rminethevaluesoftheabove-mentionedvariablesaswellasthetroughprofile.Ofthesevariableparameters,theslurryvolumeisthemostimportant.Theconcentratorcantoleratesomemassandsolidsconcentrationfluctuationswithoutsignificantlossofperformance.But,itisveryimportanttokeeptheflowofslurryconstant.PleasecontactMULTOTECforinformationontestproceduresforextraordinaryapplications.由于需处理的物料种类繁多，螺旋分选机在设计选型的时候并没有固定的成规可循。每一种应用实例均有其独特的问题和处理措施。因此，对每一种应用实例都应当施行一种量身定做的测试。这些测试的成果就决定了上述可变原因的值及槽的纵断面形状。在这些可变原因中，矿浆流量是最重要的。螺旋分选机对物料和固体浓度的变化有一定的免疫力，这些变化不会对分选效果产生重大影响。不过，保持矿浆流量的恒定却是必须的，非常重要的。欲获得更多的有关应用实例测试过程的信息，请与MULTOTEC联络。GravityDistributorMaterial:Galvanizedmildsteellinedwithabrasionresistantpolyurethane.Feed:Freedischarge–centralfeedinletpipe.OperationalParameters:Particlesizerange:-3mm+0mmDensityrange:0-40%solids(w/w)Volume/Outlet:5,0m3/hr–9,0m3PipeNetwork:Length:150mmDiameter:50mmor75O.D.Mounting:20degreesoffhorizontal.矿浆分派器材料：镀锌低碳钢，内衬聚亚胺酯耐磨材料。给料：自由卸料–中心给料进料管。操作参数：粒度范围：-3mm+0mm密度范围:0-40%固体含量(w/w)体积/出口:5,0m3/hr–9,0m3管道网络:长度:150mm直径:50mm或75mm外径安装:水平倾斜20度。SECTIONE–OPERATINGPRINCIPLES操作原理Toseparateamixtureof,say,productA(lightparticles)andproductB(heavyparticles),thespiralconcentratoroperatesinthefollowingmanner:Themixtureisscreenedtoremovealltheparticleslargerthan+1mm.Itisthenmixedwithwatertoformslurrywithaconstantdensityof30%solidsto70%water.Thisslurryisthenpumpedintotheslurrydistributor(1).Thedistributorfeedsequalvolumesofslurrythrougheachofitsoutlets(2),viathedownpipes(3),intothevarioustopfeedboxes(4)Thefeedboxesfeedtheslurryontothespiraltroughs(5).Theslurrynowspiralsdownthetroughsundertheforceofgravity.E部分–工作原理假定要分选具有A产品（轻颗粒）与B产品（重颗粒）的混合物，螺旋分选机按如下方式工作：混合物首先通过筛分，除去+1mm以上的大颗粒。然后，加适量水调成固体与水分别占30%和70%的浆液。随即，浆液用泵送入矿浆分派器（1）。矿浆分派器对它的每个出口（2）平均给料，通过下料板，可以分散矿浆流从而减小对螺旋槽内表面的磨损。给料箱将矿浆给入螺旋槽（5）。矿浆在重力作用下沿螺旋槽向下运动。Thelighterparticles(productA)staysuspendedinthewaterandforcedtotheouteredgeofthetroughbythecentrifugalforcecreatedbythecircularmovement.Theheavierparticles(productB)sinktothebottomofthetroughwheredrag,createdbyfriction,slowsthemdown.Thespeciallyslopedtroughprofileforcestheseslow,heavyparticlestomovedowntheshorterinnerrouteofthetrough.Whentheslurryreachesthebottomofthespiral,thematerialsarecompletelyseparatedandcannormallybeseenastwoseparate.Theadjustablesplitteratthebottomofthetroughissetbyhandtofinally‘split’orseparatethetwostreamsofmaterial.Thematerialsarethenfedintoseparatecollectionboxes(6/Fig.E1)withoutletsleadingintothelaunders(7/Fig.E1)below.MostoftentheseparatedmaterialsareoptionallyroutedfromthelaundertoanotherSpiralConcentratordirectlybelow,tobeprocessedoncemore.Thisiscalleddoublestageprocess.轻颗粒（A产品）保持悬浮在水中，并在浆液环流运动产生的离心力的作用下被推向螺旋槽的外缘。重颗粒（B产品）沉到螺旋槽的底部，受到摩擦阻力，运动速度变缓。具有特定坡度的螺旋槽横断面使得这些运动变慢了的重颗粒沿着螺旋槽的内缘向下运动。当矿浆抵达螺旋分选机的底部，物料即被完全分离开来，一般分为两产品。螺旋槽底部安装有可手动调整的分流器，通过调整这个分流器，可以调整物料的分选密度。分选完毕后的物料，通过连接在下方洗煤槽（7/图E1）上的出料口，被分别给入各自的产品搜集槽（6/图E1）。在更为普遍的状况下，可以选择性地将从洗煤槽出来的物料直接给入其下方的另一种螺旋分选机，再次分选。这叫做两段分选。

SECTIONG–INSTALLATIONANDCOMMISIONINGINSTRUCTIONS安装调试指导WARNING:-Donotweldorgrindnearthespiralconcentrator.CAUTION:-Donotusethespiraltroughsasastaircase.CAUTION:-Theslurryfeedlinemustbesupportedfromanindependentstructure.CAUTION:-Donotweldordrillthehousingframe.1.DELIVERYThebankofSpiralConcentratorsisdeliveredasfollows:Acratecontainingthegravitydistributoraswellasalltheloosefittingsandelbows.Anumberof6mlengthsof50mmODH.D.P.E.piping.Anumberof6mlengthsof75mmODH.D.P.E.piping.Anumberof6mlengthsof90mmODH.D.P.E.piping.Thecompleteassembledsteelframewithallthespiralassembliesinposition.Onesparespiralassemblyusedduringmaintenance.(Recommendedoptionalextra).Pleasecheckthatalltheabove-mentioneditemsaredeliveredintact.1.交货交货时，一组螺旋分选机包括如下部分：一种条板箱，内装矿浆分派器、松散部件以及弯管。若干长6米，外径50毫米的H.D.P.E.（高密度聚乙烯）管。若干长6米，外径75毫米的H.D.P.E.（高密度聚乙烯）管。若干长6米，外径90毫米的H.D.P.E.（高密度聚乙烯）管。完全安装好螺旋组件的钢构造。一种维修中备用的螺旋组件。（可选，推荐选用）。请检查确认上述部件在交货时完整无缺。2.STORAGESpiralconcentratorsmustbestoredoutofdirectsunlightandprotectedfromhotobjectssuchasweldingsplatter.Ifstorageisrequiredforextendedperiods(exceeding2weeks)thenuprightstorageisrecommended.Spiralsaresensitivetoimpactandmustbeprotectedfromfallingobjects.Thetroughsarenotdesignedtosupportheavyloads,suchastheweightofpeopleclimbingonthem.2.存储螺旋分选机须防止阳光直射，并须谨防诸如焊接时喷溅出的火星之类的热物。假如需超期存储（超过两周），提议保持机身的竖立。螺旋分选机机身须防撞击，须谨防落物。螺旋槽不能支撑重载，切勿攀登。TRANSPORTATIONANDHANDLINGSpiralassemblieswilleitherbepackedinwoodencratesorsteeltransportframes.Caremustbetakenduringtransportthatliftingforcesarebornebythepackagingandnotbythespiraltrough.Spiralbanksareshippedinmodulesoftwospiralassembliesinstalledinthesupportframe.Liftinglugsareprovidedforhandlingtheframe.3．运送及操作螺旋组件可以装箱在木箱或钢构造的框架中运送。运送时须注意，提高力作用在包装上，而不能作用在螺旋槽上。螺旋组件两个为一组装在支撑框架内运送。提供吊环用来提吊框架。4.INSTALLATIONToinstalltheSpiralConcentrators,proceedasfollows:Removethespiralassembliesfromtheframe.Thisisasafetyprecautionagainstdamagetothespiralsbycarelesspersonnel,grindingsparksorweldingbeads.Storethespiralsinanuprightposition,inasafeplace.Movethesteelframetoitsfinalpre-preparedposition.Ifnecessary,theframecanbedismantledintomoremanageableparts.Useagoodqualityspiritlevel(orevenaDumpyLevel)topositiontheframeinatrulyhorizontalposition.Clamptheframefirmlyinposition.CAUTION:Weldingordrillingtheframewilldamagethegalvanizingandcausesubsequentrust.Refitallthespiralassembliesandorientatethemcorrectly.Installthegravitydistributorontopoftheframe.Connecttheflangedfeedinletpipetotheslurryfeedline.CAUTION:Thefeedlinemustbesupportedfromanindependentstructure.Insertthepolyurethaneorificesintothedistributoroutlets.Mountthepolyurethaneantisiphoningoff-takesonthedistributoroutlets.RefertotheassemblydrawingssuppliedbyMULTOTECaswellastheexplodedviewofthismanualandnotethepositionandplacementoftheH.D.P.E.pipingandelbows.Cutsuitablelengthsofpipeandassemblethepipenetworkaccordingly.4.安装安装螺旋分选机，请按照如下环节：从框架内取出螺旋组件。这是为防止螺旋组件被来自误操作、焊接火花、研磨溅射等损坏。将取出的螺旋组件竖直放置在安全的地方。将钢构造框架移到为之准备好的安装位置。如有需要，框架可被拆卸成若干便于处理的部件。用高质量的水平仪乃至定镜水准仪，来保证框架安放的水平。用夹钳将框架固定在其应在的位置。注意：对框架的焊接或者钻孔将会破坏框架表面的镀锌层，从而会导致框架的腐蚀。装好螺旋分选机的各个组件，并调整好它们的方向。将矿浆分派器安装在框架的顶部。将入料管和矿浆给料管使用方法兰连接起来。注意：矿浆给料管必须用独立的构造支承。将聚亚胺酯的隔板垫入到矿浆分派器的出口。将聚亚胺酯材料的反虹吸装置装配在矿浆分派器的出口处。参照MULTOTEC提供的装配图以及手册上部件分解图，注意H.D.P.E.管道与弯管的位置与安放。假如管道偏长，可以剪切到合适的长度，以便管道网络的安装。Importantnote:●Ensurethateachsupplylinefollowsaconstantdowngradientof±20˚.●EnsurethattheelbowsareinsertedasshowninFig.F1.●SeattheH.D.P.E.pipesfirmlyagainsttheshouldersinsidetheelbows(Fig.F1)toeliminateturbulence.11.Suspendthelaundersbelowtheframeatanangleof±20˚.12.Repeattheprocedure(10above)toinstallthelinesbetweentheproductboxesandthelaunders.13.Testtheentireassemblyforleaksbyrunningwaterthrougheachlineandvisuallycheckingeachconnection.重要注意点：●保证每个给料管有一种向下±20˚角的倾斜梯度。●保证弯管如图F1中所示安插。●将H.D.P.E.管如图F1中所示在弯管内部紧靠管壁安装，以保证稳定。11.将洗煤槽以±20˚角悬吊在框架下方。12.反复环节10以上的操作，将管道安装在产品搜集箱与洗煤槽之间。13.将每个管道通水，检查整个设备与否有漏水现象。INSTALLATIONDuringoperation,theSpiralConcentratorneedsno(orverylittle)operatorattendance.Itis,however,ofutmostimportancetoadjustafewcomponentsforeachapplicationtoensureoptimumperformance.TocommissiontheSpiralConcentrator,proceedasfollows:Ensurethatalltheinternalpipeconnectionshavebeensecuredinaccordancewiththeinstallationinstructions.Ensurethatalltheexternalfeedrequirements(Particlesize,SolidsconcentrationandFlowrate)havebeenmetinaccordancewiththeMetallurgicalOperatingCriteriaSpecificationsuppliedbyMULTOTEC.Allowtheslurrytoflowthroughthespiralconcentratorandadjustthesplittersasnecessary.Note:Initially,theConcentratormayproduceanoutofspecproduct.Insuchaninstancerefertothefaultfindinganalysisofthismanual.安装在运行期间，螺旋分选机无需（或仅需很少许）人工维护。然而，为了保证机器最佳的运行性能，有必要对几种关键部件做合适的调整和维护。为使螺旋分选机正常生产，按如下进行：保证所有管道按照安装阐明上的规定连接。保证所有外部给料的参数（颗粒大小，固体浓度，流量）满足MULTOTEC提供的《冶金学操作原则规范》。调整分流器到合适位置，使浆液在螺旋分选机中合理分流。注意：刚开始工作时，螺旋分选机也许会产出不合规定的产品。若出现这种状况，请参照本手册的故障分析。CONDITIONMONITORINGANDEQUIPMENTMAINTENANCEThespiralconcentratorhasnomovingpathapartfromtheproductsplitter.Theperformanceoftheequipmentisaffectedbythefollowingfactors,whichshouldbemonitoredatregularintervalsduringoperation.FeedCondition:-dailySpiralfeedshouldbedeclinedandfreeoflargeparticles(+3mm).Blockagesinthefeedpiping,orificesanddepositofsolidsonthespiraltrougharecausedbythepresenceofover-sizematerial,aswellasexcessivewearofallwettedparts.Dailychecksforthepresenceofover-sizematerialshouldbeconducted(visualorsample).Upstreamfeedpreparationequipment(cyclones,screens)shouldbecheckedifexcessiveamountsofslims,orcoarseparticlesarepresentinthespiralfeed.SplitterSettings:-dailyThepositionofproductsplittershastobedeterminedfrominitialtestsduringcommissioningandshouldremainunchangedduringoperation,unlessfeedconditionorproductrequirementschange.Impactofwaterjetsontothesplitterblades,etc.duringplantcleaningcanchangethepositionofthesplittersandcareshouldbetakenthatplantmaintenanceactivitiesdonotaffectsplittersettings.Wear:-monthlyOrifices,piping,fittingsandspiralsurface’sexperiencewearduringnormaloperationaluse,atdifferentrates,dependingonoperatingconditions.Allwettedcomponentsandpartsshouldbemonitoredonamonthlybasisforwear.工况监测与设备维护螺旋分选机除产品分流器以外，没有活动部件。设备的体现受如下原因影响，在运行期间，这些原因需要定期检测。入料条件：-日测螺旋的给料为向下给料，入料粒度不适宜过大（不超过3mm）。给料管、量孔板的堵塞以及螺旋槽上的物料堆积，都是由于超大尺寸颗粒导致的，湿部件的过度磨损也是由于超大尺寸颗粒导致的。因此需要对超大尺寸颗粒的平常检测（观测或者采样）。需要常常检查上级设备（旋流器，筛子等）上面与否有超量的煤泥，或者粗颗粒给入螺旋分选机。分流器设置：-日测产品分流器的位置在最初试车时的运行测试中就应当被确定下来，并在生产运行中保持不变，除非入料条件或者产品规定发生变化。在设备清洗过程中冲到分流器刀片上的水会变化分流器的位置。因此，在设备维护行动中，必须格外小心，不要变化分流器的设置。磨损：-月测在不一样流量下，正常使用中量孔板、管道、管道配件与螺旋表面的磨损，跟操作条件有关。所有湿部件应当以月为单位检查磨损状况。

SECTIONH–MAINTENANCEANDREPAIRINSTRUCTIONS维修CAUTION:-Donotusethespiraltroughsasastaircase.CAUTION:-Donotusepowertoolstoremovescalefromthetroughsurface.MAINTENANCETheSpiralConcentratorrequiresverylittlemaintenanceundernormaluse.Toensureoptimumperformance,carryoutthefollowingactionswhenevernecessary:Ensurethattherearenoblockagesintheslurrydistributor,distributionpipesortroughs.Hosedowntheentireconcentratorusingadomesticwatersupply.Removeallthestatic,misplacedmaterial.Removethescaleformedbycalcificationoftherecycledplantwaterfromtheinnersurfaceofthetroughsbyhand,usingemerycloth.Todothis,proceedasfollows:Blocktheslurrytothespecificspiralbyinsertingarubberplugorapieceofclothintotheappropriateorificeinthegravitydistributor.RemovetheH.D.P.E.pipeleadingintothefeedbox.Whiletheboxisdismantled,checktheconditionofthewearpad.Newwearpadscanbepurchased,exstock,fromMULTOTEC.RemovetheH.D.P.E.pipingbetweentheproductboxandthelaunders.Supportthespiralassemblyb
