[Abstract]

LeftBundleBranchPacing(LBBP)isanovelcardiacpacingmethodthatenablesdistributedexcitationoftheventricularwall.Comparedwiththetraditionalmethodofrightventricularpacing,LBBPhasamorenaturalexcitationsequence,whichcansignificantlyreducethereversegradientdiastoleofmostareasoftheleftventricle.ThisarticleaimstoreviewtheclinicalefficacyandsafetyofLBBP,andcompareitwithtraditionalcardiacpacing.CurrentresearchshowsthatLBBPcansignificantlyimproveleftventriculardiastolicfunction,reducetheuseofmedicalresources,andreducetheincidenceofadversereactionssuchasineffectivepacinganddiscomfort.However,inpracticalclinicalapplications,LBBPalsofacestechnicaldifficultiessuchasdifficultpacingleadpositioningandlargechangesinpacingthreshold.ThisreviewaimstoevaluatethesafetyandefficacyofLBBP,andprovideimportantreferencesforclinicaldoctorsinchoosingthetreatmentplanofcardiacpacing.
