其其支座仅产产生垂直反反力,而无无水平推力力。其造型型灵活、美美观,结构构刚度较大大,变性较较小。受力力明确,理理论计算较较简单,设设计和施工工的方法日日臻完善和和成熟。梁拱组合桥利用用梁的受弯弯与拱的承承压特点组组成联合结结构。在预预应力混凝凝土结构中中,因梁体体内可储备备巨大的压压力来承受受拱的水平平推力,使使这类结构构既具有拱拱的特点,而而又非推力力结构,对对地基的要要求不高。悬索桥利用悬挂挂在两边塔塔架上的强强大钢缆索索作为主要要承重结构构。在竖向向荷载作用用下,通过过吊杆使缆缆索承受很很大的拉力力,通常就就需要在两两岸桥台的的后方修筑筑非常巨大大的锚碇结结构。建筑造型侧面上看线条明明晰,具有有曲线美,与与当地的地地形配合,显显得美观大大方。跨径较大,线条条非常美,与与环境和谐谐,增加了了城市的景景观。结构轻巧、新颖颖,跨径大大,与周围围景观协调调性较好。造价较低适中较高工艺技术要求技术先进,经验验丰富,工工艺要求严严格。所需需设备较少少。占用施施工场地少少。转体施工法,对对周围的影影响较小,将将结构分开开建造,再再最后合拢拢。成卷的钢缆易于于运输,结结构构件较较轻,便于于无支架悬悬吊拼装。工期较短较长适中由上表可知,根据当地水文地质等的情况,结合桥梁设计原则,选择第一方案经济上比第二、三方案好;跨径上满足要求,景观与环境协调,且采用该方案已有成熟的工艺技术经验,施工难度较小,工期较短。针对当地地质情况,采用桩基,加强基础强度。所以选择方案一作为首选。第二章上部结构形式及尺寸拟定根据桥位地形及地质图资料,本设计经方案比选后采用三跨一联预应力混凝土变截面连续梁结构,全长110m。根据桥下通航净容要求,主跨径定为50m。上部结构根据桥面净宽:净-7+2×1.5(人行道)要求,采用单箱单室箱型梁,箱宽9.2m。一.主跨径的拟定主跨径定为50m,边跨跨径根据国内外已有经验,为主跨的0.5~0.8倍,采用0.6倍的中跨径,即30m,则全联跨径为:30+50+30+110(m)二.顺桥向梁的尺寸拟定(1)支点处梁高:根据参考文献【1】,支点梁高为跨径的,最常采用的是因此取支点处梁高为:(2)跨中梁高:根据参考文献【1】,跨中梁高为跨径的,取支点处梁高为:,在此范围之内。(3)梁底曲线:根据参考文献【1】的规定,选用二次抛物线。以跨中梁底为原点,曲线方程为:三.横桥向的尺寸拟定根据桥面净宽:净-7+2×1.5(人行道)要求,为两车道,两边各设1.5m的人行道。根据参考文献【3】选用整体单箱单室截面。主梁截面细部尺寸的拟定(根据参考文献【3】),如图2-1,2-1所示。图2-1支座截面图(尺寸单位图2-1支座截面图(尺寸单位cm)图2-2跨中截面图(尺寸单位图2-2跨中截面图(尺寸单位cm)箱梁顶板厚度取20cm;跨中处底板厚30cm,以便布置预应力束,支点处底板厚度取60cm,中间底板厚成线性变化;腹板厚度由于要布置预应力钢束锚头,故采用40cm;承托尺寸采用;考虑到跨度较小,因此只在支座处设置一道横隔板,板厚取1m;人行道板采用搁置式人行道板,具体尺寸如图2-3图2-3人行道板构造(尺寸单位图2-3人行道板构造(尺寸单位cm)四.桥面铺装根据参考文献【2】选用8cm厚的防水混凝土作为铺装层,上加2cm厚的沥青混凝土磨耗层,共计10cm厚。五.本桥主要材料根据参考文献【5】,预应力混凝土主梁采用C50混凝土,弹模,抗压强度标准值,抗压强度设计值,抗拉强度标准值抗拉强度设计值;预应力钢筋采用ASTMA416-97a标准的低松弛钢绞线(标准型),抗拉强度标准值,抗拉强度设计值,公称直径15.24mm,公称面积,弹性模量;人行道板、栏杆采用C20混凝土;非预应力钢筋采用HRB335级钢筋,抗拉强度标准值,抗拉强度设计值,弹性模量;构造钢筋采用R235钢筋。第三章桥面板板的计算一.桥面板的设计计弯矩据参考文献【55】预规规规定,255/4.66=5.4432故按多跨跨连续单向向板来进行行内力计算算。恒载及其内力计计算①每延米板板的恒载::桥面铺装装:(沥青混混凝土层)(防水混凝土土层)桥面板:将承托托面积摊于于桥面板,则则,平均厚厚度恒载合计计为:②每米宽板板条的恒载载弯矩桥桥面板的计计算跨径::按按简直板计计算跨中弯弯矩:公路-Ⅰ级产生的弯矩据参考文献【55】车辆荷荷载横向布布置要求布布置车辆荷荷载。做出桥面跨中弯弯矩影响线线,如下图图3-1所示布置车车辆使跨中中弯矩达到到最大值。由由于支座第二辆辆车之间,且且据两轮距距离相等,因因此对跨中中弯矩影响响相互抵消消,只计及及第一辆车车对跨中弯弯矩影响即即可。图3-1车辆荷载布置图(尺寸单位图3-1车辆荷载布置图(尺寸单位m)单向板的有效分分布宽度如上分析,将车辆辆荷载的后后轮一个作作用于板的的跨中,另另一个作用用于靠近支支点处,下下图3-2所示,两个个后轴作用用力2P=2800kN图3-2荷载分布宽度计算图式(尺寸单位图3-2荷载分布宽度计算图式(尺寸单位m)由《桥规》查得得,车辆荷荷载的后轮轮着地长度度0.2m,宽度为0.6m,则在跨跨中位置的的有效分布布宽度为::在支点附近的另另一车轮距距支点的距距离则轮压面的有效效分布宽度度为每米宽板条的活活载弯矩依据《桥规》,汽汽车荷载的的局部加载载及在T梁、箱梁梁悬臂板上上的冲击系系数采用00.3,即即冲击系数数。则作用于于每米宽板板条上的跨跨中弯矩按按图3-3的简支梁梁计算。图3-3简支梁上的荷载图式图3-3简支梁上的荷载图式作用跨中车轮对对跨中的弯弯矩为:作用与支点处的的车轮对跨跨中的弯矩矩为:故,作用于每米米宽板条上上的跨中弯弯矩:设计弯矩计算按正常使用极限限状态进行行内力组合合,则按简简支梁计算算设计弯矩矩为由于=0.22273/11.5(取梁高高最小值)=0.1152,则则连续桥面面板的设计计弯矩为::跨跨中弯矩::支支点弯矩::按承载能力极限状状态进行组组合,则按按简支梁计计算的设计计弯矩为再由=0.22733/1.55(取梁高高最小值)=0.1152,则则连续桥面面板的设计计弯矩为::跨跨中弯矩::支支点弯矩::二.悬臂板的内力力计算(1)恒载及其内力力的计算①每延延米板的恒恒载桥桥面铺装::悬悬臂板:合合计为:每每侧的栏杆杆及人行道道板构件按按计②每米宽板条的恒恒载弯矩悬臂板的长度,则则悬臂板根根部恒载弯弯矩为:注:人行道板作作用合力位位置距悬臂臂板末端距距离为0.5m(2)公路-Ⅰ级产生的弯矩①悬悬臂板的有有效分布宽宽度将车车辆荷载的后轮轮按《桥规规》横向靠靠人行道边边布置,如如图3-4所示,两后后轴作用力力。由《桥规》查得得,车辆荷荷载后轮着着地长度为为0.2m,宽度为0.6m,则由图3-4可计算出出荷载压力力面外缘至至腹板外边边缘的距离离为:则荷载分布宽度度为:②每米宽板条的活活载弯矩图3-4悬臂板上的荷载图式依据《桥规》,汽汽车荷载的的局部加载载及在T梁、箱梁梁悬臂板上上的冲击系系数采用00.3,即即冲击系数数。则作用用于每米宽宽板条上的的弯矩为::图3-4悬臂板上的荷载图式设计弯矩计算按正常使用极限限状态进行行内力组合合,计算的的设计弯矩矩为:按承载能力极限限状态进行行内力组合合,计算的的设计弯矩矩为:依据以上计算数数据,作出出桥面板横横向弯矩图图如下图3-5所示图3-5桥面板横向弯矩图图3-5桥面板横向弯矩图三.桥面板的配筋筋(1)支点处配筋筋,取单位1m板宽计算算(见参考考文献【55】)。计算肋肋梁处的截截面有效高高度按为:(满足要求)根据钢钢筋表选用用HRB3335级钢筋18@100,则,满足要要求。(2)跨中处配筋筋,取单位1m板宽计算算(见参考考文献【55】)。(满足要求)根据钢钢筋表选用用HRB3335级钢筋18@200,则,满足要要求。第四章主梁内内力计算一.全桥节段的划划分(1)为了方便全桥桥的施工分分段,更好好地根据起起吊重量来来划分,特特用程序将将每隔50cm处的梁的截截面特性和和梁的总重重计算出来来,具体见见表4-1截面特性性计算表表表4-1截面位置(mm)梁高(cm))梁底厚(cmm)截面特性梁段重(kNN)梁到此重(kNN)A(cm2)S(cm3)J(cm4)Y上(cm)0.0150.030.045000.0002.969E++061.434E++0866.00.00.00.5150.130.645261.4473.000E++061.442E++0866.356.456.41.0150.231.245531.6613.035E++061.453E++0866.656.7113.21.5150.531.845810.4413.072E++061.466E++0867.157.1170.22.0150.932.446097.8883.112E++061.481E++0867.557.4227.72.5151.433.146394.0003.154E++061.500E++0868.057.8285.53.0151.933.746698
