ThisStandardisdevelopedbysinopecengineeringIncorporationincooperationwithother

involvedorganizationsaccordingtotherequirementsofDocument(JIANBIAO〔2007〕No.126)

issuedbytheoriginalMinistryofConstruction(MOC)ofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaNoticeon

-

PrintingandDistributingtheDevelopmentandRevisionPlanofNationalEngineeringConstruction

Standards(2ndGroup)in2007.

InpreparingthisStandard,theworkingteamsummarizedthepracticesofdevelopingdesign

deliverablesforpetrochemicalplants,absorbedtheresearchoutcomesinrecentyears,madereferenceto

applicablecodesandstandards,discussed,revised,refinedandfinalizedthisStandardbasedupon

commentsconsolidatedfromthegeotechnicalengineeringreconnaissanceorganizations,engineering

companies,researchinstitutes,constructioncompaniesandusers.

Thisstandardconsistsof6chaptersand1appendix,coveringgeneralprovisions,termsand

abbreviations,basicrequirements,processdesignpackage,basicengineeringdesignanddetailed

engineeringdesign.

TheMinistryofHousingandUrbanRuralDevelopmentofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaisin
