摘要

改革开放二十多年以来,我国的饭店业取得了长足的发展。实现可持续发展是我国的旅游饭店业所追求的目标。目前我国旅游饭店业要实现可持续发展还存在许多问题有待解决。面对国内日趋激烈的竞争现状和国际竞争的强大压力,深入探讨我国旅游饭店业可持续发展就具有很强的理论意义与实践价值。本文首先回顾了改革开放以来我国的旅游饭店业发展的基本状况;在此基础上分析了阻碍我国旅游饭店业可持续发展的几个主要问题;第三部分深入探讨了如何实现我国旅游饭店业可持续发展。

Introduction

WiththecontinuousprosperityofChina'stourism,touristhotelindustryofourcountryalsogotunprecedenteddevelopment.ReformandopeningtotheoutsidebenefitthetouristhotelindustryinChinaishuge.Aftermorethan20yearsofdevelopment,ourcountrytourismriceshopindustryhasbeenthehistorictransformation,becomeanewgrowthpointofnationaleconomy.TouristhotelindustryinChinatopromoteopen,promotingnationaleconomicgrowth,increaseemployment,stimulateconsumptionandimprovepeople'squalityoflife,andstrengthenthesocialistconstructionofspiritualcivilizationspreadandcarryforwardthenationalcultureandmoderncivilization,improvetheinvestmentenvironmentandotheraspectswehaveplayedanimportantandpositiverole.However,atthesametime,weseefromtheperiodof1990s,ourcountrytravelinghoteloccupancyandbasicdecliningprofitmargins,thestatusoftheeconomicbenefitisnotoptimism.Accordingtorelevantdatashowthatsince1995,ourcountrytravelinghotel'sprofitdeclinestraightly,touristhotelindustryisoffering1998industry-widelosses.In2000,althoughlossesfrom1999hasgreatlyreduced,butthelossamountis2.6billionyuan.WithjoiningWTO,thedomesticmarketwillfurtheraggravatethetrendofinternationalization,internationalcompetitiondomesticzed.Inthefaceofincreasinglyfiercedomesticcompetitionsituationandtheinternationalcompetitionpressure,penetratesthesustainabledevelopmentoftouristhotelindustryofourcountryhastheverystrongtheorysignificanceandpracticevalue.

Itisgenerallyacceptedthattheconceptofsustainabledevelopmentisnotonlymeetthedemandofmodernpeople,istheabilityoffuturegenerationstosatisfytheirownneedsthedevelopmentofthehazards.Theconceptofsustainabilityisaveryabstractconcept,itisbecauseoftherequirementofenvironmentprotection,andthatpurposeistothroughtheenvironmentprotectaccesstosocialandeconomicsustainabledevelopment,tothatsustainabledevelopmentistostudyhowtoprotecttheenvironmentintheprocessofdevelopment.

Thebasicsituationoftouristhotelindustrydevelopmentinourcountry

Since1980,hescaleofChina'shotelindustrytoacceleratedevelopment.Thehotelsuppliesasdemandexpansionandrapidgrowth.Comradedengxiaopingin1992afterinspectingsoutherntalk,hotelconstructionstartedintothefastlane,itsdevelopmentspeedmakespeoplefeelbetter.ThehotelindustryinChinahasgraduallyformedahugeindustry,accelerateeconomicbenefit.Thefollowingdatatoproveit:in1980,ourcountryhas203foreign-relatedhotels,by2001,thenumberofstar-ratedhotelsinChina7358;With816200rooms;Has1.5331millionbeds.

By2001,thenationalhotelrevenuetotaled76.332billionyuan,topaybusinesstax39.66onehundredmillionyuan.Touristhotelobviouschangeshavetakenplaceinthestructureofthegradeis:lookfromtheclass,formedtheluxurious,comfortable,economyandsoonthemanykindsofclass;Lookfromthetype,business,tourism,vacation,apartments,villas,spa,avarietyoftypessuchascomprehensive.Amongthem,aconsiderablepartofthehotelmanagementandhardwarehasreachedtheinternationalfirst-classlevel.Inthehotel,thereare4339state-ownedhotels,790collectiveeconomyhotels,foreigninvestmentriceshop268,HongKong,MacaoandTaiwaninvestmenthotel324.Inaddition,jointorshareholding,privateandotherregisteredatotalof1637typesofhotels.Bytheendof2001,thehotelstaffof105.21millionpeopleinthecountry.Inopeningtotheoutsideworld,introducingforeigncapitalandadvancedmanagementexperience,tourismalsowalkinfrontofthehotel.Hotelindustryistheearliestopeningtime,openthehighestdegreeinourcountry,oneoftheearliestindustriesinlinewithinternationalstandards.Morethan20years,thehotelindustryattractedmorethan$200inforeigninvestment.7%ofthetotalforeigninvestment.Inthemorethan20years,thehotelindustrytheintroductionofforeignadvancedtechnologyandmanagementexperience,hastrainedamodernriceshopmanagementtechnology,fullygraspthecadreofbusinessofthehotelmanagementknowledge.Thisbatchofbackbonecannotonlyensurethatdomesticluxuryhotel,andhasbeguntoforeignoutputmanagementtechnology,summarizedthemanagementmodewiththecharacteristicofourcountry,makesthebrandinChina.

Morethan20yearsofreformandopeningup,Chinahasformedacompletebatchofrationallayout,thescaleofstarriceshop,mostoftheprovinces,autonomousregionsandmunicipalitiesdirectlyunderthecentralgovernmentinChinahavethestarclasshotel,evensomedevelopedareasinthecountyhasmorethanthree-starhotel,touristhotelindustrypresentabigindustryandbigmarketinChina,vigorousdevelopmentmomentum.

Thechartaboveshowsthescaleofstar-ratedhotelinourcountryin2001.Hotelindustrydevelopmenttothislevel,notonlybythenationalpolicyofreformandopeningup,alsodependsontheinputandtheintroductionofforeignadvancedhotelmanagementtechnology.InternationalhotelgroupoftouristhotelindustryinChinaiscomprehensiveandfar-reachingimpact,bothintheoperationandmanagement,theserviceidea,oronthestrategicdevelopment,marketcompetitionisso.After20yearsofdevelopment,ourcountryhotelindustryhasdevelopedastheinternationalstandards,faster,moreearlysmoothmarketizationdegreehigheropenindustry.

2.1Themacroscopicconstructionisoutofcontrolandindustrialstructureisnotreasonable.

TheoverallscaleofChina'shotelinthepast30yearsofcontinuousexpand,butthemacroscopicconstructionisoutofcontrol,andthehotelformedastructuralunreasonablesituationinthehotelindustry,themainperformanceinthehotelthemacroconstructionoutofcontrol,unreasonablestructureofhotelindustryarea,wasunbalancedinspatialdistributionandregionalstructure,therestaurantstructureimbalance,etc.

2.2Lowlevelofeconomicmanagement

Hotelmanagementhasmanyproblems.Suchas:Lowlevelofeconomicmanagement,lackofprofessionaltalents,lackofmanagementability.Thetotalnumberofroomsinadvance,imbalanceofsupplyanddemand,competition;Hotelstructureimbalance,lookfromclassstructure,lowtoolittlehotel,highstar-ratedhoteldistributionistooconcentrated;Thehardwareandsoftware,theproductqualityisnothigh,attachesgreatimportancetothehardwareinvestment,talentcultivationandtheimprovementofservicequalityandmanagementlevel;Insteadofpursuit,convenientlysmallproductslackcharacteristicsandindividuality;Lightheavymarketing,marketing;Lightheavyexternalmarketing,internalmarketing;Lightheavyservicetraining,managementtraining;Heavyskillstraining,toimprovethequalityoflight.

2.3Cheaphotelservicequalityispoor

Cheaphotelservicequalityispoor,long-terminlosses.Alargeproportionofthethree-starhotelandthree-startojuniorhotelalthoughtheenvironmentisgood,stilllosemoneyforalongtime.Undertheotherasmallportionofthree-starhotelandthree-starhotelsalesgood,theoccupancyrateisveryhigh,butthehotelseemstobedevelopinginasnag,staffenthusiasm,salesandservicequalitycan'tagainonanewstep.

2.4LuxuryhotelisSlightlyinferiorcomparedwiththatofabroad.

Mostfour,five-starhotelinthelongitudinalthanintheindustry,isslightlyhigher,butintheworldthansideways,Chinaluxuryhotelindeepeningthestrategicposture,precisionmanagement,serviceandglobaloperationsandthesamelevelhotel,mostofChina'sfourorfive-starhotelinthesoftenvironmentofforeignevenlowerthree-starclasshotel.

2.5ThelowefficiencyofChina'shotelindustryandlackofhotelmanagementtalents

LowefficiencyofChina'shotelindustry,operationandformthesame,can'tfindthedifferentiationanddiversityoftrajectory,addedvalueintheinternationalcompetitionisextremelylow.Lackofhotelmanagementtalents.Chineserestaurantonthetalenttrainingmodeinthequalityandtalent,thereisabiggapwiththeinternationalhotelisanunavoidablerealityintheexistinghighgradericeshopmanagementonly70%fromabroad,orhadforeignhoteltrainingexperience.Chinahasyettoprofessionalhotelmanagementcollege,inthetruesensenoracompletespecificationofhotelhumanresourcesmarket

Hotelenterprisesisoneofthesocialistmarketeconomythebodycells,itssurvivalanddevelopmentdependsonsocialrecognitionforit,andthesocialrecognitionaboutitdependsonitscontributiontothesociety.Therefore,agoodsocialimageisthefoundationofhotelenterprisesurvivalanddevelopment,isthefirstconditiontorealizethesustainabledevelopmentofthehotel.Goodsocialimage,notcansetupovernight,itneedstocontinuouslyconsolidateandperfect.Hoteltoliveinaspecificcommunityenvironment,goodmarriagemustbegood,payattentiontothewayofthegood-neighborly,enhancemutualunderstanding,inthecommunitytoestablishagoodimageofthe"goodcitizens".Onlyinthisway,thehotelcanobtainthecommunitypubliclove,cooperationandsupport,tothesurvivalanddevelopmentoftheenterprisetocreateforyourhotel"timing,geographicalandhumanconditions.

3.2Stablerelationsofcooperationinamarketeconomy
