Iamathirdyearmastermajorinautomationat××University,P.R.China.WithtremendousinterestinIndustrialEngineering,IamwritingtoapplyforacceptanceintoyourPh.D.graduateprogram.

Educationbackground

In1995,IenteredtheNanjingUniversityofScienceTechnology(NUST)--widelyconsideredoneoftheChina’sbestengineeringschools.Duringthefollowingundergraduatestudy,myacademicrecordskeptdistinguishedamongthewholedepartment.IwasgrantedFirstClassPrizeeverysemester,In1999,Igottheprivilegetoenterthegraduateprogramwaivedoftheadmissiontest.

Attheperiodofmygraduatestudy,myoverallGPA(3.77/4.0)rankedtop5%inthedepartment.Inthesecondsemester,Ibecameteacherassistantthatisgiventotalentedandmaturedstudentsonly.Thisyear,IwontheAcerScholarshipastheoneandonlycandidateinmydepartment,whichistheultimateaccoladefordistinguishedstudentsendowedbymyuniversity.Presently,IampreparingmygraduationthesisandtryingforthehonorofExcellentGraduationThesis.

ResearchexperienceandacademicactivityWhenasophomore,IjoinedtheAssociationofAIEnthusiastandbegantonarrowdownmyinterestformyfutureresearch.WiththetoolofOpenGLandMatlab,Idesignedasimulationprogramfortransportationschedulingsystem.ItisnowwidelyusedbydifferentresearchgroupsinNUST.IassumedandfulfilledasewageanalysisdisposeprojectforNanjingsewagetreatmentplant.Thiswasmyfirstpracticetoconvertalaboratoryideatoacommercialproduct.Inretrospect,Ifindmyselfstandingonasolidbasisinboththeoryandexperience,whichhaspreparedmeforthePh.D.program.Myfutureresearchinterestsinclude:NetworkSchedulingProblem,HeuristicAlgorithmresearch(especiallyinGAandNeuralnetwork),Supplychainnetworkresearch,HybridsystemperformanceanalysiswithPetrinetsandDataMining.

我是××高校一名大三的同学由于对工业工程这个行业的巨大爱好,我正在申请博士讨论生课程。

训练背景

1995,我进入了××高校的科学与技术专业，这是被广泛认为是中国最好的工程学校。在接下来的本科学习期间,我的学术记录在整个专业中始终很杰出。我每学期都被授予头等奖,1999,我有幸进入讨论生课程的入学考试。在我的讨论生学习期间,我的总平均成果(3.77/4)，在全部的学会说呢过中排名前5。在其次个学期,我成为了老师的助手,这个在我们学校只给有才华和成熟的同学。这一年,我获得了宏碁奖学金，作为唯一的候选人，这是杰出同学给予我的高校的最高荣誉。目前,我正在预备我的毕业论文,并试图猎取优秀的毕业论文的荣誉。

大二的时候，靠着自己的阅历和学术讨论,我加入了人工智能爱好者协会,并开头缩小我的爱好我的`将来讨论。随着OpenGL和Matlab的工具的进展,我设计了一个仿真程序的运输调度系统。现在已经有不同的讨论小组在学院广泛应用。我担当并完成了南京市污水处理厂的污水分析处理项目。这是我第一次把一个试验室的想法转换成一个商业产品,回想起来,我发觉自己站在坚实的基础上,在理论和阅历,这为我预备了博士课程供应了很好的便利。我将来的讨论方向包括:网络调度问题的启发式算法的讨论(特殊是在GA和神经网络),供应链网络的讨论,混合动力系统的性能分析与Petri网和数据挖掘。
