TechnicalResponsibilities:

(1).Responsibleforprojecttechnicalpreparations,completethepreparationofqualityplan,supervisetheimplementationofthequalityplan.Responsibleforthepreparationofthemethodstatementofconstructionandoverseeimplementation;

(2).Responsibleforthemanagementofconstructiontests;

(3).Responsibleforthemanagementofthedevelopment,promotionandapplicationofnewtechnology

(4).Responsibleforinspection,measuringandcontroloftestequipment,andmanagementofmeasurementwork.

(5).Participateindrawingreview,responsibleformanagementofdrawingsanddesignalterationdocuments;

(6).Responsiblefortheacquisition,distributionandmanagementoftechnicalstandards;

(7).Responsibleformanagementoftechnicalinformationandtechnicalfileofconstruction,andresponsibleformanagement,supervisionandinspectionoftheotherspecialworkgroupandtechnicaldata;

(8).Participateintheevaluationofprojectmaterials,projectqualifiedsupplier,responsibleforaskingqualifiedsub-suppliertosubmitwrittentechnicalrequirements,andsupervisetheirimplementation;jointhevalidationofmaterialsentering.

QualityResponsibilities:

(1).Responsibleforcompletingtheprojectqualityplanning,qualityinspectionandsupervision;Forthekeypartsandprocesswithfollow-upinspection;

(2).Responsibleforprojectqualityinspectiondeclaration;

(3).Responsibleforqualityassessmentofinspectionlot,subconstruction,andalsoresponsiblefortheresultsandrating,participateinqualityinspection;

(4).Participateinconcealedworkinspectionandpre-examination,strictwithqualitycontrol;

(5).Participateinidentificationofmodelprojectsandnewtechnologies;

(6).Participateinregularqualityorqualityanalysismeeting,researchqualityconditionsandproblemsexist,andproposeeffectivelypreventivemeasures;

(7).Enhanceeachspecialtygroupqualityawarenesseducationandmonitortheprocess.
