中英文旅游合同范本中英文旅游合同范本TourismContract旅游合同ThisTourismContract(hereinafterreferredtoas"theContract")ismadeandenteredintobetweenthefollowingparties:本旅游合同（以下简称“合同”）由以下各方签订：PartyA:甲方：[LegalNameofTravelAgency]旅行社法定名称[RegisteredAddressofTravelAgency]旅行社注册地址[ContactInformationofTravelAgency]旅行社联系方式PartyB:乙方：[FullNameofTourist]游客全名[Passport/IDNumberofTourist]游客护照/身份证号码[NationalityofTourist]游客国籍[ContactInformationofTourist]游客联系方式DateofContract:合同签订日期：[Date]1.TourPackage1.旅游套餐PartyAagreestoprovidethefollowingtourpackagetoPartyB:甲方同意向乙方提供以下旅游套餐：-Destination(s):[NameofDestination(s)]目的地：【目的地名称】-Duration:[NumberofDays]days旅游天数：【天数】-Itinerary:[DetailedItinerary]行程安排：【详细行程安排】2.PriceandPayment2.价格和付款方式2.1Thetotalpriceforthetourpackageis[TotalPrice][Currency].PartyBagreestopaythetotalamounttoPartyAasfollows:旅游套餐总价为【总价】【货币】。乙方同意按以下方式向甲方支付总金额：-Deposit:[DepositAmount][Currency]uponsigningthisContract.预付款：【预付款金额】【货币】，在签署本合同时支付。-Balance:[BalanceAmount][Currency]tobepaidbyPartyBnolaterthan[Date].尾款：【尾款金额】【货币】，由乙方在【日期】前支付。2.2PartyBagreesthatfailuretomakethepaymentasspecifiedinClause2.1mayresultinthecancellationofthetourpackagewithoutanyrefund.乙方同意，未按照第2.1条款规定支付款项可能导致旅游套餐取消且不予退款。3.RightsandObligations3.权利和义务3.1PartyA'sRightsandObligations:3.1甲方的权利和义务：-PartyAshallprovidePartyBwiththeagreedtourpackageasspecifiedinClause1,includingtransportation,accommodation,meals,andtourguideservices.甲方应按照第1条款规定向乙方提供约定的旅游套餐，包括交通、住宿、餐饮和导游服务。-PartyAshallensurethesafetyandqualityofthetourpackageandcomplywithallapplicablelawsandregulations.甲方应确保旅游套餐的安全和质量，并遵守所有适用的法律法规。-PartyAshallprovidePartyBwithallnecessaryinformationanddocumentsrelatedtothetourpackage,includingvisarequirementsandtravelinsurance.甲方应向乙方提供与旅游套餐相关的所有必要信息和文件，包括签证要求和旅行保险。3.2PartyB'sRightsandObligations:3.2乙方的权利和义务：-PartyBshallstrictlycomplywiththeitineraryandinstructionsprovidedbyPartyAandfollowallapplicablelawsandregulationsofthedestination(s).乙方应严格遵守甲方提供的行程和指示，并遵守目的地的所有适用法律法规。-PartyBshallberesponsibleforobtainingallnecessarytraveldocuments,suchasavalidpassport,visa,andtravelinsurance.乙方负责办理所有必要的旅行文件，如有效护照、签证和旅行保险。-PartyBshallinformPartyAofanyspecialrequirementsormedicalconditionsthatmayaffecttheirparticipationinthetourpackage.乙方应告知甲方任何可能影响其参加旅游套餐的特殊要求或医疗状况。4.CancellationandRefund4.取消和退款4.1PartyBmaycancelthetourpackagebyprovidingwrittennoticetoPartyA.Thecancellationfeeshallbecalculatedasfollows:4.1乙方可以通过书面通知甲方取消旅游套餐。取消费用计算如下：-Morethan[NumberofDays]dayspriortothedeparturedate:[CancellationFee]%ofthetotalprice.离出发日期【天数】天以上：取消费用为总价的【取消费用百分比】%。-[NumberofDays]daysorlesspriortothedeparturedate:Norefundwillbeprovided.离出发日期【天数】天或更短：不予退款。4.2PartyAreservestherighttocancelthetourpackageduetoforcemajeureevents,includingbutnotlimitedtonaturaldisasters,politicalunrest,oranycircumstancesbeyondPartyA'scontrol.Insuchcases,PartyAshallrefundthefullamountpaidbyPartyBwithin[NumberofDays]days.4.2甲方有权因不可抗力事件取消旅游套餐，包括但不限于自然灾害、政治动荡或任何甲方无法控制的情况。在此种情况下，甲方应在【天数】天内全额退还乙方支付的款项。5.DisputeResolution5.争议解决AnydisputearisingfromorinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesettledthroughfriendlynegotiation.Ifthepartiesfailtoreachanagreement,thedisputeshallbesubmittedtothecourtwithjurisdictionoverPartyA'sregisteredaddress.凡因本合同产生或与本合同有关的任何争议，应通过友好协商解决。如果各方无法达成协议，则应将争议提交甲方注册地址所在地的法院解决。6.GoverningLawandLanguage6.适用法律和语言ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].ThelanguageofthisContractshallbebothChineseandEnglish.IncaseofanydiscrepancybetweentheChineseandEnglishversions,theChineseversionshallprevail.本合同适用【司法管辖区】法律并按照其解释。本合同的语言为中英文两种版本。中英文版本如有任何不一致，以中文版本为准。7.EntireAgreement7.整个协议ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesan
