30%Assessedbydirectmanager第九页,共十六页。I)Attendance70%ofattendancerateistheprerequisiteforcompletingDMAICProblem-Solvinge-Program.Participantscouldapplynomorethan2daysleaveinwrittenformatwiththeapprovaloftheirdirectmanager.ApplicationshouldsubmittotheEDpriortothelecture.

II)GroupPresentationParticipantsarerequiredtohandinonerelatedreallifecase,andcompletegroupassignmentsduringthelecture.Theiron-goingperformancewillbeassessedbyCoachgroup

.7.TrainingMeasurementCriteria第十页,共十六页。III)IndividualPresentationAtleastoneindividualprojectfromdailyworking,whichtobesolvedduringthistraining.Thetopicofindividualprojectshouldbe

discussedandagreedbythetraineeandhis/herdirectmanagerandcoachteam.Thepresentationwillbeassessedaccordingtotheparticipant'spreparation,thepresentationmanner,andtheabilitytotransfertheknowledgeintoworkingenvironment.IV)Sharing&transfercontributionSharing&transfercontributionwillbeassessedbydirectmanagerswithinthreemonths,inwhichtheassessmentissupposedtobeacontinuousprocessandneedsalongtermsupport.7.TrainingMeasurementCriteria第十一页,共十六页。Tomakethetrainingrunsmoothly,theparticipantsshouldobeythefollowingrules:DepositEachtraineeisrequiredtohandinadepositofRMB200,whichwillbekeptbyACCT.Itwillbereturnedaslongasthetraineefinishesthewholetrainingandpassthefinalevaluation.Anyonewhoabsentstwicewithoutnotice;resignorexitthetrainingbeforethetrainingfinished,missesthefinaltestwillberejectedtoreturnthe200RMBdeposit;Anyonewhofailsinthefinaltestwillbededucted50RMBdeposit.

EvaluationRecordAnyonewhoseattendancerateislowerthan70%willbenotallowedtoattendthefinalevaluation.Passingthefinalevaluationandwithanattendanceabove70%willberegardedasfinishingthetrainingsuccessfully.

8.TrainingDiscipline第十二页,共十六页。ClassdisciplineTraineesarerequiredtosigntheattendanceformeachtimebeforetheclass.Besurenottosignforothers.Traineesshouldarriveatclassontime.Being15minslateorleaveearlywillberegardedasabsence.Iftraineehastoaskforleave,heorsheshouldinadvanceinformthetrainerbyphoneoremailandhandintheleavenote(withsuperior’ssignature)beforethenextclass.Withouttheleavenote,itwillberegardedasabsence.Advisedtoturnoffcellphoneorsettheringmodeasvibrationtoavoiddisturbingthetrainerandothertrainees.Anysuggestionsandcommentsaboutthetrainingwouldbeappreciated.8.TrainingD
